As good as Hornbach's service is, Boerske's isn't. Only debit cards are accepted, while cash is the only legal tender. €5.50 for fries with mayonnaise was quite expensive. The hamburger was prepared, and at the end, a hamburger was placed between the bun that was in a basket at the counter. The same goes for the onions. Why don't you make a fresh hamburger on the plate? I even had to ask for the receipt after paying. And there wasn't much enthusiasm, either from the hamburger bun or the waitstaff.

Both the sandwiches and the ice cream taste artificial. The ice cream comes pre-made from the freezer, and then the container is run through an ice cream machine. I'll give it a try, but I won't repeat it. The service was friendly, though.

Always tasty sandwiches, but now more than once they've already closed everything down and cleaned up more than an hour before closing time. And then they say "yes we're closing in an hour so everything has already been thrown away and cleaned up"... Okay... But what do you do that last hour? Very strange way of doing business.

Fantastic sandwiches! Prices range from €6 to €8 per person, so it's very affordable. The staff is friendly, and you can also order from two kiosks.

The German Pride sandwich is definitely recommended here! It's a well-filled sandwich, and you'll be full afterward. The service was friendly.

Waiting 40 minutes for a frozen croquette while others order later and get it faster. Staff who hardly respond and mix up all orders. Someone who prepares your sandwich with an infected eye. Delicious! And then you finally have your croquette sandwich. How do you leave these kind of people without supervision

Seriously...you deliberately ask for no capers and what do you get? Put people behind the counter who understand Dutch. I had to repeat it 5 times and still got it wrong. Then say you don't understand or something.

Sandwiches were delicious. Very annoying that you are not allowed to pay in cash. Website is worthless. Menu cannot be viewed. Please state that only debit card payments are accepted

Simply the tastiest sandwiches and burgers at Boerske. Ate several times (last time on August 26, 2024) and every time: crispy bread, well filled and delicious. Taking orders goes well and the sandwiches are on the table quickly. You get a drink right away. That hamburger chain nearby can pack it :-)

Ordered a sandwich via home delivery. Very tasty, enjoyed it! Then, when visiting the Hornbach, I couldn't resist the temptation of a sandwich. What a disappointment that was! And not even so much about the sandwich, but the politeness and hygiene there... Dirty couch to sit on, staff with long nails, hair loose, 1 glove on and the other hand like this, handling cash with the glove, then take another sandwich with it, run it down the nose with my hand... No, I looked at everything and then started on my own sandwich, but halfway through I couldn't get rid of it. There was a lady with a headscarf and a 'Karin': she was not familiar with (customer) friendliness either. The fact that the ordering computer did not work well was my fault and I had to try the other one. The tone was cringeworthy. A Hornbach employee said that I am not the first customer to complain about it and that the staff is miserable. If even they say so...

First you have to wait fifteen minutes before they even help you, while it was quite quiet. When I finally wanted to order my ball sandwich, I was politely told that they no longer had any minced meat balls. And that at 1 o'clock in the afternoon!

Bought a bratwurst sandwich here before. I was sick for 2 weeks and had to throw up every day. No allergies

After being ignored by the employee after a few questions about their sandwiches, I bought a sandwich and enjoyed it, it is nice and fresh. The lady who takes orders could be a bit more friendly and helpful.

Do not ignore people who have been standing directly in front of you at the cash register/desk for a long time. Also the only one. Even if you are busy, just indicate that you are here to help, that you are simply seen as a customer. Ultimately you can order and then they don't refund 50 euros while you ordered for 20. So I can't order..... no sorry.... and that was it.

Bratwurst sandwich; The tough bun could have been put in the oven first, but had the bratwurst really been fried? The onions were barely fried. Impossible to eat with unstained hands... Could have been a lot better with a little more attention.

A lady alone who has to do all the orders, you feel sorry for it. But we only found out that she doesn't wear gloves once we had finished the sandwich. What was in the package? A brown speckled artificial nail! When returning the find, the comment was: yes, I already missed it! Yikes.
