The food was good and there was a lot of choice.

The food is tasty! I’ve had food delivered a few times now, and it went wrong every time. Making mistakes is human, but every time I just get a ‘sorry, busy’ (no orders were placed on weekends), but after a few times I do think you should make up for it with a free drink or something. I suggested that, but it was asking too much. I personally value service highly, so that is why my final rating is low. So don't order delivery, just pick it up and double-check the order on the spot :)

The order arrived way too late and was cold. Afterwards, I called to complain that my food was cold. The employee said, "Don't you have a microwave at home? Put it in the microwave." Never again!!

Waiting 1.5 hours for your food while they advertise 15-25 mins... when you call, the delivery person is of course "just leaving"... half an hour later the food arrives (it's not even a 15-minute bike ride) and the fries are stale or something and mega chewy, snacks are somehow dried out and the milkshake is mostly air... but they still charge top dollar for everything.

Ordered an hour before closing time, no one contacted us. Order never arrived.. we have been waiting for 1.5 hours now while the delivery time was 25 min?

Always tasty & fast! We often get takeout from Snackbar de Walenburger, and are very satisfied every time. The staff behind the counter are friendly and always cheerful. The atmosphere in the bar is great, they recently updated the furniture, and everything is neat and clean. The fries taste good and are nice and crispy, the meat is good, great prices, simply top-notch!

The food arrived quickly. I ordered fries and never received them, but I did receive the sauce for the fries.

Just got a chicken doner sandwich. Half the sandwich wasn't filled. It hadn't even been cut open to fill it. The rest was lettuce with some doner that had flown over it. Normally I'm happy with your food, but this is really not good for 7 euros.

The hair salon was burnt, the meat was burnt, and the fries were rock hard. It was unfortunately inedible. Delivery was fast, though.

Worst Crunchi Burger Hot I've had today at Walenburger for 7.50. The bread was bigger than the chicken, the sauce was very mediocre, and it was dry... such a shame.

I got my food pretty quickly, but it was absolutely disgusting. The chicken was black and burnt. I personally would never order this, but out of respect, I'd make a new one. It wasn't good, so I wouldn't recommend it.

Told me 15 minutes until ready as i was having lunch at work, 35 minutes later he hasnt even started with my single chicken burger when i say im in a hurry and my lunch ends soon thats when he gets off the phone and starts cooking Didnt even ask what kind of burger i wanted until i was already waiting for 25 minutes Horrible service never go here if you want your time respected

When I bought it, I opted for a large kapsalon doner with a crunchy burger. It came with a bent fork that was unusable, a veal kapsalon (which I didn't want; I wanted a kapsalon with chicken) that was burnt with a hair still in it, and a burger with soggy buns. All in all, it deserves one star and is not recommended.

Yesterday I ordered a small kapsalon, 90% filled with fries and less than 10% meat. It was the same last time. I won't order from here again. A month later I tried again, and the quality was even worse: old fries and the last bits of donner. It's better to order somewhere else.

Just picked up. Large portion and great service. These guys are great.

After being a regular customer for a long time, I've decided to boycott you for the following reason: The guys who work here felt the need to tell my girlfriend, "He always comes here drunk," what's it to you? But yeah, I only eat your food when I'm drunk or tipsy. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I received a frozen croquette sandwich. If I'd been a really annoying customer, I would have understood. But I'm always super friendly, and this was just customer harassment.

The staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and everything was very clean.

Placed an order for 4 last week. The bag appeared to be torn, the sauce jars had opened and were leaking. Fries were all over the bag. Everything was completely covered. By the time we cleaned everything up the food was cold. Not worth repeating. Waste of my money.

Ordered 1.5 hours ago and haven't received anything yet. We tried calling to cancel the dinner. After hanging on the line for 10 minutes before someone answers, we get a delivery person on the phone. When we ask for our money back the phone hangs up. Wouldn't order from here again. After half an hour we called again because we still had not received anything. It is not possible to get the money back because it would already be on its way, and they hang up again.

Food was made very quickly. Unfortunately I ordered a falafel kapsalon and I came home to find out that I received a kapsalon with meat after all. Very unfortunate if you don't eat meat. Better luck next time.

Ordered a cheeseburger XL with curry and mayo 2 times. The gentleman came to explain to me that it is my fault that I have ketchup even though I could adjust it on the site. Wouldn't recommend it to your loved ones because you'll only get a rude mouth.

Fast, friendly, delicious All-round good take-away restaurant for amazing midnight snacks. Durum Falafel 7€ it was for me which was amazingly tasty.

One of the few places where you can get a sandwich in the middle of the night in Noord. Moreover, they also have a really good hair salon with crispy fries here.

Nice place for a snack (or even for lunch). They have a great variety of options, good price and fresh ingredients. We had lunch there and everything was fine!

Have they changed owners again or something because it's only getting worse there for a fries war I probably had to repeat myself 6 times because the gentleman didn't know what it was and then they want to give me a family bag just because I asked for a big fries war afterwards 2 ordered and paid for drinks, I come home to no drinks, I don't call and I am first blamed for having forgotten it, while I can't even grab it myself, but it's ok, the final score is brought, I only get 1 drink that was ordered, the second drink was a Fanta while I asked for a Coke, but that was probably my own fault, which is a shame. So if it's up to me, the old owner will be back because he never forgot what, no matter how large the order was, because these people won't see me again

If the business is closed, however temporarily, please post this on the website. That's what the website is for: being up to date. Otherwise very sloppy and customer unfriendly (Monday August 19).

We came home after a night out and were so hungry, so we thought we would order 4 hair salons. We thought about the environment and therefore chose to pick it up. As indicated, we waited for 30 minutes and then headed towards the snack bar in question. Once we arrived we were informed that our order could only be made when we arrived there. Of course we were not happy about this. Just a small summary of our findings. Ordering was anything but easy, the food was only made when we arrived, the people were nice, but all in all, don't order because you will probably wait more than an hour for your food.

This is incredibly bad. It clearly states that there is a nut and peanut allergy. If it comes with a container of peanut sauce, everything can go straight into the trash. No words for it.

I accidentally set pick-up via Thuisbezorgd instead of delivery. Received a polite call that it was ready so that the food would not get cold. I explained that it actually had to be delivered but that I was on my way. Then she indicated: I'll have it delivered. Great service!!!

I threw the sandwich against the tree and it never came down. Decide for yourself whether this is good or bad. I'll never come here again

Regularly delivered and collected as the snack bar is nearby. The quality is good as long as you ask clear questions and the staff is friendly. Especially recommended if you are in the area.

Very bad!! Ordered often and always been satisfied. Now received a wrong order and called. I was not believed at first, so the delivered order had to be returned. Absolutely fine. An hour later the new order is finally delivered, very bad. Cold burger, bare, only sauce. And I paid 8 euros for that. Very disappointing! If I call back, it will not be resolved. Can I call back tomorrow afternoon... because it's busy now? To make mistakes is human, but take responsibility and solve it properly! Last time I ordered here!

These guys are really great. Always a smile when they deliver, seriously never seem to be in a bad mood and are very friendly. Do order via the website!!! You pay less, because they don't have to pay those home delivery scammers any commission. I've never been inside, but I often cycle past it. Seems to be very cozy inside. Often open until late and there are always delivery people (I think) or other people inside, which makes it a lot more pleasant.

I always have a great meal here! The fries are always super fresh and deliciously fried. Kapsalon is great, and they always deliver very quickly.

On the plus side, this place is open until late, so sometimes it's literally the only place in the area where you can eat late at night. However, in terms of taste, these are far from the best doners you can find - I would say that there is not enough balance between the amount of vegetables and meat, and also the variety of vegetables (very few are put in and they don’t really ask you which ones to put in), also imperfect fat content. Prices here are not that lower than similar places in Rotterdam/The Hague. Also, the staff barely speaks English, which can cause problems when ordering if you don't speak Dutch.

Altijd snelle bezorging en prima kwaliteit. Laatst waren ze mijn drankje vergeten te bezorgen en deze is daarna alsnog netjes bezorgd.

Wat een heerlijke tent! Hele vriendelijke service. Sterker nog, misschien wel de lekkerste snackbar uit heel Rotterdam. Ik geloof dat er sinds kort een nieuwe eigenaar is, en sindsdien loopt alles al helemaal zonder problemen! Ik raad de zaak aan iedereen aan die even een lekkere snack wil nuttigen. Vooral de bitterballen zijn fenomenaal. Overduidelijke 5 sterren voor deze prachtzaak

Echt waar voor je geld en mega service. Ik kreeg gratis een extra broodje, zoveel saus als ik wilde en het bakje döner was gewoon een volle kapsalon bak. Ik kreeg er zelfs een extra bakje salade bij. Props!

De Cheese Burger XL is een aanrader lekker simpel en 2 burgers 😍 en de XXL kapsalon is ook zeker wel z'n geld waard lekker gegeten. Hier gaan we vaker komen.

Verkeerde bestelling. Gekregen zonde van het geld . Op de bon staat de juiste bestelling. Probeer het restaurant te bereiken niemand neemt oo op drie keer gebeld. Zeer slecht laatste keer ook.

Een paar keer broodjes kipdoner besteld hier,wat zijn die lekker,goed en heel veel vlees en loeivers brood. Supersnel bezorgd,elke keer weer. Dankjewel!
