I had the spareribs dish and the meat tasted sour, but at first I thought it was my fault since I'm pregnant, but I let my mother and her boyfriend taste it and they said exactly the same thing: the meat was indeed sour.

We opted for delivery today, but the sauce we ordered was wrong. The kapsalon was absolutely disgusting. Cold and half-baked. And with the shawarma dish, the shawarma was cooked way too hard.

After a visit to Ugala 3, I wished I were a neighbor. There was a lot of chatting with people who passed by and worked there. I always eat at Ugala 3, kapsalon, delicious hot wings, etc., but today I just ordered rice with chicken fillet and the chicken has no taste AT ALL, I just had to eat the rice without any money for me.

Ugala 3 never misses, I always say: “Name a bad dish from Ugala, that's impossible. Nowhere are the dishes as tasty as at Ugala 3”. Service within and during delivery is always good, even though things sometimes go wrong, they are resolved properly. The staff works hard and fast and is extremely hospitable. 100% recommended for everyone!!!

We had telephone contact several times, had a delivery person at the door three times and even after the last time the order was still not correct and incomplete. Had pepperoni pizza, only had salami on it (no chili pepper, bell pepper or onion). Was 11.25 while pizza margherita is 7 euros. It is better to order pizza margherita with extra salami, it will be cheaper. Pizza tasted great by the way.

Waiting for hours at our hair salon can of course happen. But upon receipt I discovered that the extra feta had run through and that the desired 'separately packaged' salad was so separately packaged that it was not included in the order. Fries may have been warm, but that was all, I ate pasta that was firmer. I understand that we are in an energy crisis, but it might be an idea to set the fryer to a temperature higher than 160°C or at least immerse the fries for more than two minutes. Very unfortunate and disappointed, especially if you pay €30+ for three hair salons.

Unfortunately this was the last time I order here. After more than 3 hours still no order received. No phone call or anything to say it will take longer. Meanwhile, our work shift is also over, without having eaten. The previous orders were also not delivered complete. I still had to deal with a very rude delivery person, not one from home delivery, but really from the company itself. The company where I work is actually a 5-minute drive away, but due to rules people are not allowed to leave the site. Been coming to Ugala3 for over a decade, but this was the last time.
