After a half-hour walk in the summer heat, with beads of sweat trickling down our foreheads, we were eagerly awaiting one thing: cooling off. Ice cream, just as promised on the website and the signs on the door. But as we approached, a strange feeling crept over us. The lights… they were out. "Maybe there's a power outage," we said to each other, hoping against hope. We didn't want to believe it. With a last glimmer of hope, we pushed against the door. In vain. Closed. Shut. Deserted. And there we were, sweaty, disappointed, and ice cream-free. What remained was not vanilla or strawberry flavor, but a bitter aftertaste of empty promises and missed opportunities. No scoops of happiness in a cone today. Just disappointment, served at room temperature.

Unfriendly employees and unfriendly neighborhood. Over hyped place. Just avoid it. May be meant only for locals.

Went two days in a row for icecream, and twice the new owner/lady is rude and clearly doesn't like being there... What a change...

A bit of an unpleasant surprise to find out that a café/ice cream shop like this has no toilet for the clients and that they can not make an exception for a 4 year old.

Dear reader, I want to say something. A beautiful brunette lady in her late 20s who is housed in this hip tent in the heart of benoordenhout can certainly produce a delicious milkshake. The ice creams are sublime and the same lady also scoops delicious portions. definitely recommended for everyone.

The coffee is not good + expensive! The woman there is not friendly :(

El helado está bien. Sin embargo, si tienes niños pequeños, no hay cambiador. Cuando sacamos el cambiador para cambiarla en una silla, el dueño vino muy agresivo y gaslighting. Quizás podríamos haber preguntado, pero estábamos tomando todas las precauciones higiénicas para un bebé de 3 meses y era demasiado frío para cambiar su exterior. Por lo tanto, no hemos regresado desde entonces, y realmente no lo perdimos. Y si tienes hijos pequeños, quizás sea mejor ir a otro lugar.

I asked for a nice expression martini and got a cup of coffee with a mini sip for 3.20, way too expensive and not what I asked for, even McDonalds is better, strangely don't recommend this restaurant 😒

The café is very cozy but also very expensive. The chocolate milk cost €4.50 and a cookie €2.50!🫣. It would be better if it cost less!

Net enorm goed geholpen en een leuk praatje gemaakt met een aantrekkelijke jongen genaamd Lennart. Wat een leuke vriendelijke vent is dat! Bovenal ook nog een heerlijke cappuccino gedronken (die Lennart helaas niet zelf kon maken, maar Sten), maar kan niet wachten om terug te komen!🍦☕️

Super duur en kleine bolletjes! Je kan beter naar luciano op de Fred gaan, bitterkoud koopt haar ijs daar en maakt het duurder. Een schande in deze nette buurt.

Leuke ijszaak. Lekkere sorbetsmaken, opgewekt en goed personeel. Mlem!

Muy buenos los helados y batidos.

Voelde me niet echt welkom bij binnenkomst, de aanwezige man straalde vooral bitterkoud uit, vandaar misschien de naam. De koffie daarentegen smaakte perfect, dat dan weer wel. De dame waar we bij hebben afgerekend was trouwens wél vriendelijk.

The taste of the ice-cream was pretty good. Sunny day in the afternoon was pretty crowded as could be expected. Not much to add, just a regular ice-cream shop.

Druk bezochte ijszaak. Ijsjes zijn prima. Eigenaar is erg bot en onvriendelijk. Personeel is gelukkig wel vriendelijk.

Perfect place for a delicious ice cream! Queuing can happen when the summer is here : but the waiting time is forgotten, thanks to the friendly staff and the very good ice creams! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the surroundings! By your own, with family or friends : there is enough place outside to sit down there, relax and enjoy the good neighbourhood.

Siempre hay gente amable que trabaja aquí, las chicas siempre joven. El precio es un poco mayor que el del año pasado. Y ya es bastante caro. El café se sirve con una versión en miniatura de los helados, muy divertido. En general, una buena calidad pero bastante caro. La strippenkaart siempre comprar precio 10 reduce con bolas.

Pequeño café de esquina en un vecindario de mercado en La Haya. El personal es muy amable, excelente café y el helado más delicioso!

Literalmente, nunca salió mal, siempre funcionaron como un fogonazo y siempre fueron capaces de proporcionarnos a mí y a todos los presentes helados deliciosos y realmente no son caros, de seguro mi lugar aquí en La Haya, Países Bajos para helado.
