Fantastic location on a canal, amazing beer menu and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Excellent on a sunny afternoon, or a rainy evening. Always worth a stop.

A bar with loads of different beers available. Many of them are not in draft however this didn't impact the quality of the bar. What was great was that they'd easily labeled the GF beers.

Nice cafe both inside and outside. In this lovely weather we sat on the terrace and first had a tasting with 5 selected beers from the tap. Ate some bread and a cheese board and later ordered some beer. Very nice place, especially if you use the Untappd app. Many different types of specialty beer 200+!!!

Never seen a bigger selection of beer anywhere else. They keep changing it around as well! Love how cosy it feels with its brown cafe vibes inside. They have many stools available for sitting at the bar, which I love. Amazing charcuterie and cheese platters too!

Lots of choice of beer types. Unfortunately not everything is in stock. A beer was not available up to twice. No disaster is enough choice, but this means one star less. Very friendly staff.

The cafe is okay but the toilets are fine if you have a death wish. This really needs a thorough renovation so that you can go to the toilet normally instead of coming back to school vomiting. Really a very big point of attention!!!!

A very negative review that I unwisely posted, influenced by angry emotions due to events and unpleasant treatment by some employees, was neither gentle nor wise. I have therefore changed this to what follows. I can react impulsively but honestly to people and situations after which I 'change my mind'. Some employees are friendly and hospitable, others are not. Some employees of De Paas are (dog) friendly, pleasant and sympathetic in general, others are unfortunately not, in my experience. Confusing. A very nice place on the canal in The Hague and with tasty beers, lots of choice.

Lovely interior atmosphere but outdoors is better on a boat coverted into a terrace. Many beer options at reasonable prices.

Such a great bar in The Hague and the beer selection is extremely good! You can really find everything, they have 200 different beers and 13 tap beers. You can sit outside as well as inside. The unique design makes it very comfortable inside. The service is always friendly and quick. Absolute recommendation!

Everything was great, the beers, the food, the service! But they decided to seat a foul smelling dog next to us. Odor was unbearable, had to leave.

Heel erg leuke plek maar recentelijk wel erg duur geworden, bijna geen speciaalbieren meer voor onder de 6-7 euro. Voortaan vraag ik m'n failissement maar alvast aan voordat ik ga.

Precies wat je verwacht. Veel en lekker bier, goede bitterballen en borrelplankje.

Über 180 Biersorten. Viele Sorten Zapfbier sowie internationale Sorten. Gut gelegen mit Möglichkeit direkt am Kanal zu sitzen. Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man sich durch die Geschmäcker testen möchte.

Heel veel soorten bier,leuke gezellige locatie. Donderdagmiddag alle bier uit flesje, blikje en fles rosé waren helaas lauw. Bier van het vat was prima gekoeld.

Excellent beer bar, great range, incredibly fast service and right on the canal so a lovely setting. Not a long walk from the centre, highly recommend.

De keuze is hier reuze ... neem plaats en geniet van een ruime sortering van binnen- en buitenlandse bieren. Daarnaast ook sortering jenever en whisky's. Het is goed vertoeven aan de Bierkade!

Nice place and they serve many draft and bottled beers. Blond, heavy blondes, doubles, triples and quadruples. Delicious and taste it yourself. Don’t forget to order the light spicy meatballs!

Ik kom al meer dan 30 jaren bij de Paas. Wat ik afgelopen zaterdag mee heb gemaakt, stelde me dan ook enorm teleur. De ober bracht onze drankjes, hij struikelde wat kan gebeuren en hierdoor kreeg ik en mijn schoonzoon een bierdouche over onze broek. Hij niet heel ernstig, ik was tot op mijn onderbroek nat. De ober mompelde wat excuses, ruimde de boel op en vluchtte naar binnen. Ons achterlatend met een natte (onder)broek. Bij het afrekenen moest ik zelf vragen of er misschien nog een genoegdoening in zat en toen bleek dat we 1 bier gratis hadden gekregen. Ik viel van mijn stoel, omdat ik zelf bij het afrekenen moest vragen of er enige genoegdoening was voor de bierdouche. Aangezien we met 4 personen waren, waarvan de avond toch wel was verpest vond ik 1 bier gratis een lachertje. Waarom niet gewoon spontaan een gratis drankje voor iedereen aanbieden?! Daarnaast bleek pas na het afrekenen dat ik het stomen van mijn broek, mocht declareren. Jammer dat het om spijkerbroeken ging, van mijn schoonzoon en ik, die niet hoeven te worden gestoomd. Echter wel heel de avond nat blijven. Deze ervaring leert mij dat denken vanuit de klant, schijnbaar niet mogelijk is bij de Paas. Dit betekent dat ik na al die jaren, nooit meer een drankje zal doen bij de Paas. Gelukkig zijn er veel goede alternatieven (dichtbij).

Das Lokal ist etwas versteckt, aber absolut einen Besuch wert. Das Lokal befindet sich am und auf dem Wasser und hat einen besonderen charm. Es hat eine große Auswahl an Faß- und Flaschenbieren. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hat die richtigen Bierempfehlungen auf Lager. Bestellt die Paas Proef Plankje und überzeugt euch selbst.🍻 Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🥰

Visité en agosto: un gran bar con una amplia gama de cervezas y personal experto. Es agradable sentarse junto a un canal en Den Haag (no encontré muchos de estos aquí). Los precios no están mal, pero en general tuvieron problemas con un promedio de 4 a 6 € por 25 cl en todas partes
