I ordered from Ziya's Place for the first time in a long time. Ordered at 5:55 PM, expected delivery between 6:50 PM and 7:05 PM. Given the relatively small order, I called at 7:10 PM to ask when I could expect it. Of course, I received the rehearsed response: "You're next in line" and "It's very busy." I finally received my order at 7:40 PM. If I had known it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes for an order that, in my opinion, could have been delivered in 20 minutes (distance less than 1 km), I wouldn't have ordered from them. Upon delivery, I wasn't told anything about the delivery time. The food itself was hot and as expected.

They understand fast food. Fast service, good food, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Always order, so the atmosphere is great! Keep it up, guys.

Never order from here!!! The food is pretty good for a greasy meal, but this company's customer service is absolutely terrible. Delivery has been over 90 minutes late three times in a row. You have to call back every time. "Busy," is all you get. Communication is terrible. A Chinese dictionary is a must.

Ordered at 7:00 PM. It is now 8:50 PM and four hair salons have not yet been delivered. Called at 8:25 PM. Was told it would take 10 minutes. Well not... I'm hungry. Update 20:55 the food is here... Applause! Now let's see if it tastes good. Well. The food is simply very tasty.

Very good food and lots of choice. You always get a lot. Family pizza (see photo), is large and enough for two people. Fries and shawarma are always tasty, as are the bitterballen. It's a pity that if you order at half past four on Saturday, you can only expect the food an hour and a half later, while home delivery indicates that it is between 20-45 minutes.

I have ordered from Ziya's Place many times and the food is always fine and neatly packaged. But I hope they can do something with the delivery times. Placed the order at 5:00 PM and only at 7:30 PM did the doorbell ring. Called at 6:30 PM and asked where the food was, to which the answer was that it still had to be made and would take about 20 minutes. Called again at 7:00 PM, but the telephone number could no longer be reached. I can understand that it can sometimes be very busy, but please indicate this via the website or by telephone. It is very annoying when it is indicated that it will take 20 minutes and then you have to wait an extra hour.

Feel like waiting almost 2 hours for a single Margherita pizza? Order from Ziya's Place! I could've grown my own tomatoes and made my own cheese by the time our ONE pizza arrived. Not recommended.

Waited 3.5 hours today for a shawarma sandwich and hair salon. Ridiculously bad if you indicate that it takes 60 minutes.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order here regularly, the food is delicious. But what a bad thing. Never, absolutely NEVER on time. At least 45-60 late. I won't order from you again!

Normally great experiences with this restaurant, but today everything was ruined. Ordered at half past six and nothing arrived at 7 o'clock. I called the restaurant and they told me that the order still had to be made. It was also customary for the order to take 1.5 to 2 hours according to them. I would not recommend ever placing an order here. Search further, there are plenty of better and especially faster restaurants.

Fancy waiting an evening without results? Then order from Ziya! We waited online for 1.5 hours after ordering. When we called it was on its way. After another half hour of waiting, still nothing. When we called again, it turned out that a dish was out of stock or we wanted something else instead. This happened exactly the same way, so you don't have to give a second chance. We were able to cancel via home delivery chat because they couldn't help us with that either. So 2 hours later no money and no food!

I will never, ever order from here again. Waited 2.5 hours for 5 pizzas... Called 3 times. Word is it hasn't even been made yet. . It would be there within half an hour. Well guess... not so. We are eventually offered cans of drinks. Get it delivered. 5 pizzas completely stuck to the box... and a total of 3 cans included... called again... we are offered 2 small pizzas for free next time... next time? Well I'll just stop talking about it. Never again for us. But then never.

We had ordered a pizza that would be delivered at half past seven, so I called at 7 o'clock to see what the status was and then I was told that I was the next one the delivery person would go to. Delicious food from lovely and hardworking people. They are often very fast with delivery (sometimes up to 20 minutes), but since half of Veenendaal orders there, it may take a little longer on Saturdays during rush hour. I have been ordering from them for about 25 years now and from the old owners to now it has always been good. Keep it up!

We ordered food via home delivery 2 hours ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I think this is very bad. While the site states that it is not busy at this time on Wednesday.

What a super sad intention! Order placed at 6.20 pm with 30 minutes delivery time. 7.30 pm no order called yet no it will be there in 15 minutes. 7.55 pm no order yet, called again and was told yes, sorry, it hasn't been made yet! Truly a restaurant where I will never order Neve again! Corona time or not, busy or not, this is serious for the dogs!!!!! NEVER AGAIN ZIYA'S PLACE!

VERY VERY VERY BAD AND RIDICULOUS SERVICE. It is advertised as a 40 minute wait. Of course I fully understand waiting longer due to crowds. Called after an hour to find out where the order was. Got the answer is busy you are the first next in 20 minutes it is. Called again 35 minutes later. we are being snubbed with you just called. Then we were told it would take another 10 minutes. In the meantime I am still 30 minutes further. and 3 guesses still no food. I wonder if it will still be delivered at all. The service here is really too ridiculous for words.

Ordered yesterday, delivered nice and warm. Delivery time may be slightly longer due to crowds, but that is logical. Highly recommended and the pizzas are great!

Lots of choice from different cuisines (pizza, shawarma/kebab/döner and fries). What they serve is always good and hot. Also helpful staff and everything at fair prices.

Friendly staff, but also tasty fries, snacks and a variety of other snacks. My favorite is the Lachmacun special; Turkish pizza with döner, richly filled with lettuce and fresh garnish. And garlic sauce of course.

Ultimately we were allowed to choose a drink for that. But no apology was made. The order finally arrived at 7:45 PM. Again no apologies. They were large portions. But found the fries limp and bland. So in the end a lot was thrown away. Because we were over the trek. So don't order here a second time. Pity

Ordered a pizza here several times via home delivery. 100% Recommended, nice and fresh with vegetables and meat. Reheat or eat cold again the next day! That's a pizza you crave. And the price is also very reasonable compared to the fact that it is 36 cm for only 14.50.
