Ugala 3 in Wijk 04 Nijmegen-Nieuw-West

I ordered from the website, indicating that I would pick up the order myself. I went there at the specified time but my food wasn’t ready and the person working there had no idea about any pick up order. He indicated it would be delivered. No delivery arrived. I paid for the meal and never received it. I was trying this place for the first time, and now I certainly won’t go back.

I always eat at Ugala 3, kapsalon, delicious hot wings, etc., but today I just ordered rice with chicken fillet and the chicken has no taste AT ALL, I just had to eat the rice without any money for me.

Ugala 3 never misses, I always say: “Name a bad dish from Ugala, that's impossible. Nowhere are the dishes as tasty as at Ugala 3”. Service within and during delivery is always good, even though things sometimes go wrong, they are resolved properly. The staff works hard and fast and is extremely hospitable. 100% recommended for everyone!!!

Lately things have been going wrong here more often, but after today we will no longer order here. We had telephone contact several times, had a delivery person at the door three times and even after the last time the order was still not correct and incomplete. After the last phone call, the last of the order was supposed to go out immediately, but in the end I received nothing.

I had placed an order that had to be delivered at a specific time, but unfortunately it arrived half an hour early. With one simple phone call the problem was resolved quickly and friendly, and we had the food redelivered, along with two free cans. Moreover, we had a delicious meal! My compliments, definitely a 5/5!

Because Ugala is close to my work, we regularly order meals from there. The dishes are always fresh and delicious. Their hair salon and pizzas in particular are highly recommended. Ugala is a family business, clean and nicely decorated. 👍👏👏

Family with 2 children have been waiting for our food for 2.5 hours and then the food is there, they still FORGOT THE SNACK, young boy, if they give something extra then I still condone it, if not then never order here again!!!! !

Just ordered a delicious shawarma dish and it was delivered super quickly. This dish is really the tastiest in all of Nijmegen :) complete with fries, rice, fresh salad and feta cheese. Normally I don't write a review quickly, but now I can't resist. Highly recommended 👍

Had pepperoni pizza, only had salami on it (no chili pepper, bell pepper or onion). Was 11.25 while pizza margherita is 7 euros. It is better to order pizza margherita with extra salami, it will be cheaper. Pizza tasted great by the way.

Good chip shop that thinks along and tries to serve healthy food

First ordered a hair salon with hair in it, immediately got a new one, but the fries were not cooked properly for me, the very last time I ever ate anything here

The order arrived within half an hour and was hot! Pizza was hot and tasty, fries and snacks also fine. Delivery service was friendly

What a ball tent!! Waited more than an hour first of all! the food was delivered cold! There were vegetables and tomatoes on the food which we had clearly said NOT to put on it! And the milkshakes were just as weak as water! 1st time we ordered here and also the LAST time!!

We were regular customers and good ones too, but after today never again! When I ordered ice cream, it wasn't there instead of another one, well that can happen... we also ordered a strawberry milkshake and I took a sip and I was shocked at first and thought, huh, there is alcohol in this... (the milkshake was for me). son) I said to my husband, take a sip and he immediately said the same thing.. very sour, really very dirty!!! I called politely and asked what was wrong with the drink and the gentleman immediately became defensive and everything was possible. nothing was cleaned today blah blah... b*llsh*t I will never call if there is nothing wrong with my food never! And as a regular customer you can tell... it's really rude how they treat you there, big mouthed and completely unreasonable! We will never come here again! As stated below, this can actually make you very ill!

I've had food poisoning so people beware! These people are very unhygienic. I was sick in bed for five days. My 1-year-old child was even rushed to the hospital. I ate a hair salon. I wouldn't trust anything else either. (The photo you see was me for five days so imagine eating here, don't you want to)

Ordered a hair salon and a red Bull. The hair salon was delivered neatly, but the Red Bull was not included. So I called and they said the delivery person would come right away. Delivery person never came back and there goes your €3.50. This is very unprofessional and I will never order from here again

Couldn't believe my eyes last night, no respect for other people at all. Picked up dinner last night and what did I find with PiKZWARTE Pieten? Scandalous!!!! Knowing that this is not allowed and laughing hypocritically with immigrants who come to get their fries there every day. You should be ashamed of yourself Ugala 3. If it was about your culture then you should see your heads. If you do this in Amsterdam or Rotterdam, you would have had something to eat right away!! And finally, super cold food not to eat. Eating 3 hours late! Spoke to the staff twice by phone and they were promised that the food was about to go out. They have maintained this every time. In the end we did NOT receive the food and they turned off their telephone number.

Everything is possible at Furkan, that's a statement! But they also deliver! Whatever you want, they make everything, friendly staff and a wide range! Everything is neatly maintained! neat chairs/sofas, nice decoration and everything is clean. Very good pizzas from the new oven such as hot chicken pizza (Furkan's recommended), calzones, vegetarian pizzas Fast delivery times and always good service! but Hami can't play Pool

Got fries tonight, when I got home my order turned out to be wrong. I called and told what was wrong with my order, 5 minutes later the delivery person was at my door with the correct order. TOP!!!

Waiting for hours at our hair salon can of course happen. But upon receipt I discovered that the extra feta had run through and that the desired 'separately packaged' salad was so separately packaged that it was not included in the order. Fries may have been warm, but that was all, I ate pasta that was firmer. I understand that we are in an energy crisis, but it might be an idea to set the fryer to a temperature higher than 160°C or at least immerse the fries for more than two minutes. Very unfortunate and disappointed, especially if you pay €30+ for three hair salons.

Best cafeteria in Neerbosch-Oost, it is not for nothing that it is almost always busy! You can eat well here, delicious healthy lentil soup. Good price/quality ratio. Hardworking and friendly staff. Delivery is not always optimal.

Ordered and heard nothing after over an hour. After calling, we waited another hour for the order. Worst thing is that no update is given so it may take longer.

Tastiest fries Kapsalon in Nijmegen!

Unfortunately this was the last time I order here. After more than 3 hours still no order received. No phone call or anything to say it will take longer. Meanwhile, our work shift is also over, without having eaten. The previous orders were also not delivered complete. I still had to deal with a very rude delivery person, not one from home delivery, but really from the company itself. The company where I work is actually a 5-minute drive away, but due to rules people are not allowed to leave the site. Been coming to Ugala3 for over a decade, but this was the last time.

So I will never order from here again. Everything that could burn was burnt, I just threw the flames in the trash because I can't post a photo otherwise I would have posted it, yuck, shawarma was fried too hard and black. The only thing that was good was the delivery person who was friendly

The food itself is tasty. But the delivery took 30 minutes longer than indicated + the food was delivered and was lukewarm. I'm not exactly in the mood for half-cold fries. Only order around 6:00 PM otherwise you will receive poor delivery

For the people who say good quality here, they have no knowledge of doner and shawarma. The doner meat here is the worst quality there is, this is literally discarded meat / waste meat, which is therefore the cheapest quality that you can order from a wholesaler, that is just cheap rubbish so those people who say good quality doner have never eaten real good doner other than that it's just a dirty old place I think it's the worst place in Nijmegen the quality of the food is very low maybe fries with curry and mayo you will like but when it comes to sandwiches and dishes or kapsalons with meat it is really rubbish lowest of the lowest quality meat PURCHASING SHOULD NOT COST ANYTHING CHEAPEST QUALITY THERE IS!!!! Definitely not recommended and there are many better shawarma tents in Nijmegen with good quality

Pizza made by an Italian pizza chef! Fast food run by Turks who hired an Italian pizza chef. In a neighborhood where there is practically nothing else, it seemed like a mirage..
