The food was tasty, the tuna salad too. It did take a long time before my husband received his spaghetti carbonara (not bolognese), which he clearly asked for twice. What was very strange was that we had to pay 2 x 2 Euros for 2 mini containers of Parmesan cheese. We didn't even ask for it. That wasn't very customer-friendly.

The calzone and pasta carbonada are always delicious.

We ordered 3 pizzas, they were very tasty.

Ordered for the first time after years in Alanya; wanted to try an Italian restaurant for a change. Waited over an hour, received no confirmation, called myself, and the person on the phone wasn't exactly relaxed. 1 Margherita pizza, which my daughter said was still decent. My Quatro Formaggi pizza is truly awful: dry, lukewarm, and poorly topped. Hardly any cheese; I couldn't find any four cheeses. It's a good thing I was hungry. We will order via Alanya again next time. Way too much money for the quality and service. A shame!

It took a very long time for the 2 pizzas to be delivered. After 40 minutes, the app still indicated that the order had not been received, so I called to ask if everything was correct. However, I didn't get the chance to ask this because when I called, I wasn't even given the chance to explain! He cut me off immediately and kept correcting me. Absolutely ridiculous! The delivery driver was very friendly and quick. I had paid a tip via the website with the bill, but he indicated himself that the delivery driver didn't receive any of it. So I gave him a tip myself as well!! But I won't order from there again because of that arrogant operator.

The pizzas were OK, but we missed some depth in the flavor; I think a bit more herbs and salt would have helped. There were a few minor issues with the service because it was the employee's first night, but it was resolved quickly, professionally, and quickly. It happens. The Parmigiana di Melanzane took a while to prepare but was absolutely heavenly. Very good! That alone is a reason to return.

It was delicious; I had a ham pizza, and it was the best I'd ever eaten. Kudos also to the guy with the glasses. He was very nice and provided good service. Nice background music too. Definitely worth the full 5 stars.

These pizzas (for me, the calzone with bolognese sauce) are so good that if I ever had to choose a "last meal," I'd choose a calzone with bolognese sauce from Ciao. Every time you pick up a pizza from him, he proudly shows it to you first.

A small Italian restaurant that apparently focuses primarily on takeout and delivery. It took a very long time for the food to arrive. It took over 50 minutes, which is unusually long for two pizzas and a pasta dish, especially with two young children at the table. The Margherita pizza was excellent. Exactly as you'd expect. However, the Funghi pizza was completely covered in slices of ham! That's not listed on the menu. The All'Arrabbiata pasta is indeed very spicy, but the tomato sauce is a bit acidic and seems to have come straight from a can. The food is affordable (paying cash proved problematic), the service is polite, and the ambiance is otherwise fine.

Very bad food and the waitress went to the toilet every 10 minutes, very unpleasant there and in the end there were too many things on the bill and no apology for that, I do not recommend a visit

Yesterday we had a delicious meal at Ciao! I had a pizza tonno and my boyfriend had spaghetti with seafood. It had delicious Italian wine and the most delicious tiramisu. The staff were very friendly and I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Had a wonderful meal after a weekend away. Excellent service, and very friendly staff. The pizzas were well-filled and very tasty. And unfortunately, I forgot my sunglasses, and hopefully, they'll send them to my house after a phone call. Which is, of course, very kind.

We had the penne salmon and the spaghetti alla crema, each with a drink (Coke and Fuze Tea). We waited over an hour and a half for our food. The flavor was bland; the pasta only developed a flavor after we added more seasoning. You could have found the salmon with a magnifying glass, and the chicken was seasoned oddly. The pasta was served with Parmesan cheese, which we thought was included, but we were charged €2 per bowl, even though we hadn't even ordered it. The tables outside are completely crooked, the menus are falling off. I wouldn't eat here again. 🥲

Passing through Enkhuizen, we headed to this pizzeria very late, almost at closing time. They were very kind, great service and delicious pizza! Ordered food yesterday. A pizza and two sparerib dishes. The food came an hour later than estimated, but okay, that can happen, but just call and you know. The pizza was absolutely good. As he actually hears. The spareribs, on the other hand, were really bad. Spare ribs should fall off the bone, they were so tough that they were barely edible. Very dry too. To our taste, the marinade was only soy sauce. What I found even worse was that the ribs were not even de-veined. This is so easy to do (I am a chef myself) and the garlic sauce was definitely not fresh but ready-made and really dirty. All in all the experience was therefore bad. Besides that, the entire order was covered in sparerib marinade that had started to leak into the bag, but it doesn't matter, it can happen. But you really can't sell those spare ribs like that. Not allowed, but more time and love should really be spent on it because we have now thrown away €44 for 2 dishes

Have it delivered to your home. The food was delicious, but delivery took a very long time. After more than 1.5 hours we called to ask when we could expect it. Friendly lady on the phone and she would ensure that it would be within half an hour. After 35 minutes I receive a call back from a friendly gentleman, he apologizes again and indicates that extra drinks have been added to the order. The delivery person was on his way, a little later he was at the door with even more apologies. Tip to the owner, let us know earlier and clearly when ordering that it may take a long time. My confirmation said 25 minutes. We ordered at 6:50 PM and we were finally able to eat at 9:10 PM. Thanks for the drinks.

Definitely delicious pizzas, I would skip pasta next time. Friendly owners but yes I think it is better to order here for home rather than sitting.

Had woodfired pizza here and some wine after walking into town from 5km away (the one and only local taxi/uber wasn't answering our calls). It was well worth it and the white wine was great! We really needed it as we were stuffed from walking so far. The owners were very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Great that the catering industry can open again after corona! Compared to the local prices of other catering establishments, you are not treated like a "day tripper" who needs to be squeezed out. So a sincere, honest entrepreneur still exists every now and then 😉 The fact that the customer comes first is very noticeable in the way in which the customer's wishes are taken into account, such as vegetarian, for example, and they do not add strange amounts of extra money and ensure that nothing is missing. As a tip to the entrepreneur, I would like to say that a portion of aperitifs was missing, such as a cappuccino, because personally I would rather order a cappuccino or a latte macchiato in a restaurant than a can of cola.

Op maandagavond daar gegeten. Eigenaar was alleen en het werd drukker dan die had verwacht zijn vrouw en kinderen hielpen later mee. Het eten smaakte uitstekend alleen je moest wat geduld opbrengen voor het eten kwam. Maar dat is in deze tijd normaal met al dat personeel tekort.

Paar keer geweest bij Ciao. Prima en lekker gegeten, vriendelijke mensen daar. Ze zitten niet echt in de loop maar is zeker een aanrader.

Leuke Italiaanse familie. Ruim keuze met heel veel lekkere gerechten. Veel wordt zelf gemaakt en is dan ook heerlijk. Pizza prosciutto funghi, shoarma en een sparerib schotel gehad. Stuk voor stuk hartstikke lekker. Zeker een top 2 Italiaanse restaurants van Enkhuizen

Könnten mit einer großen Gruppe dort buchen und es war kein Problem. Das Essen wurde von allen für gut befunden und das Personal war super drauf. Gerne wieder!
