Deze zaak heeft echt het lekkerste gebak! Als je hier een tompouce hebt gegeten hoef je m nergens anders meer. Zaak heeft een kleine ruimte om koffie te drinken of broodje te eten, dat is verder niet heel bijzonder, koffie is lekker en bediening altijd vriendelijk, maar vooral hun gebak kan ik van harte aanbevelen.

Just bought something from Borgman pastry shop for the last time. Traditionally it has been a neat pastry shop, but since the takeover it has lost its glory. It starts with how you are “welcome”. For those who wear hearing aids: turn them off before entering the store because the ladies behind the counter think they have to promote their wares on the market. Civility in keeping with the appearance the store previously had is completely absent. And I also met a saleswoman who clearly didn't feel like it today. No decency or communication whatsoever. She didn't look at me once and a "have a nice day" from me when leaving the store was completely ignored. And then the quality of the pastry. Tompouce: dough not crispy, whipped cream soft and already running out and the pastry cream seemed to have been diluted with water. In short: very bad! This was really the last time for me and I would rather drive on to Rodenburg in Haren where you will at least be treated decently and where the quality is top. It's a shame that such a beautiful business has been completely ruined.

Just picked up the orange pouce from Borgman again. Puff pastry is delicious, but the filling now suddenly consists of pastry cream and whipped cream, which means it is no longer a tompouce as far as I am concerned. Whipped cream is too overpowering. Very unfortunate! Ordering and paying in advance was also of no use, because you still had to stand in line.

Quite small bakery. I recently had a variant of a moorkop; good in terms of taste, but price-wise could be better for the size. A bit of confusion with the employee which caused some inconvenience, but otherwise excellent help.

Every birthday I ordered cakes from Borgman pastry shop. Also last Wednesday. This time I was very disappointed with the whipped cream and mocha schnit. It was like getting a pastry from the freezer, it was very dry and when I cut the schnit it fell apart. The taste is also not as it was. Very unfortunate, you pay a real baker's price, but it was absolutely not worth it. Very unfortunate, this was the last time I get my pastries from Borgman.

No nice moorheads. Whipped cream was not tasty and the base was dirty. Unfortunately we won't do this again.

Today I went shopping at the request of a loyal customer who has been ordering her pastries here for 15 years. I, 71 years old, ignorant of the message provided, did not immediately understand the difference between a few different products. I was treated in a very belittling manner: "I'll explain it to you one more time" in a tone I have never been addressed in a store of this level. I regret my purchase of €12.95 from the freezer, which was also pointed out to me when I didn't quite "realize" it. Anyway, you have lost me as a potential customer and my knowledge, a loyal customer, from now on also after I shared my experience with her

Some time ago I got about ten chocolates as thank you gifts. While putting together the gifts, I discovered that 1 chocolate had been crushed. I went back to Borgman to buy a new one. After explaining why I only came to get 1 chocolate, the company gave me one. Now that's friendly service! We also always come here to get our birthday cakes, which are eaten with gusto!

They make everything here without gloves! So you have hand sweat bacteria and probably also pieces of skin because that is always released during work! Enjoy your meal

Picked up a super delicious chipolata cake from Borgman last Wednesday morning. The baker was still busy putting the finishing touches to the text, fresher than fresh and ready while you wait! 10 points big and it takes us a nice long time. My girlfriend's birthday is during the holidays, so we don't see many visitors coming by, so all the more cake for us gna gna! (every disadvantage has its advantage <(:-D) Thank you for the delicious cake and we would certainly like to come back here as often as possible ;-) One more point about the color of marzipan. This turned out to be a bit green, while we thought we had discussed the color pink by telephone the previous Monday, but that certainly didn't spoil the fun. No doubt it tasted just as good as any other color and it's possible that the pink was already gone. Gr. Pim

A great selection of pastries, both sweet and savory. One of Helpman's oldest and most beloved establishments.

Denk wel aan de kwaliteit, ik hoop dat door de overname door Jullens de kwaliteit wel “ Borgman” blijft. De cake van de slagroompunt was droog dus niet echt vers. Als vaste klant keek ik hier van op en was het niet gewend.

Heerlijk gebak van een echte banketbakker. Altijd genieten!!!

De banketbakker met liefde voor haar product. Bij Borgman is er altijd vriendelijkheid en smaken de producten naar meer. Dat is minder voor mijn portemonnee maar het mag de pret niet drukken!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Lekker gebak! Lekkere bonbons ! En super saucijsenbroodjes!!

De beste taarten en vlaaien. Elke keer weer genieten. Zeer klantvriendelijk. Ze hebben eigenlijk geen serieuze concurrentie in de stad. Zoek dus niet verder en bestel maar hier. :-)

Excellent products! Apple pie was the best I had until today. They have lovely chocolate ganache so go with the slices with chocolate on top, and it won't fail.
