We celebrated our wedding day yesterday with great pleasure. The food is a beautiful combination of ingredients and flavors. Friendly and knowledgeable people work there. Too bad we only discovered you yesterday ;) Good luck and see you next time

We had a wonderful meal at restaurant Bij Nap! A cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and above all, incredibly delicious food. Everything was well taken care of, and the service was attentive and welcoming. Definitely recommended if you want a nice and pleasant dining experience. We would love to come back here again!

A worker with a glass of wine, if we don't know what to do, because of the safety of the chef, that we are in a very unfreundlichen art, so that our children don't have to worry about it. The Kuchen war lecker, the Kaffee leader calm. Our own lives are still alive, but we will continue to live there until then. For our leader, we are not family friendly. With small children, we will not come here and we will not be happy and we will not come back. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience. We visited today with our two children, including our almost 2 year old, who is naturally curious and active. A bald staff member, who may have been the owner or manager, spoke to us in a very unfriendly way and told us that the children should not walk around or be loud. We completely understand that you have to be considered in a restaurant. But it's all about the way you communicate it. He could simply have said it politely. The other staff members were friendly. The cake was delicious, but unfortunately the coffee was cold. We actually wanted to order food as well, but after this incident we decided not to. We were at the restaurant during our sailing stop today and sat outside; it was a lovely and relatively quiet spot. I ordered a glass of Crémant. I had to complain about the first glass because it had no fizz at all and tasted more like a white wine. To me, it seemed flat or like it had been in a bottle that had been open for a while. After I complained, I got a new glass, which was fizzy, but unfortunately, it was too warm, and I had to order ice cubes because I didn't want to complain a second time. We ordered a burger (€25?) and a sea bass (€29). The food arrived very quickly (5 to 6 minutes?), but the fish dish, in particular, was only lukewarm, so I had to hurry. Firstly, no one asked if everything was okay while we were eating, and secondly, complaining about the fish would have meant my partner would have had to eat alone while I waited until after. After we finished eating, we were asked if we wanted anything while the table was being cleared. A shame. This was our first and last visit, and we find the many positive reviews somewhat baffling. The Crémant was credited to our bill. Thank you for that, but it's a shame to have ruined what was otherwise a lovely evening.

A lovely restaurant right on the water, with a great view of the harbor. We sat outside and got a table in the evening without a reservation. The service was very friendly, the drinks arrived quickly, and the food came within half an hour. They serve really good fish here. We enjoyed all the dishes very much, and the portion sizes were just right. The prices were also reasonable. Large terrace and plenty of seating inside as well.

We had booked in advance and were greeted very politely; we were even able to choose our table. The menu isn't as extensive as in typical restaurants, but the quality is far superior. I haven't had such fantastic beef carpaccio in a long time. The carpaccio salad and the fish were equally excellent. Our vegetarian friend had a risotto, which was truly delicious and quite substantial. The location by the harbor is lovely (there was also a harbor festival going on), and the service was good. The prices are a bit higher, but the quality and service were definitely worth it.

We have eaten here several times before, always the 3-course surprise menu. We had a delicious meal again this time. Preferences are taken into account. They also ask if the next course can be served already. Absolutely fantastic.

We had a delicious meal. We ordered a 3-course menu here. You can indicate what you would prefer not to eat, but otherwise, it is a surprise. As a starter, I had duck breast; for the main course, I had a delicious steak (nice and medium/rare and seemed to have been grilled over charcoal) with a sweet, fruity sauce, served with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The dessert was ice cream topped with whipped sweet meringue topped with a savory red garnish. Everything was well-seasoned, beautifully presented, and the service was helpful and friendly. From the cozy outdoor terrace, you look out over the water, where there is always something going on. Although it is not a very busy street in terms of cars, you can therefore enjoy your meal in relative peace.

Absolutely recommended! We were picked up and welcomed with such warmth after a long bike ride! The chef's three-course surprise menu was a dream! The view over the charming harbor was the icing on the cake... Not a mass-market establishment, which is why it's so great! Thank you to the whole team!

Friendly service and delicious food

The food was tasty. But a little bug crawled out of my salad. The waiter asked if everything tasted good. I said certainly, but the bug doesn't belong on my plate. I had put it on my napkin. He pressed his finger on the bug and said, "It's not a bug." "Pretty strange if it crawls out of my salad," I said. I also asked for the Wi-Fi password. He didn't have that either. It was listed among my Wi-Fi networks, though. He gave the excuse that the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly. Weird man.

We had a delicious meal! After a few lunches on the terrace, now dinner inside! Great, staff great, owner fantastic!! Highly recommended at the inner harbor of Enkhuizen!

Reserved well in advance for 8 people. Requested to eat outside if the weather was nice. The reservation was accepted, but we heard nothing more about our wish to eat outside. Upon arrival on a sweltering Saturday evening, we were directed to a table inside a hot and stuffy restaurant. No apology, no alternative, nothing at all. We just paid for the first round of beer and left. Disappointing and very unprofessional attitude from the staff. Fortunately, we were welcomed with open arms at another establishment and happily paid the 750 euro bill there. No more NAP restaurants for us!

We had an incredible Dinner at this wonderful Place. The Service and Food was amazing. Duran is a wonderful Waiter, such a nice young person, he is taking good care for his Guests. The whole Team is just wonderful. We can 100% recommend this excellent Restaurant. Sylvia&Frankie

We celebrated a party and dinner here with 30 people. Excellent, no-problem preparation and flexibility. A warm welcome; every new guest was very explicitly offered a glass of bubbly. Great food, and people with allergies were also treated with care. And excellent value for money. Top-notch!

It was busy so it took a while, but good atmosphere, surprising (chef's surprise menu), and we had a delicious meal. Beautiful dishes, not too big, and the staff are very knowledgeable about what they are serving. The owner is passionate, and that translates into the atmosphere and the regular staff.

Stylish restaurant However, a cat suddenly walked onto the benches next to us and went to sleep there; we pointed this out. The wait staff said the cat didn't want to go outside and stayed inside, which is fine, but then in the back or something, not in the restaurant. That isn't very hygienic. Especially since there were 2 people in our party who have allergies to animals... That was a minor downside.. Otherwise, we had a nice evening!

We had a nice meal, but stopping by sometime wouldn't hurt. Unfortunately, there was an enormous amount of sweet potato puree compared to the amount of pearl couscous my dining companion received with it!!!! Too bad......

Great location, beautiful view. The food was fine, a bit pretentious and expensive. My daughter had frozen chicket nuggets; the portuons were small. The worst: the waiter who placed a tray with dirty glasses on my table while attending the table next to outs, without even asking or apologizing for occupying out table (we were waiting for our food); he acted as if we weren't there... When food came to the table I asked him to move the tray and he had the nerve to act "annoyed" at my request as if I was being the rude one. My kid sat at the table to eat and the tray was still there (the waiter who brought the fod could have taken the tray too, but instead simply put the food down next to the empty beers). Not only he didn't apologise, it made it look like I was being unreasonable. In my opinion, rude, disrespectful and a sign of bad service.

We went there for dinner and, despite the restaurant being full, got a table without a reservation. The service was good, and the wine selection was decent. The menu was small but excellent, including some vegetarian options. The fish and meat dishes were superb. The service was very flexible and accommodating to our requests. Highly recommended.

I visited this restaurant with my family on March 26, 2026. We enjoyed a pleasant drink there. The atmosphere was very warm and friendly. We felt very comfortable. I can't comment on the food, but it smelled wonderful. The food being served to neighboring tables looked delicious. Unfortunately, we had already eaten elsewhere, but we plan to eat there again on our next visit. All in all, it was excellent, from the greeting to the farewell.

We had a wonderful Valentine's Day meal. The room was beautifully decorated and tastefully decorated for Valentine's Day. There was a special menu, but you could also choose from the menu or a mix of both. The service was very friendly.

A well-restyled restaurant. A very friendly welcome from the hostess. The plates were beautifully presented, and it was also nice that the plates were preheated so the food stayed warm longer. The restaurant wasn't very busy. After a short wait, the excellent starter arrived. It took a very long time for the table to be cleared, even though staff regularly came by to clean the tables next to and behind us. Drink orders were repeatedly forgotten. The staff's knowledge of the dishes wasn't very broad. We asked if vegetables were included and were told there was some puree, so we ordered some more seasonal vegetables. Unfortunately, it was a small bowl with two small heads of endive. The same endive was also included with our starter and main course, which unfortunately meant we had to wait an hour. A table that joined us later received their main course sooner and quite quickly. That was remarkable. The plaice was well-seasoned, but there was a rather small amount. We expected two plaice, but what we found was, yes, a small head of chicory hidden underneath. The veal escalope was tender and well-proportioned, and the cod was also very well-seasoned and beautifully presented. The fries, mayonnaise, and seasonal vegetables were served without serving spoons. Therefore, we ended the meal somewhat disappointingly with just a cup of coffee. As the evening progressed, we felt like we were being overlooked; all in all, everything took far too long, especially for a restaurant that wasn't even half full. Overall, this restaurant definitely has potential: beautiful tableware, beautifully presented plates, and quality food with delicate flavors. However, it lacks smooth service, attentiveness throughout the meal, attention to the guests, and broader expertise.

The atmosphere and the sandwich with the tomato tapenade were truly fantastic. Unfortunately, the main course was disappointing. My boyfriend ordered spare ribs and I had a hamburger. I asked for it to be well done because I'm pregnant (I can't eat pink or red meat). My boyfriend's spare ribs were cooked too long, almost black in some places. The hamburger I received was still quite pink inside, so unfortunately, I had to send it back. They cooked it longer, and I got it back, unfortunately still pink inside, which I only noticed after a few bites. I left the rest. The staff was super friendly and apologized. I personally wouldn't go back to this restaurant because I find it objectionable that they served undercooked meat to a pregnant woman twice.

We had a wonderful meal here tonight. We sat outside, it was lovely, the harbor-side spot had a cozy terrace, and the service was great. The food was delicious, the ceviche and the daily special, salmon with gnocchi and eel sauce, were superb. The wine was delicious, what more could you ask for? Fantastic!

What the hell have you done with De Admiraal? Everything was perfect, the food was perfect, the staff was perfect! It's terrible now! Such a shame! I wish you well, but I think you'll be moving again soon!

Well, the soup starter, the daily specialty, took a very long time to arrive and was disappointing in terms of taste and warmth. The main course, the fish, wasn't fresh and had been microwaved. It was much too dry and still cold in the middle. I sent it back. Too bad, the location is nice, but the food really needs to improve.

I chose Bij N.A.P. for its lovely terrace and beautiful location, but was subsequently surprised by the genuine (no-nonsense) hospitality and the delicious lunch (satay skewers), which clearly had been prepared with the utmost care. I don't live nearby, but I will definitely be back.

We had a very pleasant evening in this beautiful, cozy restaurant. The atmosphere was inviting and perfect for a relaxed dinner. The value for money is excellent – we got a lot for our money. We would particularly like to highlight the friendly and attentive staff and the delicious appetizer. The wine was delicious and paired perfectly with the dishes. The meal was overall very tasty. One small disappointment, however, was that our burger was served "well done," even though we had ordered "medium." The server had specifically requested this. Overall, this is a beautiful and delicious restaurant that we can recommend, but we are deducting one star because of the burger.

Had a business lunch, lovely on the terrace. However, the satay was overcooked, the fries needed more oil, and there were bones in the fish salad. A real missed opportunity, because NAP is a nice place. Hopefully, it'll be better next time.

The food was fine, but the service was terrible. They don't even notice you're there, and once you finally order, it takes forever for the food to arrive. It's a shame, because it's a nice place.
