Kantine Bij de Boer in Wijk 40 Berkum

They used to have a grilled cheese sandwich with chicken and pesto. Now they've switched to the panini. A bone-dry sandwich where the chicken pieces have been replaced by a thin slice of chicken breast. Definitely not recommended anymore... If they bring back the grilled cheese sandwich, I'll definitely be back!

I visited this place many times and everything was fine. Food there a bit expensive, but tasty. I was very happy with the place. On 17.04.2026 at about 13:00 i ordered a wrap with salmon and it was completely disaster: 1. Inside the wrap i found a peace of plasic!! 2. The wrap itself wasn't fold properly, as soon i took it everything apart. 3. Normaly the use creame sause or mustard, that tastes great. Today it was mayonnaise and there was a lot, i could finish the wrap, it was so bad. And i was the only one customer, there was no rush. so unacceptable Please check the quality of food!

I used to come here every week for the grilled cheese sandwich, but for some reason they took it off the menu. Now there's the panini. Well, panini... it's a sparsely filled roll. Dry and simply hard to eat. The roll is as dry as Sahara sand. They won't be seeing me again; I'll just bring my lunch from home. P.S. I just heard from a colleague that the chicken salad comes with chicken breast slices, what a disgrace. This has nothing to do with good food, just greed. The photos they posted themselves are from the internet; nothing of that quality is available here.

Food is good, but disinterested and unempathetic staff

Quickly got a sandwich, it was well filled with chicken, tasted good, friendly service, only got brown instead of white bun but tasted just as good

Horrible, the food is good! Customer service is lacking. My colleague had to pay by card and there was a problem. The IT guy there wasn't exactly friendly or helpful. "Yes, put that card in!" And you order a white roll, but you get a brown one. I ended up paying cash and politely giving them a €1.50 tip. And I didn't even get a thank you, and the wrong roll was delivered! This was definitely the first and last time for me!

Nice brasserie. Friendly staff, we were helped quickly, and the sandwich was delivered promptly.

DELICIOUS Especially after such a soup, a roll with fresh vegetables and chicken with a brownie to finish

Friendly service, delicious salads

Nice lunchroom, with which you help local employment.

Friendly staff and tasty sandwiches.

Lekker lunchen, vriendelijke medewerkers

Je kunt hier heerlijk eten. Vooral de zalm salades zijn overheerlijk. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk.

Prima zaak om even een broodje of salade te halen.

Heerlijke lunch! Alleen jammer dat de gehaktballen op waren en niet waren geleverd.

Vriendelijke bediening. Leuke gelegenheid. Broodjes zijn prima.

Place is decent and clean, ample seating, modern furnishing. However, staff tends to forget (parts) of orders, and frequently run out of ingredients for lunch items shortly after lunch time has started.

Leuke brasserie, wel erg gefocust op kantoorpersoneel. Parkeren is drama als je van buitenaf komt. Eten is prima!

Prima bediening.
