A beautiful and well-organized store with friendly staff! It's great that the production area next door is clearly visible through the large windows! Lots of delicious things in the store. Delicious ice cream too!

Every now and then I have an appointment nearby. Of course, I can't come home without a cake from Robèrt. Absolutely fantastic!

A truly fantastic shop! The super sweet employee was really helpful, we even got a sampler, and she even got a cookie for my friend with a gluten allergy to try. Absolutely fantastic! The prices are a bit high, but it's definitely worth it. I definitely recommend the bolus with cream!😋

Always a pleasant smell when you walk in... fresh bread, croissants still slightly warm, and friendly staff who know exactly what your regular customer is getting. The pastries are excellent, especially the carré jam. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait on Sundays, but that's usually a good sign.

A beautiful building, and it's fun to walk to the shop via the bakery. A lovely lady was very helpful and explained the different pastry flavors. We tried all the flavors for several people, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed them! And the icing on the cake was seeing Robèrt in the bakery 😃 I would definitely go there again if I'm ever in the area.

Great location, good and tasty pastries

Delicious bread, pastries, and ice cream. For me, the Robert sauce is a bit too thick. It could be a bit less, but that's probably why people come here. The sausage rolls are highly recommended!

Very friendly service, and snacks (savory and sweet) were provided. The brown rolls and breadsticks we brought were good. The chocolate roll was dry and lacked much chocolate. The financier cerises lacked flavor.

It's fun to stop by and pick up something tasty. Robert's sausage rolls are highly recommended, of course, but the other bread and pastries are also definitely high in flavor and quality!

We popped into Robert's Bakery to pick up some Brabant sausage rolls. It was nice to have a peek inside, but there wasn't much going on at our time. It's a pricey bakery, but it's good quality.

Went for the first time this week; it's not around the corner. The quality of the products is fantastic! Yes, the price is also reasonable, but the price is (still) right. On a Monday afternoon, there's still plenty of selection. Incredibly friendly staff. Plenty of parking nearby. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area.

Great location. Old factory building. It's always nice to peek into the bakery. Parking is adequate. Friendly staff and a wide variety of products. You can also bake your own toppings. Highly recommended. Parking is adequate at Lidl if needed.

I had high expectations, but was a bit disappointed. The pastries were tasty, but there wasn't much selection. The patio (and the interior) lacked any atmosphere or ambiance, looking a bit shabby. The staff could also be more knowledgeable and customer-friendly.

They won't take back cake that's way too dry. They can't judge it properly. You're on your own. Never again!

I always enjoy walking in here. I always make a point of going through the back so you walk past the long window where the bakers are at work. I always take home the filled bolus, apple cake, and sausage rolls.

I attended a sausage roll workshop. The baker was great about it. The rolls turned out great and were delicious! The workshop included a tour. It was nice to walk through the bakery and get some explanation.

I've been here several times and actually everything they sell is delicious: the pastries, the cheese biscuits, the sausage rolls, the bread, and the chocolate...all delicious, but it also comes with a hefty price, which is what you'd expect from a master baker and pastry chef.

Wow, what a beautiful bakery with delicious products. I couldn't choose but luckily I didn't have to! The chocolate croissant was crispy, buttery and really a picture. The sausage roll was of course delicious. The little strawberry slippers... if you give me 20 of them, they'll be gone tonight! The slipper is sublime and the strawberries fresh. The butter cake is also delicious, a bit crispy but moist and soft. We also took a white bread with us, which is really delicious.

It's always a pleasure to come here. I would happily drive 1.5 hours to get a delicious bolus.

We went with a group of 7 to have high tea at Robert's. There were 2 people with an intolerance (1x gluten and 1x lactose). We paid €50 per person, but it wasn't worth it for the gluten-free and lactose-free options. Those with dietary requirements had to sit on the corner of the table and were given exactly the same thing, so the one with the lactose intolerance also had to eat gluten-free and the one with a gluten-free intolerance also had to eat lactose-free. The high tea consisted of 3 courses. Those without dietary requirements received much more and a lot of variety than those with dietary requirements. It was as if the other two were being punished: monotonous and uninspired. You would expect much more from a master baker and for that price. The sweet part (the 3rd course) was the only thing that was good. Tea was also served with every course (it is a high tea after all). The tea - food was tailored to the 'normal' high tea (greasy, cheese) but everyone got the same tea. You couldn't choose either. And you have to pay extra for a bottle of tap water on the table. Not recommended unfortunately.

Super tasty! Lots of choice and samples were also offered. Service was very friendly, even if they didn't have something in stock they came up with an alternative. Sausage rolls and vegetarian are just as expensive, that's good! And vegetarian were very tasty. Bread was good and the pastries delicious! It's also nice that you can see the bakery at work. In short, it's worth the money.

Went to the hotel around the corner and passed by here. It looked so inviting and I was a little hungry. Went in quickly. Cappuccino and a delicious cake. Highly recommended here. Cappuccino and cake tasted excellent. Super sweet and friendly staff. Cozy furnishings. If you are in the area or are staying in the hotel around the corner, this is highly recommended!

Always nice to be here and to go home with delicious fresh products. My favorite bread is the dark abbey bread and of course the 'Robèrt'. But the filled boluses, abbey buns, brioche and whole wheat bread are almost always taken home.

This is a nice place, with nice staff. We were there on a weekday morning, and it was very quiet. After the door you walk through a long corridor with a view of the bakery, then you enter a beautiful modern shop. I bought a Caprese 'croissant' and a baguette with cheese and onions, tasty, soup was good too.

Unfortunately, Robert turns out not to be as reliable as he makes himself out to be. Several investors have been duped by him, but that doesn't seem to bother him.

The entrance requires some searching for the bakery. But the pastries are really so tasty! Especially the filled bolus. It is definitely worth planning a trip here.

It will be no secret that this is the bakery of baking legend Robèrt van Beckhoven. Better known as Robèrt van Heel Holland bakes. When you walk into the store, the sour smell of the sourdough immediately hits you. Before you arrive at the sales department, you walk through a long corridor from which you have a view of the bakery. Great experience. Besides the bread, the apple pie is my personal favorite. If I'm in the area, I'll definitely stop by here.

Finally stopped by and got some nice stuff. It smells wonderful when you walk past the bakery through the long corridor. the store. Helped by a very nice young lady. Knew a lot about all the goodies on the counter. And we were also allowed to taste pieces. Back to Amsterdam with a bag full of goodies (of course also the sausage rolls). And also had something delivered for Christmas. But will definitely come back again.

Had coffee at De Kazerne yesterday with a delicious pastry. Truly delicious! But there was something that surprised us. A packaged cookie from Lavazza with coffee. You really don't expect this here. Later we bought delicious sausage rolls in the shop. In any case, it was worth it.

We are not often in the area (110 kilometers drive...), but it is always a party when we have been to Robèrt's bakery. Location is very beautiful. The road from the entrance to the bakery runs past the studios, providing added value. Products are of high quality (so you pay a little more) and delicious.

No lunch upon arrival. Only allowed indoors, even with this beautiful weather.

We drove a long way for Robert's Zeeland boluses with swiss cream but it was absolutely worth the drive... Perfect bolus, Swiss cream not too sweet...a perfect combination!

Tasty, but not all taste equally good

In the gigantic building where Robèrt's company is located. Everything seems small. I expected the shop to be more spacious. The building where you can drink coffee is not that spacious, and I don't think it is acoustically pleasant. The pastries and bread are of heavenly delicacy, super quality and in the end that is what it is all about.

Highly recommended! You notice that everything is fresh and everything is super tasty!

Delicious pastries and we regularly come here to eat a delicious cake. However, the price of coffee has risen to 5 euros for a cappuccino and that is bizarrely high for a small cappuccino. Too bad about this!

It was a bit of a drive from Bergen op Zoom, but with a woman as a “baking fanatic” we had to go there. It's very nice that you first walk past the bakery itself before entering the shop itself. And of course, when the weather is nice, get a delicious ice cream from Robèrt.

After my visit to the De Kazerne lunchroom (also from Robèrt), I stopped by the bakery, even though the croissant at the lunchroom was disappointing. Before you enter the store, there is a long corridor with a completely glass wall behind which you can see the bakers at work. I didn't see Robèrt himself, but that wasn't why I came. I ordered the coffee cake and the filled bolus to take away and paid EUR5.90. Service was fast and correct and the store was easily wheelchair accessible. The coffee cake turned out to be made from the same flavorless dough as the croissant. The bun was not neatly formed and contained large air bubbles. The pastry cream could not be found. The taste really had to come from the raisins and apricot jam, but that was not enough to consider it sufficient. If you were to serve this sandwich with a cup of strong coffee, the flavor would be even less. The filled bolus, on the other hand, had a very good taste, and not only because of the generous amount of cinnamon. A sweet roll with a sweet filling, but not TOO sweet due to a nice fresh Swiss cream that balanced the roll well. The bolus sugar was also just the right balance between dark and light sugar for my taste. I would like to do this again. Unfortunately, this is not on the menu at De Kazerne, because a cup of coffee would be great. I had not ordered in advance via the webshop, but you can also go to the pick-up point. It strikes me that nowhere in the webshop is it indicated which pastry products contain gelatin. In any case, the ingredients of the products are not listed anywhere. The store also sells raw materials, but for that reason alone I would not buy them here due to insufficient transparency: I would like to know what I am serving my guests.
