we were here in the summer, at lunchtime, the hall was full (so better make reservation), but they found a place for us. The zucchini waffles were very original, and just look at this cookie in a glass (so cute). We made good memories here. The hall is beautiful and unusual, these windows 🥰 The food is beautiful and neat, but we waited for our order for about 15 minutes because it was busy. If you are nearby, it is definitely worth a visit

Placed at a table that was still full of glasses and half-full plates from the previous guests. Then waited more than 15 minutes in vain for someone from the service, but unfortunately...

We sat for more than half an hour because we wanted to order coffee but we were completely ignored. Tried several times to contact the employees but without success. When the customers who came in long after us were helped immediately, we left. Beautiful location but unfortunately we couldn't order anything.

I had to pay 5.80 euros for 0.2 liters of apple spritzer at this place. Rip-off to the power of four. My complaint was answered with a shrug.

Had a drink last Thursday, August 13, and ordered a portion of nachos. Really bad...small plate of nachos and a tiny bit of cheese with tomato. Separately, a mini bowl of avocado puree. 12.95 euros!!!! Not even for one person. Really ridiculously high price!!!!!

Had a nice meal there. It's a pity that the bread for the toast was a bit hard and that you had to ask for sugar with coffee and salt and pepper, but as soon as you asked for it you immediately got it from the friendly service. A unique location for sure. Nice lunch

The hotspot of Bolsward! Blend has a super nice card and delicious homemade cake! The service and the “special” employees create a very nice and relaxed atmosphere.

Blend is located on the ground floor of the old town hall. We were especially curious about the furnishings. The room has a high ceiling consisting of very old beams. This makes the restaurant feel warm and cozy. The lunch we ordered was excellently composed with fresh products. With a choice of three types of bread and several delicious sandwiches on the menu at a reasonable price, this is simply an attractive opportunity to visit. We were pleasantly surprised by the food that was prepared with a lot of love. We would love to come back again.

A great setting in a historic building, warm atmosphere and good service. But sadly the food was very average and overpriced. I had the surf and turf which consisted of 4 tiny overcooked prawns. The steak slices went from completely overdone to just one perfectly cooked piece. All in a flavourless sauce. The dishes don’t come with the usual sides so I ordered a salad that was drenched in an overly sweet dressing. My husband’s salmon was also over cooked and covered in a tasteless tomato salsa. But the fries were great and we both really enjoyed our Monchou tart dessert.

Blend has managed to create a relaxed atmosphere in the most beautiful building in Bolsward, with a very nice young team. Our dinner experience was truly wonderful. Delicious food, fresh salad, grilled eggplant, and an excellent diamond tenderloin. We will definitely come back.

Very cozy place for lunch. We ate hummus sandwiches with vegetables and chicken sandwiches with avocado, generous portions and delicious.

Creative, varied menu, including vegetarian and vegan dishes. The vegan broodje with hummus and the Italian-style tarte flambée as well as the “soep van de dag” were delicious. The service staff were supported by people with disabilities. Wonderful!

Wonderful place for breakfast, lunch, drinks or dinner. Local products are used. Coffee with orange cake is also recommended. It's fun people watching outside. Friendly staff.

Geweldige plek (en wij zijn kritisch..) Bediening echt goed (en snel) Drankje en snack prima. Mooie plek als tussenstop (fiets). AANRADER als tussen stop.

Ik kom hier regelmatig en iedere keer weer wordt ik goed en met een glimlach bediend daarnaast is het eten heerlijk!

Supermooie plek in Centrum in een prachtig pand. Heerlijk geborreld met een fantastische borrelpraat voor 2. Daarna diner. Volle wijnglazen en prima eten. Merel en haar collega's zijn zeer servicegericht. Als we nog een keer met de boot in Bolsward zijn, komen we terug!!

Moesten lang wachten eer de bestelling opgenomen werd. En in het zicht zat er wel een dame bestek te sorteren. Bitterballen waren goed.

Eten was prima, bitterballen, een monchou taartje en wat drinken. Taartje was overheerlijk. Echt super goed gemaakt. :) Bitterballen waren ook prima. Echter waren de bitterballen het eerste wat ons geserveerd werd. En het is niet wat ik besteld had. Ik moest dus wachten terwijl mijn vriend al moest eten anders werd het koud. Dus eten en sfeer is helemaal goed. De bediening was echter wat minder. Misschien een volgende keer.

Heerlijke salade en flammkuchen, met als toetje tiramisu van Fries suikerbrood 😋.

Heerlijk gegeten. Mooi ingericht historische pand met een buiten terras. Aardige en vlotte bediening. Tiramisu van suikerbrood was een lekkere afsluiting. Aanrader!

Prachtig Eetcafe in het oude stadshuis van Bolsward. De bediening was vriendelijk en de bestelde broodjes waren snel klaar. Leuke menukaart. Net allemaal een beetje anders dan de standaard. Lekkere zitzakken op het terras. Binnen ook prachtig ingericht. Zeer zeker aan te bevelen.

Absolutely fabulous building houses a nice restaurant with a good menu and an outside terrace. Staff is friendly but an inefficient mess. Food is good and presented nicely. Clean bathroom and fair prices.

Medewerkers zijn merendeels mensen met een beperking. Lekker eten, gemoedelijke sfeer. Prachtig plekje in oude stadhuis van Bolsward, mooi zitje buiten aan water/stad.

Ben je in Bolsward en het zonnetje schijnt lekker ga dan op het terrasje zitten van Blend en neem een Blendplank 😋 een plank vol met lekkers genoeg voor vier personen. Leuke, lieve bediening en mooie locatie Keurig schone toilet wat overigens ook onderdeel is van het VVV

Das war nix! Burger (beide) trocken und fad, kaum Belag, Mayonnaise angetrocknet, Tomatensuppe lecker aber ohne eine Scheibe Brot, Besteck fehlte, insgesamt lustlos angerichtet und das für 19,50 Euro/Burger - geht gar nicht! Der Rosé kam im Plastikbecher: 0,1 ltr. für 4,50 Euro! Einzig das Personal war nett!
