Went there two years ago and really enjoyed the delicious food and good service near the tour boats in the Biesbosch.

Great spot in the harbor. Friendly staff, good food, and a nice atmosphere. The Tatsuta chicken is amazing.

Heerlijk gegeten, keus genoeg op de menukaart. Personeel is vriendelijk, de aankleding in het restaurant is heel bijzonder maar erg leuk gevonden. Het eten is van goede kwaliteit en de porties zijn ruim voldoende, wij kunnen het broodje tonijnsalade en de pullet pork beef burger aanraden. Kortom een gezellig restaurant met lekkere gerechten en goed personeel en hun slogan “waar lekker belangrijk is” klopt als een bus. Wij komen hier zeker terug.

We took a lovely boat trip on Sunday and settled down at a nearby terrace, where one of the waitresses wasn't very friendly. Then we walked on to Boeien. We hadn't made a reservation but were able to find a spot outside. We received excellent service from start to finish, and the staff regularly asked if we wanted another drink or if everything was to our liking. The entire staff was also kind to our dog, Rex (German/Swiss Shepherd). There's a nice playground inside and a sandbox with a slide outside for children. Children can grab something from the grab bag when paying. We had a delicious meal there, shared dining with a beautiful view of the boats. Thank you, Boeien! We'll definitely be back!

What a fantastic entrepreneur with a social heart! During a family day, a group of 11 people, including two people over 90, wanted to picnic in the park next to Boeien. It was raining, and we were practically chased away by the harbor master because we wanted to set up a party tent in the rain and grill some satay on a gas barbecue. The owner of Boeien offered us the opportunity to continue our picnic in his courtyard garden, under a large parasol, and we were even allowed to grill our own satay there. Our family day, which would otherwise have been ruined, was saved. Of course, we had drinks at his place at the end of the day, where we were treated to two portions of bitterballen (a type of meatball). What a fantastic man this is!!!!!

I was here for the first time, with my best friend. We had a few drinks, and I also had a sandwich with two croquettes. The bread and croquettes were delicious. A cozy atmosphere, both inside and out. Friendly staff, who regularly stop by to ask if you'd like anything else, which is great. I'd love to come back.

Food is ok for a quick bite, however the price is not in line with the quality. I paid €18.50 for just a little chicken sate and the french fries were billed separately for €5,50. An ice coffee for €8,50 without fresh whipped cream seems also over the top. Didn’t leave with a comfortable feeling.

What a nice place!! Very enthusiastic owner/manager. Unfortunately we didn't have much time, because we had a boat trip. But staff thinks along and makes everything possible. Very nice concept, sharing dinner. And everything so tasty!!! We will come back soon to eat very extensively!!

The pork belly was an absolute flavour bomb. The crust: perfectly crispy. The meat: buttery soft and juicy, melting in the mouth. Subtle spices and a light smoky touch finish it off. Every bite was pure pleasure – this is comfort food at its best.

I had a fried egg sandwich "Boeien", with fried mushrooms and bacon, it was so extensive with all kinds of other things, nuts, spring onions, pieces of pepper, it was really a party 👍😁

This restaurant is highly recommended. The atmosphere is great, but especially my allergies were perfectly taken into account. Gluten and lactose free and no meat. Thank you very much

With a group of 80 people, and 30 boats with their captains and crew, we moored in Drimmelen in June 2025. At restaurant "Boeien" we were received very hospitably and in a fantastic ambiance. Our wishes were continuously taken into account. Because of the beautiful weather, all tables were even set for us again on the terrace. Everything was great: the atmosphere, the decor and surroundings, the super friendly and helpful service, the live music and not to forget the food. We all had a great evening and certainly did not miss anything. The breakfast the next morning was also excellent. We highly recommend restaurant "Boeien". WV Neptunus, 's-Hertogenbosch.

Top location! Original, cozy interior with surprising elements. We were with our water sports association, approx. 80 people. The food was top organized, the service was top; smooth and very friendly. The terrace decorated in a cozy way with a musician who completely fit in with the festival-like atmosphere. In short; recommended!

Enjoyed it again today at Broei as always, but now with a new menu. Nice relaxed atmosphere, top staff and of course delicious food. It's a party every time! Highly recommended!

We were with a large group. 8 adults and 7 children between the ages of 2 and 9. We know it is sometimes difficult, but it seemed that the kitchen was not in order. Cold orders were forgotten just like in the second round. They say the dishes come out of the kitchen when it's ready. There was half an hour between the first and the second. Nothing came from 2 people after 45 minutes. Ordered ice cream for the children. 7 pieces. What flavour? Just do all vanilla, that's easy. One ice cream arrived because the other children were in the playground. Had to ask for 6 more at the bar. The waiter came with a tray of drinks. Stumbled and some glasses were exchanged. Not a big deal, but after half an hour go to the bar and ask again. Too bad we had such a bad experience, because our previous time was really good.

Nice fascinating restaurant in the marina with a nice indoor playground for the kids. The food is good and filling, plenty of choice on the lunch and dinner menu, also for the kids.

Small terrace with little atmosphere. It took a very long time for a waiter to come to our table to order. There were many people around us who wanted to eat something, but that could take a long time because the kitchen was too busy. The cappuccino was nice, but I wouldn't visit here again.

Admittedly, the outside doesn't look cozy or inviting at all. It's more of a gray hall with some windows. You enter through what seems like the back and then walk through a shop that doesn't have much atmosphere. But once you arrive in the restaurant, there is an attractive setting with nice seating areas, furniture and rugs. The service is friendly and the food very tasty. One could start by serving cold dishes first, such as salads. And then the hot dishes, especially if you are with a larger group. A nice and cozy tent to have a drink and/or something to eat before or after sailing.

Excellent food with a great atmosphere. We had the loaded chicken Cajun fries and the pulled pork burger with fries. Large portions and good quality food. Service was excellent and staff were very friendly. Also allow dogs and brought our dog over a bowl of water on arrival. Great place would recommend.

Can we bring our Labrador in, why yes we love dogs here. Then they provided water for him too. Lovely beer and outstanding pulled pork and beef burger for lunch.

What a fantastic spot on the harbour! Smiling staff, you don't see that much these days! Delicious dishes, super cozy and colorful atmosphere. Live music on Saturday evening, so a wonderful evening out! We will definitely come back, our compliments to this fine restaurant/grand café!

Ok food. Friendly staff that is unfortunately understaffed. Fries and salad were only put away fifteen minutes after serving main courses and after several requests. Ok eten. Vriendelijk personeel dat helaas onderbezet is. We moesten een menukaart delen met een tafel met 8 volwassenen, beetje jammer. Frietjes en salade werden pas kwartier na opdienen hoofdgerechten en na meermaals vragen weggezet. Leuke sfeer, leuke inrichting, hele leuke binnenspeeltuin voor iets oudere kinderen!! Prijzen 100% wat je kan verwachten voor locatie aan jachthaven: €20,- voor een burgertje zonder frietjes of sla (die dus ook nog te laat geserveerd werden. Ach ja….

Yesterday I was a guest at Broei for the first time. Not having a reservation was not an issue. Table outside but if we ultimately wanted to eat inside, that could also be arranged. "We'll drag a table in if necessary." Hospitality was top notch. Everyone including owners join in and have a nice chat. Super cozy. We just wanted to have a quick bite to eat. Delicious burger with some fries and a bowl of HEAVENLY salad. When the owner realized that we also liked the salad, he added a bowl. Then you have no choice but to end your 'quick bite to eat' with a cup of coffee/tea. Really so fun and casual! The tent itself is a fantastic (and perhaps well thought out) put together mess. And I mean that in the most positive sense. I'm guessing that you can eat here ten times and discover something new about the interior ten times. Thank you. After a tough working week and working weekend, this was exactly the ending we needed.

We were standing with the camper at the camper place at the marina and were in the mood for fries. The chip shop was closed and nothing could be taken from another restaurant until we asked Broei, no problem. Fries with satay to take away and because it was so hot a drink in the bargain. It's just a great place with super tasty food.

Here they show that even a boring factory warehouse can radiate atmosphere and quality Striking "good" music, perfect "inperfect" atmosphere Good price quality. Casual atmosphere. Good service that surrounding older catering establishments can learn a lot from.

Like almost everywhere, understaffing of staff. I ordered 2 starters with the express request that they be served at the same time as the main courses of the other guests. I was the only one to receive both starters and my table companions could watch me eat alone and they had to wait another half hour. Awkward.

Wat een verrassende plek. Best ever pulled pork hamburger, super frites en heerlijke truffel mayonaise. Als toetje een geweldige ijskoffie. We heb genoten van de laid back sfeer als in een surf huis en de bijpassende surf en reggae muziek. Absoluut een aanrader!

Really delicious meal with our children after a day of sailing.. very friendly staff, if you have questions, a lot is possible (with our fussy eater haha) really great! and nice location! You'll have a great time sitting on the terrace, the decoration is great! And the dessert was really heavenly!

We had a delicious meal outside on the terrace of the restaurant, and what excellent service. A salmon steak was ordered, but spicy chicken was brought with fries. After consultation, the salmon steak salad was brought and we were also allowed to eat the spicy chicken dish, and was not charged. The service was excellent, super nice. The food, especially the Thom Kai kai soup, tasted like I was on holiday in Thailand. A visit to the restaurant is definitely recommended.

We were there for dinner... The staff is very friendly... Unfortunately the food was only of a low standard... We had burgers... That means... baked Polish rolls with minced meat that didn't look like meat... 4 lettuce leaves, and a slice of tomato... €20.50 per burger... far too expensive for such poor quality... I'm happy to pay decently for good food.... But not like that..... it's a shame.....

Wat ons vooral bijblijft is de zeer gemotiveerde en gastvrije zaakvoerder. Bijzonder gedreven met z'n zaak. Als het de bedoeling is om meubilair een tweede leven te geven dan is het hier meer dan geslaagd. Het geeft deze zaak ook z'n eigenheid en gezelligheid. Met grote snelheid krijgen we onze bestelling geserveerd. Ik hoor in mijn gezelschap vallen:" de beste burgers ooit gegeten" en als gastheer doet dat plezier. Mooie zaak met mooie mensen.

Had a mother-daughter day last Sunday and without a doubt drove straight to Broei It was lovely to sit in the sun on the terrace at the harbour, but it is also lovely to sit inside. The decor is warm vintage with cozy friendly staff, good quality food and also very child-friendly with a large indoor playroom. Highly recommended for young and old and I will definitely come here more often

Very good food! The tournedos was tender and perfectly cooked, the sambal butter was nice and spicy and the pepper sauce was also very good. We almost wanted to try the truffle variant too! Our dessert, the caramel sea salt and the pornstar martini truffles, was a perfect portion and very tasty too. The live music created a pleasant atmosphere and the service was really great! Nice and casual and super attentive. Too bad we live so far away, otherwise this would have been our favorite restaurant!!

Clearly and repeatedly indicated that he has a (severe) allergy to arugula. After reporting it appears that nothing was done with it. In about 2.5 hours; Vomited 8 times and had a nosebleed twice. It goes without saying that food gets 1*. Service/service did nothing about this. Not just substandard, especially bizarrely bad. Nice sun, so the atmosphere is still 2*.

Heel gezellige zaak aan de jachthaven van Drimmelen. Na een dag fietsen door de Biesbosch hier komen aperitieven en daarna een hapje eten. Zeer geslaagd ! Zeer vriendelijk personeel en lekker eten.

This week we settled down in Drimmelen during our friends trip. Sailing and fishing in the Biesbosch and staying at the super camper place in the marina. Boeie's website already made me happy, but the reality was even better. Delicious dinner two evenings, super nice owners and service and great atmosphere! Will definitely come back! We were there with our Camper at the Camperplaats and used his sandwich service and had a delicious meal in the evening. It was wonderful, a nice atmosphere and good staff and a nice owner who still had a love for his profession and for his customers.

We had a barbecue with our water sports club last weekend. This was well prepared and very tasty. The ladies and gentlemen of buboes did their utmost to make us happy. The atmosphere of the evening was very relaxed and because all dishes were served in courses, there was always something available for our members. Great job Emry and his team!

It is difficult to talk to each other here, unintelligible, because of the space you are sitting in. A cloth halfway up the ceiling would be a solution or something else? We had a BBQ and the meat/fish was excellent. Side dishes were ok but a variation on the next round would surprise everyone. Bread was fantastic.

On May 10 we celebrated our wedding at Broei. We had a great day, helped by the weather, but also by the nice and relaxed atmosphere that this location and its owner bring. The entire preliminary process was very well thought out and the contact was very pleasant. On the day itself, nothing but praise for the friendly staff and of course the delicious food. For many of our guests, Broei restaurant was a discovery that they will certainly visit again. Thank you for an unforgettable day. Chantal and Stef.

What extremely friendly staff. Delicious dishes and a cozy atmosphere. The tournedos and bavette are highly recommended. There was a communication issue during dessert. But everything was finished very neatly. The desserts were also delicious! All in all, highly recommended. We will definitely come back

Everything from start to finish was great! Made a reservation but could choose where we took a seat. Outdoor aperitifs and indoor dining, it was all possible! Very young team that works very well. Very present and attentive, and I have 20 years of experience as a waiter/bartender. Nice to see. Patron also super friendly and very respectful to zen team! Industrial look supplemented with old tables and chairs. Mats that you haven't seen anywhere on the floor for 30 years, but everything was just right. The music in the background is not too soft but not too loud. Even the signs participated. Concept that has been thought through and everything is correct there. And yes, the food was good too and the menu completely suits this place! Tasty, street food or Tournedos and a large children's menu. Because the kids are 0.0 short. The little boy fell and cried of course, but within a minute the patron was there to see if everything was okay! Thank you to the entire team for a great ending and see you soon!! Vervloet family... "Where taste matters". well. Witnessed this weekend. As a participant in a closed group, one of the most bizarre experiences ever. First the compliments to the staff; nothing to complain about, friendly young people!! However.. a package excluding drinks for 37.50 pp. And then create a shared dining concept that consists of a mini hamburger and a mini sandwich with pulled pork, pre-fabs... and a bitterbal, and a dessert. All served standing. That is not a meal package for 37.50, not really, more side by finger food that you normally get at a good pub during the evening. Shared Crying instead of Dining. Really misses the point completely.. Do you think there will be a boat club that can be exploited or something? Breakfast in the morning, and apparently the owner had finished his own food and was still hungry or something. The man went into a huge rant against an ignorant member of the association we were with. People would have walked away without saying thank you. (???) "All kinds of things" were said to have been stolen. Bizarre... our club consists of club people, together, and quite average in age. People know what hospitality is; The association itself also receives groups. The owner was shouting at a 70+ person for completely unclear reasons, no one understood. Whatever was going on, the man went all out against elderly people. Bizarre to witness. Even to the point of being aggressive... There was no discussion, the bill was paid despite the excessive costs, ; people still accepted that; the staff made up for a lot, they did their best. Why this outrageous improper behavior? No idea really.. You don't want what you experience here, you really don't want it, go somewhere else. It is not a value, and the owner goes completely crazy, without being able to explain why. And yes, the owner will respond below with all kinds of accusations, but as a witness to the whole thing; It was too bizarre for words. Too bad, our association has more than 600 boat owners. The man has made a name for himself now. That's nice again..
