Bistro Beiroet in Noordoost

I ordered food, but it arrived stone cold. We had to microwave it. I wanted to call but got a disconnecting tone. We've been customers for years, and this is a very bad way to go. I have to give one star, but it's not worth it. They're losing regular customers this way, even if they improve. And considering they were one of the best restaurants in the media back then, they're now getting a bit carried away.

Unfortunately, it was simply awful. The kapsalon delivery took about an hour and a half. When I called after an hour, they said it would be ready and delivered in 10 minutes. It took half an hour, and I received a soggy, lukewarm kapsalon. The fries and salad were completely soggy and limp. The kebab itself was also greasy and unappetizing. The packaging was dented, and everything was compressed during delivery, I think. I took a few bites and ended up throwing it all away. A once-in-a-lifetime experience for me. Such a waste.

I used to order from Bistro Beiroet quite often. These days, I don't order from them anymore. I look at the menu and see the special prices, and I think, "They've gone crazy." The crispy chicken burger just went up 50% in price in no time. If they lowered the prices a bit, they'd get a lot more orders. This is a sinking ship, and I'm certainly not the only one saying this as a Beijum resident! It started out well, but I don't order from them anymore!

First of all, the food arrived more than half an hour later than requested. Unfortunately, we're not always satisfied with our orders at Bistro, as something always goes wrong with the order, but because the food is delicious, we keep ordering. Today, we had a new experience. Our son took his first bite of a döner sandwich. Instead of a delicious piece of meat, he thought he'd bitten into a sharp piece of bone, but no, he'd bitten into a piece of metal with sharp corners and edges. To err is human, but to admit it is hard. My husband immediately took it to them, but they were difficult at first. After my husband explained that he wasn't there for fun, they gave us two new döner sandwiches. I'm glad my son didn't swallow his first bite.

The food arrived half an hour late, the fries were incredibly soggy, but the döner sandwich was good. But we won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered food today, which was always good, but this time I ordered four Lebanese rolls, which have a 50% discount on Mondays. Now I understand why there was almost nothing in them, and it doesn't look anything like the photos. A big disappointment. I called because my order was incorrect. I was missing a bottle of Fanta, but I got a can. Okay, no excuse, but I still have a bottle to bring. It's still possible, but we're only 2.5 hours away. So, the conclusion is that the food is usually good despite the price, but today's meal wasn't complete (a bottle of Fanta), and there was barely anything between the Lebanese rolls.

I ordered a €14 beef burger, and it came with a stray pickle, bacon, and no onions. I had requested that the lettuce and tomato be omitted. Too bad I can't post a photo.

Ordered very bad chicken tenders but then it was full of bone so it was no longer tender. For 13 euros you expect reasonable pieces but they were not much bigger than chicken nuggets.

July 2 Unfortunately again order not complete. Made a phone call sorry sorry we will bring it later. Yes that's right more than half an hour later and you guessed it again. Also what was forgotten with the first order was also forgotten the second time when bringing it. Bistro Beirut too bad too bad. You also lose the desire to call after it.

The döner sandwich here is always delicious: big, hearty and full of flavour! The dishes are a bit on the pricey side, but that's the case everywhere these days. And with a large portion, fresh salad and delicious potato slices, you won't hear me complain. Unfortunately, I recently received a disappointing portion of lamb chops, but after a quick phone call we immediately received compensation: top quality lamb chops that were excellent. Very honest business. All in all, I definitely recommend eating here. I've been ordering here for years and it's almost always a delicious meal.

Had ordered a Kapsalon Doner Xl. Couldn't get it done online. Called and got great help! The Kapsalon was just really fantastic! Was really big! And very tasty! Thank you Bistro Beiroet.

Mexican chicken burger with seasoned fries slaps. 10/10

Order placed at 5:15 PM. Received nothing or no message at 7:20 PM. After calling, it happened to be on its way. Ordered 1x falafel, 1x chicken tenders and 1x spare ribs. Order here often, but both service and food were really disappointing this time. At 7.45 pm food finally arrived with mediocre quality. Not used to them, normally top but not good now.

Bistro Beirut didn't deliver what was advertised. It says it comes with a chicken shawarma sandwich, fries, pickles, and garlic or aioli. Only the sandwich is included, not the sauce or fries. Very poor.

Please do something about the loitering youth/employees in front of your business in the evenings. That's not a sight...

We ordered spare ribs today. There's always something wrong with the food, but we've never complained. Today, it went too far. We ordered spare ribs, and when we got the first rack, it was all thick fat. So we couldn't eat it. The next rack looked a bit better. But under that rack, there were two more with only fat. So we decided to call. They couldn't do anything about it because we'd already eaten them. So, not very customer-friendly. We've never complained, but this went too far.

I ate here and ordered sweet spareribs, but they were incredibly spicy. When I mentioned this, I received no further help. I left a review, and the owner said we could call to discuss it. We called, left our phone number, and never heard back. Bad service, bad food, and the service is even worse.

Just ate here. And I'm never coming back!!! Spare ribs were marinated hot instead of sweet. The spareribs were dry. Unfortunately it now ends here after all those wonderful moments when it was good.

I was a fan of this case. A mistake can happen. I don't have to leave a negative review right away. But things keep going wrong in recent months. Orders incomplete. Orders delivered cold. Burnt chicken. If you try to contact them by phone, they do not answer the phone. Very bad.

Ordered for the first time this week. Ribs were top notch, extra meat was a good portion. Sorry, forgot the potato slices. Can happen. Ordered again today. Delivered after 90 minutes of waiting. With potato slices this time, but no extra meat. Only 3 small ribs. I called and was promised a new portion within 20 minutes. We are now 75 minutes further and the restaurant is closed. Foreign.... Maybe you can still offer a solution so that I can adjust the review..

Someone wanted to surprise me today with something tasty from Bistro Beirut. Well that worked! A delicious salad containing delicious and multiple types of fresh lettuce, tomato and cucumber. In addition, pineapple and delicious and crunchy Lebanese pickle strips. Then a delicious dressing and super tender chicken. What a party! The chicken sandwich, which also had those delicious fresh pickle strips on it, was also delicious! Enjoyed everything very much. And to top it all off, delicious baklava. Like I said, a real party. Large portions and delicious food. The delivery person was extremely friendly and very neat! Highly recommended!

Ordered something again after a long time. After waiting more than 1 hour, we received cold chicken, and the döner sandwich was also almost cold and not tasty. We both threw them straight into the trash. Very unfortunate, after all, I ordered for more than €40, of which you can throw more than half in the trash. Waste of your money. Ordered for the first time. The food was very tasty and all fresh products and everything was packaged separately, which I think was very neat. The food was hot and I will definitely order from here again.

Ordered delicious spareribs, you get a lot, the meat is super tender and the marinade is delicious. In my case BBQ, it also comes with delicious seasoned baked potatoes. I also ordered a kebab sandwich once before, which was also very good. Compliments to the team, and certainly worth repeating.

WORTHLESS! We ordered spare ribs (for 88 euros!!!) and it arrived lukewarm after an hour and a half of waiting. We had cut and tasted some of a box of spare ribs only to be disappointed because it had cooled down very much. The same goes for the potatoes. Of course we called and reported it. Instead of offering a good solution, the delivery person picked up the food only to receive a call that we had eaten the potatoes (yes, maybe ate 8 pieces to try), and that they would give two (!) fewer bags of potatoes. . So instead of a refund they try to cut you back because some of it was eaten. What bizarrely bad service. One of the ladies on the phone has a particularly big mouth and didn't want to hear anything about it. We then drove to the restaurant to either get the money back or take new, hot and complete food with us. With the exception of one lady (Kaitlyn), they were unkind and ill-conceived people. In the end we did receive the food, but that was more than three hours after placing the order (and we had to pick it up ourselves!) I will never order from here again and it was good that I drove to the restaurant so that we could see that it was a dirty pauper gang. A measly 1 star for Bistro Beirut and I would RECOMMEND it to everyone to order here

Usually my go-to burger place, with fast delivery and great food, but recently the orders have been taking longer and longer. Waited for 2 hours and it was IMPOSSIBLE to contact the restaurant (call disconnected straight away). Great food, but be cautious when ordering.

Bought two cheese burgers, fries, and two sauces. Unfortunately, they forgot the fries. I tried calling 19 times but no one picked up the phone (I called the phone number stated in their website). At one point, I did not even have a ringing tone and it went straight to the tune where someone hangs up the phone. They do not have any email address either, so it's impossible to contact them. This place is my go-to for burgers for years because they have really good burger. It is really a shame that their service is not good and I will probably never going to be compensated for the missing order. This experience really makes me considering to never order from them anymore due to their business practice. I checked Thuisbezorgd reviews and apparently this issue is very common (i.e., Bistro Beirut forgot to deliver the fries and it's very difficult to contact them about an order issue).

Altijd goed eten en een snelle bezorging!

Gisteren voor het eerst besteld bij Beiroet. Dikke pluspunt: hoeveelheid eten wat je krijgt. De mixed grill voor 1 persoon kun je makkelijk met zijn tweeën van eten. Met salade en aardappelschijfjes. De kipburgers ook prima, fantastisch formaat! Minpuntje: ik had om 16:00 al aangegeven graag om 17;00 te eten, uiteindelijk komt het om 17:25 aan. Wel met excuses ;)

Ik geef niet zo gauw 5 sterren, maar dit restaurant is echt absurd goed, gezond en heurluk. Je krijgt ook zeker veel eten voor wat je betaalt.

Lekker,alleen jammer dat jullie steeds drinken bij de patat in doen, nu krijg ik steeds koude patat en warme drinken. Tip voor jullie, drinken appart in tasje, voor de rest prima eten.

Snelle bezorging en het eten was nog lekker warm. Helaas weer niet het aantal bestelde en betaalde sausjes erbij. Dit gebeurt erg vaak had het zelfs bij opmerkingen geplaatst om de sausjes NIET te vergeten. Jammer!

Zojuist voor het eerst bestelling gedaan. Had verkeerd besteld en daarna telefonisch doorgegeven en dat was goed gegaan. Hele snelle bezorging en het eten was echt super lekker. Raad het zeker aan!

Vandaag 18-2-2023 voor het eerst daar eten besteld een Mixgrill voor één persoon. Ik moet zeggen dat het snel bezorgt werd en dat ik mijn buik er goed vol van heb gekregen.....voor morgen heb ik zelfs nog wat vlees over voor op brood. Het zag er allemaal zeer goed uit en de smaak was ook meer dan goed..... Maar het was wel behoorlijk afgekoeld ondanks dat Bistro Beiroet maar 2,5 km van mijn huis ligt, dat vond ik persoonlijk wel een domper. Mijn tip is dan ook om net als de bezorgers van pizza`s en de Chinees, de bezorgers van Beiroet te voorzien van warmhoud boxen.....het eten was gewoon te koud vandaar mijn waardering van 3 sterren, eigenlijk is het 2,5 ster.

Spare ribs besteld, erg lekker, vlees lekker mals en een grote portie, bijna genoeg voor 2 personen zelfs, aardappelschijfjes waren echt super lekker (komt denk ik door de olie die ze gebruiken om te frituren?) ook dankzij het kruidenzout dat ze gebruiken. Echt next level vergeleken met andere cafetaria's in de buurt hier.. Ik ga zeker weer bestellen. Super goed!!

Wij wonen in Meerstad en waren al aan het wachten op een goede vervanger voor ‘Cleopatra’ uit Assen. Waardige vervanger dit. Misschien nog wel beter.

Always great food, usually quick delivery, and they have attention for "changes/comments on dishes" that u make. I order regularly at this restaurant. Would recommend.

Het eten was lekker. Maar, er waren geen aardappelschijfjes bij. Die kwamen, na mijn telefonische klacht, een halfuur later.

Hele lekkere kapsalon met goed gekruide patat. Zeker geen sloffe patat. De portie is voor mij wel te groot. Het zou fijn zijn als je ook een optie heb om een kleine portie te bestellen.

Nu 2 keer eten gehaald. En beide keren erg goed te doen. Royale porties en normale prijs.
