Super nice vibes, fantastic coffee, lovely ambient and a wonderful music!

I’d move to Amsterdam just for this place. Amazing atmosphere, an outstanding vinyl collection, and great coffee. There are several beans to choose from, and the owner clearly knows their craft. Huge respect. I wish the world had more places like this, places that make you feel inspired and remind you how enjoyable life can be.

I went there a few days ago and found the barista quite rude to customers. He was even swearing at the coffee machine. To make matters worse, I ended up being served one of the worst iced lattes I’ve had in Amsterdam.

I was the only person in the coffeeshop at 2pm on Wednesday. I took out my laptop and the guy working there didn’t ask but rather ordered to close the laptop. The argument that there was no one inside, didn’t make any difference. Very rude and quite dumb.

The place was great. I loved the fact that there was a lot of vinyls you could buy and look through. The man serving us was really cool and talkative. Definitely reccommend!!

V60 The Ethiopian one is sweet And the Colombian one is delicious They're both spicy They have many other crops But the gram they cook at 12 times is mild Make it 15 or 20 and it will be 👌🏼

Within one 60 second conversation with the barista, he managed to insult my attempted conversation topic (“how are you?”), my coffee order, and the city I visited from. The drip coffee was good, the flat white was bad, the service was off-putting.

My friend and I visited this coffee shop today, and the tea was great. But the man who was working at the bar was very rude, arrogant, and impolite. It seemed like he wanted us to leave the place as soon as possible. A very unpleasant experience. We even gave up on buying records.

It's a gem, a great place in the center to escape. But it's a record store with a great selection and a owner with a great attitude who does what he wants and wants what he does. Go there to spent your money and share the love.

Always liked their music and coffee, you can taste the richness in the beans. Good to a catchup and conversation too, or just quietly enjoying your time in the cafe listening to good records and browsing through all the books and magazines. The guy runs by himself can recommend records for you too. Don't bring a laptop but a tablet and drawing was ok.

This is a very interesting and nice, peaceful place. Not the usual Café. Good selection of coffee and Snacks. The Cookie was really good. Also the Staff very friendly and helpful. You can also find lots of Music and Merchandise. I would go here again.

Obviously this place is legendary, they have all sorts of signed vinyls from various artists who have visited the cafe. The vibe is very chilled. The coffee is amazing. Its not always easy to get a seat. I'd love to return for one of their events that they hold. I try and get to this cafe once a month or so.

I don't know if they're the owner or the part-timer, but they're both super friendly! The atmosphere is totally hip. I highly recommend it. But please make sure to sign your name before you leave. My payment was canceled because I didn't sign.

"What's the best thing you've tasted in the Netherlands?" The cup of coffee in front of me. The Google reviews say it's incredibly rich and indescribable. It truly is. One sip reveals not only layers of flavor, but also a blend of flavors from different countries: the aroma of cocoa, a hint of brown sugar. As you savor it, so many ancient memories emerge: South American culture, ancient Egyptian civilization, and so on. So, if I had to say, I'd say this coffee has an ancient flavor. But actually, I was there to find vinyl records... I didn't know what to order, so I ordered a hot latte. It was incredibly smooth and delicious. Customers were constantly coming in, but there wasn't a long line. A very, very cozy cafe. A must-see in the Netherlands.

He's angry and his attitude is very bad. After we ordered, he refused to let us stay there. He asked us to take our coffee and leave without doing anything!! Of course, their specialty coffee is terrible. He ordered a V60 iced coffee, and he made it with hot water and ice. It's the worst coffee in Saudi Arabia. You can make it better than this.

DJ setup/barista station could easily be an eye roll inducing, pretentious concept, but it just somehow isn't. The staff are divine, the coffee is delish & the vibes are immaculate. Note, it is a small space, so coming here with a group of more than 4-5 people would be slightly obnoxious on a busy day.

Small, super original coffee bar with amazing vibes. Great coffee, vinyl music always playing, and even a chessboard if you want to play. The owner is really friendly and adds to the unique atmosphere. Perfect spot if you’re into great tunes, chill vibes, and something truly different from the usual cafés.

Es ideal para aquellos que quieren disfrutar de su café en un lugar lleno de carácter e inspiración. Puede que no sea ideal para largas sesiones de trabajo o grupos grandes, pero si buscas una auténtica experiencia de café en el corazón de Ámsterdam, es uno de los mejores lugares. Very odd owner. Rude and unprofessional. Clearly his reputation is less important than the coffee he’s selling. I will never go back. I highly recommend Morning Owel Coffee which is 5min walk and the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and full of energy. They give you a full presentation of their beans and how they serve it, and their coffee is exactly next level. Go try it!

All we wanted were two oat flat whites, we don’t know how we upset the barista but man was he annoyed at us and rude. Besides an annoyed “what do you want?” and some short, sharp one word answers, there was no other acknowledgment of us. Maybe hin being annoyed with us is the reason why he made the coffee poorly. As for the atmosphere I’ll give an additional star because even though it felt like he wanted us gone and over all it was a bit hostile , at least the music was good.

Sooooo good coffee, the taste is truly outstanding. The atmosphere is different from other coffee shops. Totally relaxed and cozy. The music is still played on cassette tapes from absolute classics like Eminem and the like. It's super cool, and I would go back again 🫶🏼

Not only is their cappuccino the best cup of coffee I’ve ever tasted, the owner and all his staff have built a community around the things they love, Coffee and Music. Definitely my go to Café! You have a wide variety of records to listen to, a chess board to use at your will and a good chat with whomever is working that day. Highly recommend, if I could give 10 stars I would!

This is my go-to café. The coffee is always amazing, and the people working there are genuinely kind. They always make you feel welcome and are happy to chat. There’s a great atmosphere too — you can play chess, listen to vinyls, or just take a moment for yourself. It’s one of those spots you keep coming back to as going once is just not enough!!!

Absolutely loved my latte - the coffee was so smooth and aromatic. I can see why it was highly recommended by several coffee websites and bloggers. I wish we had this great quality tasting coffee back home. The coffee shop vibe is also so unique and trendy with the music and huge collection of vinyl records.
