I really needed to pee, so I asked if I could use the restroom. This was absolutely no problem, and she joked that I already had my book with me (I'd picked a nice book from the mini-library on the same street). The restroom was hygienic, and the food she was preparing smelled delicious! 5*****

I will never order from here again! This used to be our 'regular snack bar': a very nice place to order from, with an attentive owner. But now there is nothing left of it. Orders are delivered cold, are incomplete and if you call to raise the issue, you get a lecture from the wait staff. Insane! The service is anything but friendly. Never again.

Tonight, for Mother's Day, I got three deluxe ice cream sundaes. One with caramel sauce and stroopwafel pieces, and two with caramel sauce and caramel pieces. We were helped quickly, and the guy at the counter was friendly; there was nothing wrong with that. Once home, I opened the ice creams; "broken" is the right word, the caramel pieces were so hard we nearly broke our teeth on them! This time we fished the pieces out, but edible caramel pieces would have made the ice cream much more delicious. We paid a lot for it... €4.25 per ice cream for soft serve with some sauce and unchewable caramel cubes is a waste of money. I don't normally write reviews, but after having two burgers two weeks ago that had virtually no flavor and didn't satisfy us, I wanted to mention this.

We regularly place large orders with colleagues, and they're always delivered complete and quickly. Excellent service! Delicious products, and they regularly have something new. Highly recommended! Especially the Crizzly!

Do not order the food is very dirty!! I ordered a brie sandwich here and the entire container was covered in juice and dirt and I don't even know where from. The sandwich itself was completely soggy and wet and the entire sandwich was falling apart, so I paid €10 for it... I will certainly never order from here again!!

Very dissatisfied with the service inside. We were a group of 8 people, the staff (in terms of group size) was not happy with that. After waiting more than half an hour for our food to eat it in the restaurant, we were asked to leave, without mercy from the staff. Once and never again!

We arrived with a group of nine. Just as we were getting our food, we were suddenly told we weren't allowed to stay and had to leave the tent. While there was plenty of room both inside and outside, it wasn't allowed anymore. Fire safety was the reason, but we were allowed to wait inside with the group for 30 minutes first. That's not entirely accurate, is it?

Constantly delivered far too late, often incomplete and cold several times. Never again. Never had any problems before, apparently new owner

Ordered and when I got home a pistolet sandwich was healthy, only cheese, ham and 2 tomatoes on it with some lettuce... not even an egg on it and then paid 8.55 euros. Cold ball sandwich... and a hamburger sandwich nothing to write home about either. Ef 22 euros. At gas stations they are even better and tastier and cheaper. Once and never again.

Ordered fries but received fries ice cream cold and limp so I called there and was told that this is not the case and that they do not agree with it so I say who eats the fries you or I yes no I can't I fried them so this is not possible. You will not receive friendly service at all, never order your food here, and they also say that it is not their problem.

I have now placed an order for the second time and I can say that I am really positively surprised. Menu is unique and the dishes are very tasty. Also had a very friendly delivery person at the door twice, both times delivered much faster than expected. Finally, I am happy that this restaurant also reads and implements the additional comments or wishes on the receipt down to the decimal point. I'm used to different things from other restaurants. In short: Recommended!

Small cafeteria opposite the Albert Heijn XL on Jacobslaan. Few seats. Quite the price.

Everything you order here is of excellent quality. Fresh frying fat is always used and even the salads are really delicious. You won't find that at any other cafeteria. There is no other way than for a chef to work here. On the right track!

The people are friendly and the food is very tasty.

Too bad that this cafeteria has their brochures delivered by people who don't know that a no/no sticker means that you don't want unsolicited advertising material on your mailbox!

Actually always good! Ordered many burgers and previously almost daily as the rest in the area is of lower quality or hardly offers decent meat for the same money. Fortunately, here it is, so after eating you really have the feeling that you have actually received nutrients if you order something if, for example, you come home late and don't feel like cooking something healthy. P.S. and very important: they can read here if you post comments or order alternative sauces. Where I am used to mistakes from other things, here it is neat and formal. Always on time and hot food of always the same high quality. The negative reviews certainly come from junkies without taste buds, who only eat snacks and junk with all kinds of flavor enhancers or chemicals!

I am still waiting for my money back after an undelivered order placed on July 10th.

Ordered fries war and frikandel spec. Never again for me. Fries were half raw. Cheap frikandel. A real disappointment

Really kind family runs this place, let me use their bathroom and helped me translate their menu to English. Got a huge amount of fries with the order which was nice, the curly fries were better than the normal ones. The burger was overall decent, but a bit overdone. Great people, food could be better though.

That's what I thought when I put those delicious golden yellow fries in my mouth. I also ordered a cheese oufle and the golden cheese flowed into my mouth when I took a bite. The satay sauce is recommended, it goes with everything and it is the recipe of the house. it was delivered by a very nice young man with a black beard and he seemed a bit Italian. unfortunately his number was not in the bag.

We have a bag of fries, mayo satay sauce on the side and a cheese soufle. In one word: delicious! It's been a long time since I had delicious fries. The cheese soufle was also delicious and the satay sauce was the best! Keep the range as it is. We were pleasantly surprised, because we are not from the area. In short, definitely worth repeating! We had a great time :)

High price for what you get, with 'Big Bread' you don't expect a normal sized sandwich for 4 euros. So you get very little and the flavors are a bit boring. Unfortunately I cannot recommend it, but perhaps they will improve in the future.

Drink was missing, fries had no salt on them at all, cheese croquette was in a container, but completely flat (how so). And the 'vegetarian burger' had almost nothing on it and in my opinion it really wasn't vegetarian... I ordered via Ubereats where they have a high rating for some bogus reason, but this is really absurdly bad.

Got a Crispy Chicken salad. Great service, a bit on the expensive side. Salad was tasty, could have added more vegetables, but definitely a place worth repeating.

We waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for the order. After calling in the meantime to ask where the order was, I first had to convince the person on the line that we had not received the order. 40 minutes later I had to have the same discussion with the delivery person before we got the food, only to be compensated for nothing. Very unfortunate, making mistakes is fine, but the solution orientation was very poor. The food itself was quite fine.

We thought we had ordered a nice meal, but after a few hours it was completely wrong. Four of us ordered food here, all four of us got sick from it. Days later, 2 more people remained ill, 5 days later we are better and still not better..... We called the company 2 days later to say that the food made us sick. Later that day, the boss comes to your house unannounced and intimidating. Threatens with a lawyer that it is not true that we got sick from eating there. The only thing we ate together that day was big bread kitchten.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. Every time I ordered it was very tasty and delivered on time and correctly. Not at all, although I am still mistaken about the portions. They are quite large.

What can I say, absolutely disgusting and disappointing...but everything was neatly thrown in the trash 👍

I once ate a disgusting 'Burgundian' croquette from Big Bread Kitchen. Luckily it didn't make me sick.

Ordered via home delivery tonight. Delicious food (especially the big bread chrispy chicken) and good value for money. The adjustments such as no lettuce and sauce separately were neatly done and not forgotten. We ordered on time and had it delivered later, which turned out fine. Also a nice delivery person! We will definitely order here more often. 🍔

the American burger i orderd is drowned with toomuch tomatosauce and thats the only taste of this all, therefore i left this place and leave the rest for the flies..

Poor service, delivery was 40 minutes later than previously reported. Paid extra for bacon on my burger, but it wasn't included. Burgers were extremely overcooked and therefore very dry. Unfriendly service at home delivery. It's all very unfortunate.

It is not just any cafeteria but a cafeteria with restaurant class! The menu is extensive and diverse, but my girlfriend and I were in the mood for a burger. The range of burgers can also be described as surprising! The portions are more than sufficient and the price-quality ratio is more than okay. It's nice that this cafeteria offers curly fries! Definitely worth repeating, after all, there is plenty to choose from.

Yesterday I received old bread that was falling apart and had a strange taste and I called her and told her no, it is not old, I made it myself and it hangs in my ear while I did not want a new one or a refund, I just wanted to say that the bread was old and hang them up like this, so you're not really friendly in my eyes. believe me that bread was old, I eat bread every day so I know what is old or fresh!!

Only a few cafeterias get their fries delivered this hot and crispy. Really great delivery and nice employees. In short: highly recommended!

I'm a real fan of your twister fries. They were great again. However, when ordering on the website, I was incorrectly charged €2.50 for delivery costs (at the very last step, when I was already paying via iDeal). Called and the €2.50 would be refunded with the order. Not done. So I had to call AGAIN. It has now been resolved, but it is really annoying. Be careful when ordering via their website!
