My favourite Turkish restaurant in Amsterdam. Good is delicious and service is good.

The food was delicious. I had eaten adana and normally I leave some leftover food on the plate. At Beymen I didn't leave a crumb behind. I really recommend this restaurant if you like meat and chicken.

The employee in the restaurant is not serious and antisocial, which is why we no longer order food. This applies not only to the employees but also to the food, the meat is raw and every time we order food we get no sauce (even if we request it).

We had dinner there on Saturday, I am disappointed and regret that I chose this restaurant. I opted for lentil soup and burger with fries, lentil soup was tasty but you got 1 small piece of bread with it! Burger was dry and not tasty. I am so disappointed that I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone else. Dessert was also not tasty, I have never seen an irmik pastry with strawberry ice cream!! The combination wasn't that good and they added all kinds of decorations to it. Employees were polite, but service was poor, waiting time was much longer. While it wasn't even busy, 3 tables.

I came to Beymene to eat and smoke hookah, my brother helped me a lot and gave me a very legendary hookah, thank you and the food was great, I recommend it to everyone.

Delicious food Adana Kebab, mint/🍋 lemonade and a light cheesecake. The service was excellent and correct. The sofas are wonderful and comfortable to sit on. For repetition; yes, thank you for the hospitality and see you soon.

Nice restaurant, good location with plenty of parking. Had dinner on Boxing Day, friendly service even though it was very busy. On this evening, one of the extraction systems on the other side of the restaurant did not function properly, causing quite a bit of smoke/mist, fortunately this remained on that side and it disappeared quite quickly. Food was good, but very minimal for the amount paid. There was an option to order meat, but this was also quite pricey. Not the cheapest option for a family. All in all we had a pleasant evening with delicious food.

The food is very delicious and clean. It's obvious that the master is doing the job. A quality place with the Beymen difference. Additionally, the employees are both polite and caring.

We came from Germany to the Netherlands for a trip and had dinner at Beymen. I can definitely recommend it. I mentioned Lamb Sis, the food was absolutely delicious. Me and my friends liked it very much. Also, as a Samsun Bafra native, I was very happy to see that Bafra Pita was on the menu.

Beymen burger chosen, they let you eat kofte sandwich instead of Burger.. never eaten such a bad burger.. and the answer is you have chosen this menu..

Arda was great, very good service and the food was excellent, definitely recommended..

The people who loved this through the reviews, I don't think you've ever had real Turkish food. Eating there for the first time. I found this restaurant via Instagram from @amsterdamsdiary. I was so looking forward to Turkish food. But this really disappointed me. The people who work there are not Turkish themselves (No problem, but the man lied that he was Turkish. I can't stand people who lie). The music is Moroccan and Arabic all the time. There was no Turkish atmosphere there at all and the interior was not Turkish either. Everyone has their own taste, right? Food doesn't taste Turkish either. Still, thanks for doing your best. They were friendly and polite but… Not a second time for me. I left with a bad feeling.

Nice place, but the staff's attention is very bad. The plates are carelessly prepared and filled with very small portions. We did not get what we paid for. I ate Adana kebab, I expected an acceptable Adana kebab for 21 Euros. But if you bought frozen kebab from the market and cooked it in a pan at home, it would be this tasteless. My wife ordered burger. The burger was relatively more acceptable to Adana. But the room is empty. If you're selling chicken burgers for 16 euros, put some decent gourmet mayonnaise on the side. This cannot happen with Lidl mayonnaise. These things cannot be achieved by building a beautiful place and not being able to fill it.

We had steak which was okay, but not very wow. But when we ordered dessert, it really shocked me. That red velvet cake tasted like it had been on display in the display case for 3 years, just disgusting! When I pointed this out to the clerk, he quickly left with the cake (as if he knew what he had given me). A new dessert was offered, but I was already feeling nauseous. For me, this place is not worth repeating.

Just had lentil soup. This had no taste and was not fresh, nor was the bread served with it. The bread was hard and chewy. Too bad, this costs customers.

Super friendly staff make good eye contact and really have everything in order. We were given blankets because we got wet and it was really great! We had a really delicious meal as always there! Quality not quantity! And the atmosphere is really great!

Super bad. Had to wait a long time after sitting at the table. Finally got the menus myself. Starter (cold mezzes) received without bread. Not even 30 seconds later the main courses were delivered to the table. Didn't get any cutlery. Had to walk back in for cutlery. Also reported that something was missing from the order and that the drinks had not yet been served. When we were finally able to eat, there were hairs in the mixed grill and the minced meat on the pide was still quite raw. Mixgrill was exchanged after I pointed out hairs in the dish. And asked to put pide with minced meat back in the oven. And after I received the second mixed grill, the meat and chicken turned out to still be fairly raw. In short, a 0 in terms of service and a 0 in terms of food. 1st time Beymen in Amsterdam; like the last time!

In one word, the food was terrible, it was not as we expected.

Food was very mediocre, got a meager portion and it was way too expensive. No paper in the toilet and nothing to dry your hands with. So I will never come back here again.

Very bad service, my chicken didn't taste good at all (undercooked). When I indicated this, the female employee said that I should have chosen a dish that I was familiar with. I then had to pay for it too! She was not solution-oriented at all and made it seem as if I was not welcome there. I will never eat at Beymen again for me.

The food, prices and service were excellent. The restaurant is nicely decorated but is in urgent need of a renovation. I was served soup in a broken bowl (2 bites out), with a shard in my soup, a big no go. The sofa was wet, probably from wiping with a cloth that was too wet, not comfortable to sit on.

Always good meat. Mix grill is a good choice. Tasty desserts too. Never disappoints

Just like at Meram, all kinds of people who speak the Dutch language are now working here. I wouldn't be surprised if it closes here soon too. Everything seems to be illegal going around

We would have liked to have dinner here, but were initially viewed with suspicion and then sent away - after we had been assigned a table. The restaurant was almost empty at this point. A strange process that was to be repeated twice more that evening. Never again.

Made a reservation a few days in advance, but upon arrival they did not reserve a table for us. Very disrespectful!! Called an hour before iftar because we would arrive late (10 minutes) due to an accident on the road, they agreed and indicated that it was no problem. When we arrived at the final score, everything turned out to be full and there was no table for us. We were only able to do Iftar an hour later and that too somewhere else. Never to be trusted again!!

The food was super delicious. Only the female manager was very unfriendly. They couldn't handle the crowds. After waiting an hour we had to ask for bread ourselves. They only came to take the order after half an hour. The mixed grill also consisted of beef dishes that could not be changed. Since we are Hindu and do not eat beef, this was not good service. In short, I will definitely not come back here. It's a shame because the food was tasty.

Quite OK but not outstanding. We were there on a Sunday lunchtime, there were 2 other guests besides us but enough staff. Unfortunately, the potatoes on the Beyti plate were cold, the carrot cheesecake was okay.

A delicious meal for four people, the Etli Ekmek cannot be bettered here. I imagined myself in Turkey. Welcoming and friendly staff, atmosphere is good and everything is neat and clean. The open kitchen is a plus, prices are fair and definitely worth it for the quality and quantity. All in all, I will definitely come back with my family.

I absolutely loved the Beytin. It was the perfect balance between salty and fresh. They even gave us free Turkish tea on the house! Incredibly kind service and amazing food! As a Dutch 16 year old who is an expert at eating food, I highly recommend this place. I hope their restaurant continues to thrive, because it's truly an amazing establishment and claims a nice spot in my heart.

Went for dinner today, pide was tasty, mix grill was ok, meat cutlet was red. Rice is not part of Turkish food. Pastries were the least. Havuçdilimi was not fresh and Kazandibi was nothing Adana was good. 3 stars everywhere

Have eaten here several times. Always very satisfied with the food. It is very nutritious and the meat is always very tender. In winter I find it cold inside. It seems like there is no heating. The decoration of the restaurant is very beautiful! Parking is available in front of the door or at the back.

We had acili ezme and hummus as a starter. Unfortunately, both of them disappointed us, the ezme was not spicy at all and unsalted and the hummus unfortunately had far too much sesame. In addition, it is very unusual that you have to pay for starters such as ezme, haydari and co in a Turkish restaurant... The bone fillet, on the other hand, was really delicious, the mushroom sauce and spinach on the side weren't even needed with such good meat. The waiters were all nice and attentive. The changing room is in the same room as the prayer area. Very impractical because you don't want to disturb the people who are praying. The room is also icy cold, my son was shivering from the cold. All in all a nice restaurant with good staff. Some dishes would have to be adjusted to the prices.

We cooked a lamb skewer and wanted it to be cooked well. We sent the plate back twice to cook it well and the result was still the same. We left without eating.

Yesterday we had dinner at Beymen Tussenmeer. The food was tasty but the service was way below par by two employees working there. One blonde woman who speaks very little Dutch and another annoying guy with a black beard and slightly tanned skin. I think his name is Giger and he also speaks very poor Dutch. They were not customer friendly at all and if you asked them something, it was too much to ask. The other employees who were also present were customer friendly and ultimately helped us well. The next time I come to Beymen and I find these two employees there, I will immediately walk out the door and have dinner with the neighbors next door. This is very unfortunate.

Went for dinner yesterday. The food arrived extremely cold! As if it had been there for a long time. Service: most were nice except for 1 terribly rude man. Commenting all the time when you asked something and walking away sighing. I don't know if he was the manager. Ceger was the name if I heard correctly. The person next to us also thought this man was very unfriendly to him. The rest of the staff was really friendly and helpful! Ode to them.

Sehr leckeres Essen, sehr guter Service und wer Lust hat, kann in einem getrennten Raum auch noch Shisha rauchen. Klare Empfehlung!

Delicious pides and friendly staff

Delicious food and good service! Plus easy parking in front of the door.

De mand waarin het brood werd geserveerd was vies, leek op yoghurtresten aan de zijkant. Mixed grill met extra champignonsaus besteld, krijg ik het zonder champignonsaus want bleek op te zijn. Ik had het netjes gevonden als iemand van tevoren naar mij toekwam om dit aan te geven, zodat ik een ander gerecht kon kiezen. Heb die mixed grill letterlijk alleen gegeten omdat die al voor me neus klaarstond en ik het anders verspilling vond. Zeer onprofessioneel dit.

Eten is slecht. Je krijgt vlees dat nog van binnen rauw is. Heb aan de serveerster gevraagd om het terug te nemen en weer te bakken. En alsnog krijgen we het rauw. Dit heb ik al vaker bij hun meegemaakt. Absoluut niet blij mee en wij gaan daar nooit meer!

Et yemekleri de vardı aralarında yani hesap az gelmeyecekti ,iyi de geldi hesap.Abartı yoktu yani hakkını yemeyim. Buna rağmen 3 yaşında çocuğum ,tam kalkmak üzereyken su istedi. Şişesi boştu ve mutfaktaki arkadaşa şişenin nerdeyse dibini işaret ederek : buraya kadar su verebilir misin? dedim. Yarım bardak, 100ml. , birkaç yudum... vermiyoruz öyle! dedi. Biz de su söyledik ve tabi hesaba o da eklendi . O kadar hesap ödemek sorun değil. Yedik, tabiki ödeyecez ama esnaf insan onca hesap ödeyen adamın 3 yaşında çocuğu için birkaç yudum su vermez mi? Diğer Türk restaurantlarında meze , salata ,çay gibi ikramlar oluyor. Burada zerre ikram yoktu. Bir de üstüne çeşmeden yarım bardak su vermediler . Yazık.

Generally food is good and is served very quickly but in many cases the food is under-cooked, so check your food first and send it back if not cooked properly. Leuke tent. Lekker shisha roken na het eten. Wel jammer dat ze alleen Turks muziek draaien.

Güzel ve temiz bir yer. Çalışanlar biraz daha masaya bakarsa daha iyi olur. Yemekler lezzetliydi.

Mooi restaurant en vriendelijk personeel! Echter half uur wachten voor je eerste drankje en bestelling opnemen. Vlekken in de stoel en dikke plak stof op de planten. Toilet was een chaos. Gewoon echt smerig. Eten was oké. Niet wouw. Op locatie en personeel na, niet de moeite om hier je geld uit te geven.

Service, de medewerkers en sfeer is je geld waard, maar het eten is echt niet goed. Medium Well is nooit helemaal rood. En Well Done is nooit helemaal uitgedroogd. Dat moet beter.

Al 2 keer in een hoekje gezet waar echt niemand wilt zitten. We kregen de keuze om te zitten of om weg te gaan terwijl alles al bijna leeg stond. het personeel is erg chagrijnig.Het eten was normaal.

Kom. Je om 2300 uur aan krijg je niks zegt ze dat ze gesloten zijn ongelofelijk die nlonde vrouw daar werkt alsof ze met tegen zin daar werkt

Met een grote groep wezen eten, en dit ging goed dankzij de snelle service van de medewerkers. Karima is een topper!

Wij komen hier heel graag! Heerlijk eten en de service is altijd super. Één van onze favoriete plekken om te eten in Amsterdam.

What a great find. We had several sushi items they were all some of the best sushi I have ever had. The service was top notch very personable but not overbearing. I highly recommend!!!!

In average the food is good and different . The service is correct. Above all I give so low rate because honestly there is no excuse to charge 6 € FOR A MEDIUM BOTTLE OF WATER... Afgelopen zaterdag, zijn mijn moeder, dochter en ik gaan eten bij Beymen Amsterdam ( plein 40 - 45). Het eten was verukkelijk. De soep kwam binnen 5 minuten en onze hoofdgerecht volgde super snel achter aan. Ze (bediening) kwamen iedere keer van alle kanten om de tafel snel op te ruimen. Mijn moeder was klaar met eten. Ik en mij dochter waren nog aan het eten. Ze kwamen de bord van mij moeder heel snel opruimen en terwijl ik nog aan het eten was, vroegen ze of ik klaar was. Wij kregen het gevoel dat wij sneller moesten door eten. We hebben 35 minuten in het restaurant gezeten. We kregen er een fast food vibe van, alles ging snel snel. Ik moet zeggen ondanks dat het eten wel lekker was, hebben we niet genoten!! Hele opdringerige niet sprekend nederlands of engelse personeel. Jammer!

We zijn hier vandaag gaan eten, na een fijne reservering werden we goed geholpen. Er werd gevraagd hoe we ons vlees gemarineerd en bereid wilde hebben (ik heb een voedselallergie). De gastheer Fateh, heeft ons goed geholpen. De sfeer is ontspannen en met allure. We komen snel weer terug.

TOP avond! Lekkere menu voor 2 personen gegeten, super bediening, gezellige sfeer. Zeker een aanrader! 🥩

Aangegeven dat de kotelet niet gaar was, werd niet opgelost of gecompenseerd. Ten slotte nog een discussie met een schreeuwende mevrouw van de bediening. Professionaliteit en klantgerichtheid waren ver te zoeken.
