Black & White Kafe in Breda oost

What a wonderfully surprising menu! We enjoyed unique dishes and flavor combinations we'd never tasted before. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. My girlfriend and I had a fantastic evening. Thank you so much for this special experience!

I love this place! Delicious food and nice staff! When the weather permits, you can sit and chill outdoors. Just go and check it out for yourself ;-).

We had booked a high tea for four people. One person had dietary restrictions that were stated when booking, but unfortunately they had not taken this into account. And that person got less than the others. If I go again, I will call again to see if this could really be taken into account. We were an hour later than booked, but we had called about this. Unfortunately, you didn't notice this during the high tea, we had to wait a very long time for the different courses. Everything we got was very tasty (soup with hummus bread; gado gado; falafel salad; half a hamburger; different vegetables; nachos with bean puree; cupcakes; carrot cake; date-chocolate balls; smoothie), but the savoury round was more like shared dining: There was not a certain portion for everyone. As compensation, we did get a round of free coffee.

Nice place. Good food. Not much innovation on the menu

Very nice tent next to a Yoga school. The café and the yoga school belong together. It looks super nice inside and there is a nice atmosphere. The service is friendly and cheerful. There are also so many vegan dishes that it is stressful to choose. I went for the Gado Gado and my best friend went for the flatbread with mango hummus and grilled vegetables. These were both very tasty! Definitely recommended to visit sometime.

Very surprising and delicious lunch.

Their high tea concept is great. Varied plates of food. Hot and cold, savory and sweet. Large portions. And the service is extremely friendly. A warm place where you can easily spend an afternoon.

The food was great, especially the sate and the pita with dips. The carrot cake was also super good. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Geweldig gezind eten super personeel

Op een onverwachte plek heerlijk gegeten. Leuk ingericht café met veel ruimte. Het eten is heerlijk en het personeel zeer vriendelijk. Zeker de moeite waarde en we zouden er ook zeker een keer terugkomen.

Heerlijke high tea met goede verse thee en smaakvolle gerechtjes die vers zijn bereidt. Hoewel je het niet verwacht van de buitenkant is het in het kafe een oase van rust en heeft het een gezellige sfeer.

You can feel and taste that there is so much love and energy in each carefully designed part of every dish! Also the garden / restaurant is so beautiful and peaceful. Such lovely staff and great menu options. We wish we lived closer by so we could visit more often:) 🤍

Gado-gado bowl is delicious with homemade peanut sauce and sambal as well as fragrant coconut milk rice. However, the cappucino was made too hot and pricey 3.90eu. Quite pricey. Very nice staffs - greetings, attentive and friendly!

Auch für mich als Nicht Veganer ein tolles Erlebnis. Entspannte Atmosphäre, netter und jüngste hilfsbereiter englischsprachiger Service. Das Essen war geschmacklich wirklich sehr gut, von allen Gerichten, die ich probieren durfte. Preislich ebenfalls im Rahmen. Klare Empfehlung, wenn man mal in der Gegend ist.

Herrlijk gegeten, leuke sfeer, vriendelijke mensen!

Regelmatig ga ik hier lunchen of pak ik na het sporten een lekkere kop thee of koffie. Eten is echt heel erg lekker! Ik neem graag iemand mee die Vegan is, om deze mooie chillen plek te laten zien.

Voor mij niet de eerste keer.. maar weer super lekker gegeten bij Black & White Kafe. Een collega meegenomen die erg gek is op vlees en nog nooit iets vegans gegeten had. Ze was zeer positief verrast. Een hele dikke aanrader dus om hier eens te eten.

Het is een fijne plek om samen te zijn. Alleen vind ik 15 euro voor een derde van de hoeveelheid die ik thuis eet wel heel erg duur (ik kook zelf ook biologisch en vegetarisch). Eén van ons had een Beyond Meat burger en het bord was zowat leeg, minibroodje met miniburgertje en bijna nul groenten en acht aardappelstukjes, echt minimaal. Als je met vier personen bent tikt de rekening flink aan, met een dessert en koffie erbij, terwijl de hoeveelheid miniem is. Jammer, want ik kwam er graag maar nu moet ik nadenken of ik het wel voor over heb.

As always very tastefull food. We love this place to go and have lunch in the restaurant. This time we had take away to heat at home and have dinner. It was delicious. We only ordered food, no drinks.

Met drie personen geluncht, heerlijk buiten in de tuin gezeten. Fijne ontvangst, en bediening prima, lunchgerecht was top, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding 👍

We hebben heerlijk en gezellig gegeten. Ik heb mijn goede vriend enorm kunnen verrassen met nieuwe smaken.

We hebben een High Tea gedaan bij Black & White Kafe. Overheerlijk, niet alleen zoet maar ook lekker wat hartige hapjes, wij vonden deze afwisseling perfect en alle gerechtjes op zichzelf waren super smaakvol en in mooi in balans.

Definitely worth a visit if you are in Breda and want to have a vegan lunch. It's not in the city centre, but has free parking spaces available. Great variety of yummy vegan dishes available. This is one of our goto places.

Firstly it's so nice to have an entire menu of vegan choices, not just the usual choice of one or two items. Then once you start eating, you don't think about it being vegan because the food is just so damn delicious! We all enjoyed our dishes from the lunch menu so much we couldn't resist indulging in a dessert platter too. A restaurant with a nice vibe and friendly staff. Can you open a restaurant in the city centre too please? 🙂

Friendly service, without bothering about the ingredients, you can lavishly enjoy the seat meats, mocktails, and other foods like Indonesian Sate. Family friendly place

We hebben weer genoten van een heerlijle paasbrunch. De opening was een bijzonder lekkere aspergesoep en daarna nog heel veel meer lekkers. Tot snel!

Al diverse keren besteld, high tea, lunch, diner en het is echt een ontzettende aanrader. Ze kunnen daar echt geweldig koken en ik heb het gegeten met mensen die niet veganistisch of vegetarisch waren en zij waren allemaal superenthousiast. Heel vaak voor herhaling vatbaar!

Als gezin met één veganiste, één vegetarier, één ex vegetarier en een full blown carnivoor zijn we gaan lunchen bij Black & White Kafe. We hebben allemaal een ander gerecht genomen om lekker bij elkaar te kunnen proeven en werkelijk alle vier de gerechten smaakten prima.. Een fijne bediening met veel kennis van de gerechten, een heerlijke binnentuin en een prima locatie (gratis parkeren). Ook de toetjes zijn uitstekend geregeld waarbij voor kij (de Carnivoor) de carrotcake toch wel een absolute winnaar is... Die créme erop... gruwelijk lekker. oh ja, vergeet ook de achtergrond muziek niet... van alles wat, heerlijk !
