The fries were perfect, nice and fresh and crispy with the skin on, and not too bland or too salty. We found the price to be on the high side: 4 regular fries with sauce and 8 bitterballen cost 32 euros. The bitterballen were not good; they didn't taste like beef, but more like a cheesy flavor.

I have truly never encountered such uninterested and unmotivated staff. You walk in around dinnertime and the staff are just standing behind the counter staring at their phones. They barely look up, and you practically have to ask if you can please order something. Additionally, the music is so incredibly loud that you almost have to scream just to be able to place your order. And then there is the food itself. You pay top dollar for a portion of fries these days, but the quality is a surprise every single time. One time the fries look like they’ve been reheated several times, the next they aren't cooked through properly. The last few times I’ve been here, it has actually never been really good. After what I saw in the shop myself, I can certainly understand the negative reviews about the delivery by now. Two delivery orders were just sitting next to the counter getting cold, while the delivery drivers were sitting outside on their scooters smoking and chatting with each other. It is really a shame to see how this branch has gone downhill. It comes across as if there is hardly any good management/supervisory staff or oversight in place to ensure that staff are motivated at work and customers are served properly. For now, this is the last time for me.

Half-cooked fries barely make an effort

Jeez, I went to get some good old-fashioned fries at that super cozy Dutch shopping center in Spijkenisse, and I really came home empty-handed. There was a girl standing there with a loud rrrrrr, you know. I asked for a small portion of fries with mayo because the big ones were just too expensive, and I thought, well, let's do something crazy for a change. I didn't get freshly fried fries, but way too salty and super soggy ones from the bottom of the bin. They had been lying there for a while, just staring around. Normally you just throw that away and fry them fresh. To then have the nerve to sell this for that price... well done. Well, whatever you're known for goes down the drain within five seconds. Never, ever again. Good luck, Bram.

Deeply disappointed in the service Tonight, around 8:10 PM, I wanted to pick up food at De Bron in Spijkenisse. The website and opening hours state that the establishment is open until 8:30 PM. As a customer, surely you should be able to assume that you can actually order food until 8:30 PM? Unfortunately, the ovens had already been turned off by 8:10 PM. When I asked if they could still be turned on, this was simply refused. I find that truly incomprehensible. If you choose to be open until 8:30 PM, I think it is only normal that you can serve customers until that time. What perhaps disappointed me the most was the way I was spoken to by the staff. The attitude and reaction were downright disappointing and absolutely not customer-friendly. You expect, at the very least, to be considered in a normal and respectful manner. For me, ultimately, it isn't even about that one sandwich or that one order, but about the service and the principle. Then set your opening hours to 20:10 if you don't want to or can't sell food after that time. Very unfortunate and, as far as I'm concerned, a missed opportunity. I found the way I was treated tonight truly, deeply sad.

We placed our order today at 6:30 PM and it was delivered at 7:45 PM. In itself, that's not a problem; it can be busy, of course. However, we were missing one portion of peanut sauce and a snack, and what was delivered was cold. We called immediately, but because it was fifteen minutes past closing time, nothing could be done about it. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened, so we will not be ordering from here again!

Just got a hamburger but the burger was half raw and they didn't do anything about it, really a shame, it has gone downhill a lot.

There were four of us ordering, including a Loaded Bram for me. It was delivered, but only fries without toppings. We called again and were told a new one was being delivered. Then, 30 minutes later, just fries again, without the truffle mayo and Parmesan cheese. I can only say it's terrible. Something different was delivered than what I ordered, the correct item could not be delivered, and I was told I just had to try to get my money back through Thuisbezorgd. I was spoken to by an extremely rude “manager” who didn't bother to listen to me, but just tried to blather on about being right. Never again Bram Ladage Spijkenisse for me; what a disgrace!

I ordered a waffle cone with soft serve ice cream for €2.75. Surely, you expect to receive a well-filled cone for that price. Unfortunately, the soft serve ice cream was not properly frozen and the quantity was that of a children's ice cream. I asked if this was an ice cream costing €2.75. The answer was that the cone was filled as well. Surely, you should be able to expect a well-filled waffle cone for €2.75. I have experienced otherwise.

It might be useful to add to the opening hours that the kitchen closes earlier than 19:30. It's a bit disappointing if you want to grab some fries at 19:15 that only need maybe 5 minutes in the oil. But oh well, better luck next time.

Ordered some tasty food. The portion of fries for 2-3 people (the box was half full) was small, but after making a quick call, an extra portion was delivered. Good service and the food is tasty anyway.

What a terrible experience at Bram Ladage today… Ordered at 17:33 and didn't receive my food until 19:22 (!). Eventually, it was delivered just before closing time. In the meantime, I called around 18:22 to ask where my order was, and I was told it would be delivered within half an hour… well, that turned out to be well over an hour later. And on top of that, you get cold fries and a half-cooked cheese soufflé. Truly unbearable. This is simply unacceptable. If you can't manage it, be honest instead of making customers wait so long for bad food. Very disappointed.

The food is very tasty, but the staff is abysmal; it used to be much better, but the good people have definitely been cut back. Something is always being forgotten—my sauce, my bread roll—it can never go right, and yet you still pay for it. It's very nice that the staff get along so well, but maybe they should pay closer attention to their work so they don't forget things with the order for once. However, the characters who are always standing behind the counter... always young teenagers and as uninterested as I don't know what... also, we got three portions of fries this afternoon... and all three of us have stomach and digestive issues... my husband is even lying in bed deathly ill... what is going on here :(

I placed an order in the store before and picked it up. Unfortunately, upon arriving home, we discovered that a snack had been forgotten. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time. Almost like a bad sketch. Only teenagers working, and no one in charge. One woman was doing her makeup in the area where the food is prepared and served. A late employee responded to his colleague who commented on it with something that Google won't let me quote because of "profanity." A kindergarten class has more structure. Hier moet echt iets aan gedaan worden, we willen bami en ste lroeven en geen scherpe kruiden, het is echt niet te eten zo.

Bij onze bestelling een grote pot pindasaus besteld van 5,55 euro. Deze werd niet meegeleverd. Dus patat en snacks zonder pindasaus?! Wij gebeld. Gaan ze naleveren. 15 minuten later stonden ze pas voor de deur? Met een pot pindasaus en excuses?? Dit is toch geen oplossing? De patat was inmiddels koud geworden en de snacks hebben we maar zonder saus gegeten. Hadden ze nu geen extra patatje erbij kunnen doen? Ik vind dit zeer slechte service!!
