What a disaster. The fries are rock hard and the meatballs are inedible.

Very good and fast, fresh food, of course, Dutch standards. Our kids always eat the burgers, and we eat the fish, which is always fresh, delicious, and quickly prepared.

The staff was very friendly. It was delicious, and the prices were reasonable, even for the Netherlands. I highly recommend the kibbeling.

Super delicious food. The staff is both friendly and well-organized, even when it's busy. The kibbeling were our favorite. The frikandel XXL is truly enormous. Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it. You can also sit inside, nicely separated from the bar. The prices are perfectly reasonable. We'd be happy to come back next time. 😊

Good customer service. Also a lot of online takeout. The food is served neatly, and the cutlery is packaged. I had one bottle of sparkling water and received one plastic cup. You have to order at the counter to be seated. With three people, they don't even have time to look around to empty the full bin or the toilet. If you want a good meal without any fuss, this is the place for you!

During our visit to Breskens, we went to Boulevard 1 for dinner with our family. They have a very extensive menu with a wide variety of fresh burgers, which is always a plus for me. There's a terrace, which is also a great place to relax. The fresh ice cream and soft serve are a bonus. We had to wait a bit for our order, but it was busy, so that happens. I had the Boulevard burger, which was delicious. We're a little less enthusiastic about the fries. We ordered a large container, but they turned out to be quite small. The height of the package is a bit low. In Belgium, this is more like a small-medium. The fries were also a bit hard, but certainly not terrible. The beef stew sauce looked a bit thick on the fries, but it was tasty. Conclusion: tasty burgers, but for a chip shop, the quantity of fries in a large package is a bit low.

We had the Kipeling menu, everything was okay, the fish was crispy and juicy, and the calamari wasn't so good; it was dry, almost just breaded, a ready-made product. The seating is nice, and the value is good.

Unfortunately, it's a classic question after asking if they have vegan dishes. You ask nicely and get a rude, vague answer, and expect an immediate decision. We ended up with fries with ketchup, as we weren't sure about the rest. We would have liked to try more, but the irritated service unfortunately didn't allow it. The fries were good, but I'd look elsewhere next time, where they're nicer to customers.

Always good. Truly the tastiest burger(s) I've ever had in a cafeteria. When you sit down, your order is brought to you on a tray. No buzzing, just real service. We only come when we're on vacation or out, but they always recognize us. Call me old-fashioned, but I love it.

A super delicious stop by the sea! 😍 Five of us went to Boulevard 1 in Breskens and were really well looked after – super friendly service and the food was top-notch! The kibbelinge were nice and crispy and juicy, just as they should be. The cheese croquettes – wow, crispy on the outside, creamy and cheesy on the inside 🧀 And the fries? Golden yellow, crispy, simply perfect with everything! Beautiful location right on the promenade, relaxed atmosphere, and fair prices. Absolutely recommended for a little (or very) hungry by the water – we'd love to come back! Update!!!!! And we came back!!!!! Back again after five days – says it all, right? 😄 Boulevard 1 is simply a must-visit in Breskens! This time we had kibbelinge (super crispy!), bamiblok, satékroket, and the legendary Grizly – all incredibly delicious. Plus fresh fries, just as they should be.

We had the Kibbeling menu and highly recommend it. Order and pay at the counter, and the food is then brought to your table. Drinks are taken from the fridge beforehand. The food arrived very quickly. The portion was large.

authentic and exceptionally good chip shop. The fries are perfect and there are also many vegetarian and even vegan snacks. I especially recommend the Frit Speciaal and Vega Frikandel Speciaal. According to my boyfriend the kibbeling is also very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. All in all one of the best chip shops I know!

First-class kibbeling! Nice and crispy on the outside and well seasoned, tender and juicy on the inside. The fries taste really good too. The soft ice cream is a delight. The staff is very friendly. Clear recommendation!

We ordered Kibelinge there, a small portion twice, with two lemonades for 28 euros, which were made from fresh cod and tasted good, but I've eaten better ones.

From fried mussels to simple frikandels with fries, they are simply delicious. At fair prices and great service. We always enjoy going here. Only recommended.

The quality of the food was excellent. The kibbeling was particularly tasty – I think it was cod. However, the lady behind the counter seemed a bit stressed and irritable. Then I no longer dared to order another portion of fries 🤣.

We were eating there with 5 people and the ham was not cooked and the hamburger was cold, the fries were shared and the price was reasonable.

Delicious Loaded Fries. Hamburgers also highly recommended, and a wide choice. Also a wide range of common snacks. As well as plenty of choice of ice cream. For the children there is also the option to order a Kids box. In addition to sitting inside, there is also the option to eat outside on the terrace. Toilet also available.

We ate here because most other restaurants don't have any tables available in the evening. You'll definitely get full for the money. We didn't finish the menus. Of course the food is rather simple and so is the ambience, but that doesn't mean it was bad. Fries with pulled pork/chicken were recommended. Very tasty but also very powerful. Calamaris were good, kibbelinge ok (very fatty).

Kibble. For us it's a bit of the national dish of Holland and we often have a hard time finding this delicious baked fish locally. For Breskens, the search revealed the stand at the harbor, which, however, has strange opening times. In any case, we found it closed twice. We ended up here by chance and surprise: there was also kibbeling here! And really good ones! And affordable too. The XXL portion is really huge and more than worth the money. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere is really okay for a fast food shop.

Had fries tonight. Were unable to bite. Rock hard and dark brown in color. It's actually a shame that you present this to people. This should not be served. Shame on you, I would say. You just don't serve something like that. We were going to talk to you about it, but we didn't want to bring this up with customers in the business. You know what you are passing on and you see what the fries look like and you know how many times they have been in the fat!!

Picked it up last Friday and again today because we were away for a few days and were excited about the fries! Unfortunately, the requested and promised mustard was not included with the croquette tonight. On Friday the meatball was very lukewarm, barely warm. Hence the 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There are also five stars for the service because the lady at the service counter was very friendly. The ambience is excellent for a “fast food” restaurant and really very clean. Wir haben als Familie dort Softeis in verschiedenen Variationen bestellt. Es ist wirklich mit Abstand das beste Softeis, was ich bis jetzt gegessen habe.....sehr cremig und fein im Geschmack. Im nächsten Urlaub kommen wir zu 100% wieder :-)
