I think that says enough: we always came here with great pleasure and enjoyment. Until today. It was around lunchtime and, naturally, it was busy. No problem at all. We understand very well that it can take a while at times like that. So we waited patiently and politely until we could order at the counter. Until the girl with the blue hair suddenly shouted at me from the wait staff: “I’m not going to help you! YOU MUST order at the kiosk!” Excuse me? I indicated that I would simply like to be served at the counter, to which I was told once again that I MUST order at the kiosk. And let one thing be clear: it is not even the fact that there is a kiosk. It is the tone in which you are spoken to as a customer. You can perfectly well explain to someone that orders must be placed via the kiosk due to the busyness. But snapping at someone like this and then repeatedly insisting that he or she MUST do something is not customer service. I then ask if I can speak to a supervisor. “They aren’t here.” Fine, then I’ll wait for them with pleasure. “They aren’t here at all today.” And just to be clear, it is added that I don’t need to walk over to the Hornbach service desk either, because “that isn’t for us.” That last part was perhaps the most telling: apparently, there is time and energy to explain to a customer in a particularly unfriendly manner what he needs to do, but not to simply think normally about a solution. I then ask again if my order can just be taken. Instead of a normal solution or even a little bit of customer friendliness, I am ultimately just brushed aside. After picking up sandwiches here three times a week, this is apparently how you are treated as a regular customer as soon as you don’t do exactly what the employee wants you to do at that moment. A kiosk can take an order. However, a kiosk cannot maintain a customer relationship. And apparently, that is no longer necessary at Boerske Zwolle either. From today, my money and my clientele are going somewhere else. They will never see me back here again.

I wanted to eat a sandwich, but I wasn't allowed to pay in cash. I left without a sandwich.

The ham sandwich with coleslaw didn't even have a tablespoon of coleslaw on it; that was very disappointing. The board says a combo deal is 8.95, but when you select it from the menu, it shows 9.60 for a sandwich and cola. The employee says it's due to the 15-cent deposit, but that doesn't explain why it's 65 cents more expensive. So none of it adds up.

Good food, read a lot of negativity. I wanted to order there now too. But unfortunately! Closed on Sundays. The meatball sandwich with satay is really good there.

It would be much better if they didn't pour a huge amount of sauce over everything. The price of a sausage sandwich is out of proportion to that of a hamburger; it should cost half as much for what you get.

The food was delicious, the boerskeburger was very tasty, the portions were perfect, and it was nicely filled. I would definitely go there more than once a week. ☺️🤍

The sandwich was fine, but expensive considering how little you get. If you're there between 5:30 and 6:00 PM, you won't get any hot sandwiches. We even saw the employee turn someone away even though they arrived at 5:55 PM. Isn't "open until 6:00 PM" open until 6:00 PM?

This is our favorite lunch spot, the sandwiches are delicious, fries as they should be and always friendly service.
