Ordered at the counter at a busy time, Saturday around 4:45 PM. We had to wait about fifteen minutes, which wasn't too bad. The fries were delicious, I have to say, but the atmosphere behind the counter was very bad. The employees, in particular, were yelling at each other. This doesn't do anything for the overall look and feel of the place.

Ridiculous prices and they don't deliver what you order! They advertise a luxurious, healthy roll, but in the end, you get a filled white bun with everything just thrown on top.

I bought soft serve ice cream, but you'd be better off getting it somewhere else. It's ridiculously small. I deliberately bought another one at the pool today for comparison, but it's a real ice cream. Your soft serve is simply not worth the price!

Hot wings were red inside so not cooked, I reported it to the lady but she said that it is ‘supposed to be like that’ and that she hears it often but it is just tasty…? Chicken is not supposed to be red or pink inside. It was just raw!

Seating is a bit difficult if there are more than 4 of you, because it doesn't fit. Not cheap, but portions are generous and quality is good. When we walked outside the kids got a free ice cream with speckles. Thoughtful!

Nice website, delicious food. Nice and warm and really tasty. We had a burger, fries, cheese soufle and spring roll with egg, ham and satay. The satay sauce was also nice and warm with extra onion.

Very disappointing! Placed an order today and was really looking forward to it but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The food took over an hour to arrive and was cold on arrival. The fries were limp and tasted old and one of the burgers had a soggy bun that was completely soaked. To make matters worse, there were also items missing from my order. I contacted them and although compensation was offered, this does not give me much confidence to order again. This was definitely not what I expected.

I have rarely had such a bad experience as at this cafeteria. We had ordered food and we were waiting with anticipation for a good meal. Unfortunately, upon arrival it turned out that the food was absolutely not up to par. The dish was not prepared properly and to my great surprise even raw on the inside. This is not only unacceptable, but also dangerous to health! I decided to politely raise the problem with the owner. Instead of showing understanding or apology, all I got in return was indifference. To make matters worse, the 'resolved' food was literally sent back to me again, without any improvement. It was just raw again! No effort to seriously solve the problem or satisfy customers. I am deeply disappointed in the way the owner treats his customers. There is no professionalism or respect at all. This shows pure arrogance and a lack of care for the guests. The least you can expect is a correctly prepared dish and decent service, but that seems to be too much to ask here. To anyone considering eating here: do yourself a favor and stay away. There are plenty of cafeterias where you are appreciated and get good food. The owner should be deeply ashamed of this misconduct and the way he treats his customers.

I ordered chicken nuggets today, but they were not cooked properly. When I went back to the business to report this, the owner became angry and said this was normal. Eventually new chicken nuggets were made, but they didn't taste good either. Very disappointing, both in terms of quality and service. This was the first and last time I order something here. Service was very bad, owner can only shout :).

Hygiene is lacking, hair in food without gloves, thick coats on the back of all food.

Yet another review for team BBK. Order came quickly and on Friday evening! Food was A to Z class! BUT, now for the service.......we unpack our package, add flames and cheese sticks. Yes, what else do I need to add, this is clear! Thank you guys 💪🤩

Was waiting 40 minutes for 3 fries, 1 frikandel, 1 cheese souffle. Already approached someone twice and walked in once. Everyone around us gets food and everything that came after us. Finally, when someone spoke to her again, she took the order again. Then I asked for money back and walked away. Not recommended

Had a terrible experience. Immediately upon arrival we were called a chicken fucker, and that was only because we wanted chicken nuggets. We also asked for high fries. We were refused service because we were, so to speak, 'too ugly'. Never come back here again!!

Ordered online here during the rush (quarter past 5) on a Saturday, and to my surprise the order arrived within 20 minutes! Not only is it fast, but the food itself is incredibly delicious! The only downside is the milkshakes, they taste a bit chemical so I'll have to get something else next time

Unfortunately, the order was not delivered properly after what was ordered. Good fries but accepted. After opening the snacks everything was crushed. I received new ones, but it's not nice to have to eat everything in parts. You don't open everything at once.

We ordered here this afternoon. 1 frikadel sandwich and 2 bami balls. The bami balls were stone cold inside, so we said so. The owner starts swearing and shouting at us that this is the way it is and that it is just warm. She is poking it, let someone poke others as well. We ask for a new one, no she didn't, we could just eat this one. Sorry???? You let everyone sit there and I have to eat that? We demanded our money back, which was a screaming NO. It was impossible to talk to that person, we were treated downright rudely and scandalously. And so we can whistle for our money. Well, I hope that madam will be very happy with our 10 euros, so she has certainly lost a number of customers. Bunch of antisocials there.

Frikandel was cold, bitterballen and spring rolls were undercooked. Nothing was crispy, everything was soft and not tasty.. previously I thought it was super tasty.. this time it was a big disappointment.. after 50 minutes they delivered it and that on Monday.. Been sick for 2 days and you pay 0.10 for plastic, but afterwards everything ends up in paper...

Unfortunately the food was bad and not tasty. The information is also incomplete. The chicken stripes are spicy and that's why I can't eat them. The bitterballen had burst open and were also fried (didn't smell good). And also a kind of fusion of 2 bitterballen? Seemed like a bittersweet.

Very bad. Gets 1 star for fast delivery. But then it stops. Snacks are packed with fat. And you only get half the food you order because they didn't have enough in house and you pay the same price. It also contains food items that are not mentioned on the site. And if you call them, you don't exactly get customer-friendly treatment. I'll say never again!!

Bad topping 1 slice of tomato and 1 slice of pickle, other burger had cucumber while it had the same one. the chicken was very salty. sandwich was tasty.

Ordered today from Big Bread Kitchen Veenendaal. The delivery person was right on time, but we hope he is okay and did not have an accident along the way. Half of the bitterballen were crushed, and the container of the hogweed was torn, resulting in a bloodbath of sateh sauce in the bag. It all tasted fine, but hopefully it won't be damaged next time.

Food is good and more than enough. Still nice and warm upon delivery. Quality of milkshake also fine. Next time!

Just placed an order and received 1 hamburger menu, 1 hamburger and a portion of bitterballen. The order was delivered 15 minutes later without any notice. Wash all food lukewarm. Were there indefinable pieces in the bitterballen!? And they also forgot the fries. It's a shame that they come back so bad after being away.

We had a nice meal in this restaurant tonight, but everything around it was sloppy. The kitchen was busy, people were shouting at each other, part of our order was delivered (and eaten) to another table and the other part turned out to be packed for home delivery. Tip for the business to work with numbers for customers would save a lot of unrest.

Shame! Ordered today, took about an hour for delivery. There is nothing wrong with that, unfortunately. The food was cold, especially the fries, one of the two hamburger buns was completely soggy (wet) at the bottom. Several products were missing. Subsequently a subsequent delivery and still some products were missing. Very disappointed. I contacted them again by telephone, for next time we were allowed two extra hamburgers as compensation... I am not very enthusiastic about ordering here again.

Terribly rude girls work there who make fun of the customers behind the counter. They don't take the order properly so you don't have any dishes and you therefore eat separately from your group. And then it is also up to you as a customer. The table was cleaned after use, but it was so terribly wet that you could not use it without your clothes getting wet. No, that was once, but never again... oh yes, the food is much more expensive for the quality you get. You have to give a star but you couldn't give a star, so only 1 star.

The former yet snacks... the atmosphere is nice, fairly clean-looking restaurant, dirty toilet, strange name for a mainly snack bar... at a big bread kitchen you expect sandwiches in all shapes and sizes, not a deep fryer. Salmon sandwich is literally bread, lettuce, salmon, no cream cheese, no dressing. The burgers are from frozen, so you at least expect a fresh burger here... a missed opportunity to really put something on the menu. Seems rather amateurish. Deep frying is what you expect, just deep frying.

Just relax, have a drink and eat some fries (or something else). It is accessible and always good. Now also with more vegetarian choices.

The place looked neat and the food was good. However, the staff may take a customer-friendliness course. The Chinese lady who worked there was busy with her telephone conversation and the whole place could enjoy it. When I went to pay, the receipt was thrown on the counter without exchanging any words because the lady was having a heated Chinese discussion on the phone. Too bad because it's a nice thing, but they don't see me anymore

Snack bar with pretensions to grandeur. An afternoon in Veenendaal after a purchase via a site for second-hand items. Ate here because the name suggests something different than what it is: a snack bar. Their range of burgers may be slightly larger than at another snack bar, but it is not a burger restaurant on the contrary. The establishment offers nothing but frozen food submerged in the frying oil. But you just pay a little more for it than at another snack bar.

Was fantastic. Too bad they're gone after 35. But well-deserved retirement for the owners. The new place that replaced it "Breads" has become a dark and very unfriendly hole.
