After waiting for 10 minutes, I thought I'd finally accept my fries, but the lady suddenly said they weren't for the first order, but for the gentleman who ordered after me. "It happens," I thought, and waited for the next batch of fries. The lady started scooping and handing out fries again. I asked her where my fries were, and she casually replied that mine were still frying and that it wasn't her fault that someone else had taken my order... haha. I've asked for my money back and will never go to this restaurant again.

The fries were delicious, unfortunately not cheap, but that probably has to do with the location and the craftsmanship.

I practically had to beg for help and place an order because the woman had dirty socks. If you don't want to work, don't. The end result is an attitude that goes from here to Tokyo. I won't be going here again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The people who work here are truly fantastic! The delivery service deserves 10 stars! Delicious, hot food delivered to your door. We'll definitely be ordering from here again!

Delicious fries, nice cooperation and fast delivery

Tried the new truffle mayonnaise with fries. I was already half full after just half a tub. But the combination with Parmesan cheese was delicious.

Busy busy busy! But the staff remains friendly and works very hard. The food is nice and warm and the portions are sufficient. All in all this is a neat KFC with excellent service.

A Bram is tasty everywhere and this one is at 't Alexandrium Rotterdam.

Employees were nice, but 7.35 for fries with a hint of parmasan and truffle mayo is a shame.

I think it's a shame that they only have fries with the skin on, they won't earn anything from me anymore

Pffffff, fries war, they say, it's more sauce than potatoes and the woman at the counter was also very patient. If you want to order, you go and see what you want, they suddenly get angry because I'm wasting time, that wet, sticky fries there are so dirty and fake, that sauce is way too much, never order here again.

Nicest Bram in Rotterdam and surrounding areas!!

I ordered 12 euros worth of fries. I couldn't quite understand what the lady behind the cash register was shouting, apparently it was my order and the lady immediately starts shouting with an unfriendly face. I did say something about that. If you don't feel like working, you should just stay at home. Relax a bit, it wasn't busy and just act normal. Date 10-1-2024

You pay 1.80 for a sauce, but it's just not enough for a boat

Every time I walk by this place I somehow want fries. The ladies behind the counter always say hello so friendly. Maybe I should have some fries sometime.

My mother-in-law always said: "Anita's restaurant" because we ate fries with veal croquette after or while shopping...milshake with it...mmmmm

As always, a delicious bag of fries, the satay sauce is also delicious! Although I never like fries with their skin on, these are very good. The staff is friendly and fast, so you don't have to wait too long, even when it's busy.

I have been a regular customer at Bramladage Alexandrium for years and I am always helped very friendly by the friendly ladies and gentlemen and the food is always good.

What a fantastic thing, really great

Nice shopping center and the location of the Bram Ladage store is easy to find. The quality of the fries could be better.

Gnome came by with KleinKabouter for a small fries🍟 with fricandel🧆. Helped quickly, but the fricandel was not completely cooked and warm?🤷‍♂️(bad luck) and the fries were not completely fried. Too bad for the little Gnome. Well, that can happen, but there are better places to get tasty treats. Here goes Gnome walking past. There is a sausage supplier around the corner👍🤣

We were waiting in que. they didnt pay attention. Later they started to switch desk creating a lot of mix up. Definitely one of worst franchise shops.

Delicious fries and nice friendly staff

Please note, all meat products that Bram Ladage sells have been ritually slaughtered without anesthesia. The animal must choke on its own blood while conscious. There is no choice in normally slaughtered meat or ritually slaughtered meat. Ridiculous for a Dutch snack bar. I will never buy anything here again.

Today is the last time I will order fries there. An employee who took my order had her fingers in her mouth the entire time. She was wearing gloves. I think it's very dirty. She must never do that again, I'm disgusted by it!!!

If you get large fries that are not freshly baked to take away and when you get home more than half of them are junk that you don't eat. Normally I don't like writing reviews but this is really ridiculous and for €5.25

Na 15 minuten ongeveer wachten op mijn bestelling. Vroeg een medewerkster mij of ik al had besteld . Terwijl mijn kind daar zit te vragen om zijn patat te geven , ik dacht dat die mensen die voor ons patat hadden gekregen ook eerder hadden besteld maar blijkt dat mijn bestelling niet eens is afgeleverd en de bon weg gegooid door een medewerkster. Ik dacht kan gebeuren en toen vroeg ik om een ijsje bij bestellen . Ik hoorde een medewerkster zeggen tegen haar collega niet geven hij moet eerst ijsje afrekenen !!!! Als of ik het niet wil doen!!!! Dat vond ik echt schandalig en service 0.0

Today we wanted to eat a real Dutch fries during our visit to Rotterdam. But we made a lucky move and found this chip shop. We have rarely had such delicious and fresh fries, and the sauces were also very tasty, I can only recommend them.

Ordered a bami disk, but it was so spicy that you broke out in a sweat and there was no bami to taste. Neither of us finished it while my partner can have it quite spicy, it was even too much for him.

This is the 2nd time that delivery has not been complete. I can still understand the sauce, that was last time, but this time large fries were not included! And if you want to reach them by phone, they never answer. This was the last time I order from you

Fries were delicious, but extremely expensive. The average age of the staff (5 men?) is 17 years and they clearly still have to learn how to fry a frikandel from their mothers. Fries including sauce with frikandel were served even faster than taking off from a fighter jet. Baked with little love Don't forget to get your drink from the appie opposite.

Tegenwoordig is de patat met schil. Ik vind het een beetje jammer dat dit vooraf niet duidelijk wordt aangekondigd. Als je na lange tijd dit opeens op je bordje krijgt terwijl je geen aardappel met schil lust vind ik jammer. Duurzaamheid is goed maar begrijp ook dat niet iedereen patat met schil lust.

Bestelling gekregen alsof iemand er van heeft gegeten. Wanneer je meenemen zegt en ze begrijpen “gelijk opeten” gebeurt er dit

I wanted to have something delivered to my home because I had read that it was possible in our zip code area. I went to look at the site after ordering and only saw that this was temporarily not possible in the zip code area. Now I ask the question via messenger why this may no longer be the case and when it will be again. I don't get an answer to that. Too deceived to answer a simple question. I'll go to the competitor. You won't see me buying anything there anymore

The fries you bring with you mainly consist of hard pieces and are burnt and full of salt. A barge is half of a large Bram. Snacks are fried hard. Here service depends on who you meet. Most young people who work here don't feel like doing much. The older generation suddenly disappeared. Shame. It would be good for Bram to train their staff better.

This Bram has really changed. Now there are increasingly younger people in the business who (unconsciously) scare customers away.

I like to get fries and snacks here on Fridays after work and shopping. The fries and snacks are always tasty and well prepared. The staff is very polite and since I come here almost every Friday they recognize me right away and often already know what I want to order. <3

Getting a Bram was a concept, I was happy to drive for it, but not anymore, unfortunately Bram no longer bothers to peel the potato, so the taste is just less, I could still get around the fact that they don't have coca cola by going to ah, but you really can't leave the skin on your fries.

Brammetje Frietsaus besteld met me dochtertje vandaag, helaas door drukte, omgestoten, daar lag het dan op de grond... teruggegaan om opnieuw te bestellen. De medewerkster herkende mij, wilt u er nog 1 mevrouw? Vertelde wat er gebeurd was, oh, u krijgt gewoon een nieuwe van mij, binnen een paar seconden was het al klaar. Waar ligt het, zal ik het voor u opruimen? Wat een service!! Kom hier graag terug 😀

Flinke portie frites voor heel redelijk bedrag. Gewoon de kfc voorbij lopen! Leuk personeel en vlotte bediening. Ik vind alleen de mayo te zoet. Zou goed zijn daar keus in te hebben.

Gisteren heb ik een grote bram met mayonaise + een sisi gekocht. Dit keer werd ik door 2 vriendelijke en behulpzame dames geholpen. Daarnaast was mijn portie patat met mayonaise erg lekker. Vandaar dat ik deze Bram ladage 5 sterren geef😁👍

Lang niet geweest. De Remia mayo heeft teveel mosterd er doorheen. Ik kreeg daarna de tip om de eigen gemaakte mayo te proberen. Deze was veel lekkerder. Beoordeling met een ster verhoogd.

Vraiment le meilleur frittes que j ai jamais mangé. Malgré mon régime je peux pas aller au mall sans passer chez bram ladage et manger les mega délicieux frittes

Behoorlijk aan de prijs en er ging 2x wat mis met de sauzen. Smaak was prima.

Bestelling geplaatst, maar nooit geleverd jammer dat er niets aan gedaan wordt ik moet nu weer achter mijn geld aan.

Bestelling klopte niet & de patat smaakte niet had langer gebakken mogen worden was nu een beetje slappe hap. Snap dat ze in deze tijd alles snel af willen handelen zodat er zo min mogelijk mensen bij je balie staan maar dit moet niet ten koste gaan van bestelling/smaak.

Ik had erg veel zin in een brammetje, maar na het zien van het eprsoneel voor mijn eigen veiligheid en dat van de mensen om mij heen niet gedaan. Het is voor het personeel hier te moeilijk om een masker over de neus te dragen.Hierdoor is er bij het eten van voedsel bereid door deze Bram een ongelooflijk risico om besmet te raken. Ik raad allen aan om op zoek te gaan naar plekken waar eten word bereid door professionele mensen die hun verantwoordelijkheid nemen in deze crisis. De Bram ladage is dat duidelijk niet.

Die patat is gewoon het lekkerste

The fries are ok. Snacks terrible, all of them 😳 it is a wonder how you can make every snack the same bad quality. Just buy the fries and then some chicken from their neabors 😉.

Bij Bram Ladage Alexandrium geweest vandaag. Snap de hype en de hoge score niet. Friet is niet bijzonder lekker vind ik (heb de helft weggegooid) en personeel erg gehaast (werd er ongemakkelijk van) maar dat is waarschijnlijk een moment opname of het ligt aan mij omdat ik het niet gewend ben. Samenvattend zou ik er persoonlijk niet voor omrijden.

Similar like any bramladage brand of shops. Place with cone stand nearby to sit and eat.

Ouderwetse heerlijke patat van verse aardappelen. Het blijft een belevenis om hier een patatje te halen

Patat smaakt altijd wel lekker, hoeveel je krijgt verschilt wel per verkoper. Zak lijkt groot maar door het extra cupje wat ze er heel zachtjes los in gooien zonder aan te drukken heb je eigenlijk maar een halve zak. Dat cupje mogen ze van mij wel weglaten. Zouden ze dat doen als ik het vraag?

Grote patat in postzak,maar patat smaakte jammer genoeg naar oud frituurvet en de mayo was niet denderend, erg jammer

Vergelijken met andere brams zijn zakken half leeg. Jammer dat ze niet geven waarvoor je betaald hebt.
