Cold croquettes, having to go get the mustard yourself because the waitstaff ignores you. It might normally be a decent place, but this is definitely not the place to be on Boxing Day.

Excellent food, beautifully renovated, and a lovely patio. The sandwiches are delicious (although they could have had a bit more chicken on them). Food and drinks took a little longer to arrive, but the patio was also very busy due to the beautiful weather. Dogs are welcome both indoors and outdoors.

What a great addition to Enkhuizen! When you walk into a restaurant as a 66-year-old and receive a warm welcome, and even get a table without a reservation, that's pure hospitality. Of course, commercialism plays a role, but when the waitstaff carefully cleans your table first and gives you time to choose something from the menu, that's wonderfully "old-fashioned." Delicious, as are the food and drinks. I'll be back.

A very nice restaurant in the heart of Enkhuizen! We visited several times, and because of the location, we sometimes even stopped for a cappuccino! The staff is very attentive, friendly, and helpful! The restaurant is cozy and spacious. The food was always excellent and the prices were absolutely reasonable! A visit to this restaurant is an absolute must for visitors to Enkhuizen!

Fantastic restaurant and a truly delicious dinner. After a warm welcome, we were given a lovely table in the trendy yet warmly decorated restaurant. The interior is perfect in every way, and the service was excellent. Our food was truly delicious and well-presented. Our compliments to the kitchen. We will definitely be back.

Comfortable seating, delicious coffee. Great service. The goat cheese salad was a huge disappointment. Two pieces of goat cheese on a bed of lettuce cost around 20 euros. This was a real disappointment. Perhaps add a bit more to the salad or serve it with some bread. This was clearly far too expensive for what it was presented.

Nice location, decent drinks choice. Food took 45 minutes to get prepared: 22 eur burger was rare, soup of the day: wrong soup served, they had to replace it with another one. Atmosphere: good, nice plates, some cocktails menu, nice view.

We had a wonderful meal and drinks today. The staff was exceptionally good. They regularly came by to ask questions and were very friendly. The food was delicious. The owner even stopped by our table to explain the sherry and tawny port, along with a small tasting. Absolutely fantastic!

Tournedos gegessen. Fleisch excellent, sauber (Dicke, Gleichmässigkeit) zugeschnitten und perfekt auf den Punkt (Medium) gegrillt. Sehr feine klar bissfeste Gemüsebeilage. Dazu leckeres Texels Suumkoppe. Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Dit is een buitengewoon goed restaurant. Prima prijsniveau en mooie gerechten. Vlotte en attente bediening ook. Ruime keus in bieren en wijnen. Heerlijk en vooral ook fijn gegeten. Echt en aanrader en wij komen graag weer een keer terug..

What a nice restaurant. Everything is right, the service is attentive and quick and has humor. The food is really of a high standard. Beautiful plates and the choice is big enough. Many beers on tap too. We will definitely come back here, really recommended.

Eerlijk gezegd, fantastische spot. Hoorde alleen maar goeie berichten over deze plek. Helaas is het erg tegen gevallen, bestellingen die 10 tot 15 minuten later kwamen (drank) met z’n tweeën wat eten besteld en aangegeven dat wij de burger medium wilde hebben, was doorbakken: ook na het gevraagd te hebben na 30 minuten waar het eten bleef “Oja duurt nog 5 minuten” en opeens was het daar. Al de glazen van het begin van ons bezoek stonden er nog steeds tijdens het afrekenen... helaas geen goeie ervaring terwijl dit “de” plek moet zijn

Just perfect, quality, price, service

Voor de 2e keer hier gegeten. Helaas weer de zelfde ervaring. Had in de reservering gezet dat we 2 jaar getrouwd waren en dat we liefst tafeltje buiten wilde. Wel werd er gezegd dat ze buiten geen reserveringen deden (is niet zo gek want veel restaurants doen dat dus begrijpen we) maar betekend wel dat je de tekst heb gelezen. Verder was het ontvangst en drankjes prima. Ook was het opnemen van eten prima. Voor dat we het voor-gerecht kregen had ik een 2de drankje besteld. Na 15/20 min kwamen ze aan tafel dat ze niet de ingrediënten voor de cocktail hadden en of ik een andere wilde. Ik had een andere keuze gemaakt. Inmiddels was mijn voorgerecht op en waren we aan het wachten op hoofdgerecht en onze fles wijn. Na dat de fles wijn geschonken was kreeg ik pas mijn drankje (die ik dus eigenlijk bij het voorgerecht had gewild) vervolgens kregen we hoofdgerechten en dat was prima. Helaas duurde de patat erbij wel weer eventjes. Na dat we uitgegeten hadden op gegeten werd er gevraagd of het had gesmaakt. Ze keek naar de fles wijn en zei: oh jullie hebben nog genoeg wijn. Daarna is er ons niks meer gevraagd, niet of we dessert wilde of nog een koffietje/thee. Vervolgens heb ik afgerekend. Het is jammer dat het dinner voor ons 2 jaar huwelijk is tegen gevallen. Want wij hadden nog wel meer willen uitgeven/besteden. Ook mag de tekst “Wijnbar” wel eraf gehaalt worden.. er is te weinig wijn en combinaties om jezelf Wijnbar te noemen.. al me al zeer teleurstellend voor een restaurant dat zo hoog aangeschreven staat op diverse sites.

Beautiful place Inside...friendly owner....sunny terrace...extremely pleasant service...in my case Naomi helped me very well. Perfect Beer and wine glasses were handled and placed professionally. After departure, tables are cleaned with Spray. For the first time we ordered the hamburgers recommended by the boss. It is a good hamburger, but not the best.....quite fried with little meat juice. Bacon crispy, fries fine...sauces too. Service tip-top 👍

Everything is excellent. We went to dinner. The starters, main dishes, appetizers and top quality drinks. We were able to share with friends an excellent Argentine Malbec Kaiken Estate 2022. The attention of the owner and the employees was excellent. Very kind and cordial. I highly recommend it!!

Excellent dining option. A bit chic. Sufficient and very polite staff. Price level is reasonable for the various dishes. Wide choice of various types of beer and wine. Lunch between 15 and 20 euros per person. But the amount of food provided is ample.

Nice tent, unfortunately few dark beers (1) on the menu this winter. I think De Compagnie is a nicer place for a beer.

Mijn man en ik komen uit Limburg en onze zoon woont in de kop van Noord-Holland. Dé gelegenheid om andere plaatsen te bezoeken. Iedereen wilde op deze mooie nazomerse dag nog even eropuit. Zo ook wij. De ontvangst was allervriendelijkst en het heeft ons aan niets ontbroken. Op navraag of een voorgerecht plus een nagerecht voor ons ietwat teveel zou kunnen zijn, werd er meegedacht en alles ging schoon op. Perfect. Geen verspilling.

Leuke ambiance in een moderne sfeer, fantastisch personeel en heerlijk eten. De gerechten zijn 'ruim' en zeer smakelijk. Aanrader!

Super vriendelijk en geduldig personeel. Op een zeer drukke dag namen ze toch de moeite om voor onze groep van 9 mensen wat tafels aan elkaar te schuiven. Nogmaals bedankt daarvoor.

Delicious food, mustard soup really delicious, creamy with crispy small pieces of bacon and spring onions. Delicious burger with peeled potatoes, salad, mayonnaise at no extra charge, great. Furthermore, nice atmosphere, friendly staff, you don't always experience that, it's a shame we only stayed 1 night, but it's definitely worth coming back, keep it up!!

Nice shop. However, the burger wasn't tasty because it was a ready-made frozen patty. The chicken teriyaki is also not recommended. At least the fries were good.

Definitely worth the money. Cozy and friendly atmosphere, very friendly staff who will provide you with all information if requested. A nice drink and above all, the kitchen staff knows how to use pots and pans. The price is slightly above average, but you get something in return. Highly recommended.

Easy reservations, quick service, good food and fair prices.

The old lighting store is now in full swing, and this was our first visit to them. I had flatbread with crispy chicken myself and my wife had flatbread with salmon. Overwhelmingly delicious and beautifully served. All senses are stimulated when eating these dishes. Finally, a delicious cappuccino, add to that the smooth and friendly service. And you have a prime location.

Das Lokal hat das Gebäude nebenan eingenommen und sich entsprechend vergrößert, wobei das Ambiente im neuen Teil schicker ist, aber vielleicht nicht mehr ganz so gemütlich. Der Service ist sehr freundlich, das Essen gut - nur das Curry war etwas zu breiig. Die Karte scheint mir etwas eingeschränkt, sonst weiterhin empfehlenswert!

Yesterday, July 18, we held our many-year wedding anniversary with the excellent help of the Sander and Kim team from Dubbel & Dwars. We did not hold it in the restaurant, but the restaurant came to us! Exquisite 3-course dinner (imagine having 36 people eat at the same time). Our party couldn't get any worse! Thank you very much for offering us this opportunity. Peter, Harma and Soof (and the other guests)

Maten var god och riklig, men hur restaurangen går runt är ett mysterium. Vi var tvungna att kämpa för att få personalens uppmärksamhet först när vi kom och ville ha ett bord, sen när vi ville ha menyn och när vi ville beställa. Efter en halvtimme kom en rätt av fyra, och servitören sa att de andra var på väg. En kvart senare påpekade vi att de fortfarande inte kommit, då dök de upp efter fem minuter. Då var servitrisen ursäktande och undrade om vi ville ha mer att dricka, som plåster på såren uppfattade vi det men givetvis fanns de på notan ändå. Vid varje tillfälle var det en ny person ur personalen, så organisationen verkade inte vara på topp.

Parking was barely possible. Nicely received by the staff, without having to make a reservation. The staff was very friendly and neat. In addition, the food was also very tasty. It didn't take too long before it was served either. There was a pleasant atmosphere and the temperature was also well regulated. I would love to come here again, it was delicious!

Presentation was very clinical, but this angus burger is so tasty, wonderfully tender, large, fresh bread, tasty sauce, highly recommended!!! Staff very fast and polite. Also just to report: toilets are super clean and smell seriously good
