A really nice restaurant for an evening of delicious food.

You don't just "eat" there, you "celebrate." Exceptionally good food from an outstanding menu. The wine list alone... there were three different Gewürztraminers – even though it's a rather "unfashionable" wine with only a few die-hard fans. It's worth every penny! Truly excellent food... incomparable to the usual bland offerings on most menus.

The best meal I've had in years, in both Germany and the Netherlands. A true delight. The Meester family is doing a fantastic job. Thank you so much.

Surprisingly good. A wonderfully beautiful family business. Here you still get real napkins and an extremely friendly service by Mrs. Fleur. She is absolutely top but above all the chateaubriand we had was better than at many a chateau in France. Very highly recommended. Will definitely come back when we visit this beautiful place again with our ship. Thank you!

We've been there three times now and have always had a really good time. The dishes are all excellent and in particular the combination with a great rhubarb compote (which was served with each of the main courses we selected) is very tasty. The wine list is also very diverse and offers wines from “all” the world.

Sensational, old school, absolutely first class, the best house in town

A really cosy place to enjoy a meal, overlooking the harbour in the distance. Pleasantly surprised with how good the food was (the sea bass was delicious) and the service was warm and friendly.

We really enjoyed the Sole for Two. The service could be more prompt, though. Very friendly folk.
