After 3 hours no food has been delivered... according to the Thuisbezorgd app I should already have my order. I called 5 times but they were "busy". What a horror.

Ordered for the first time. Hour late, called, excuse: no delivery person. Hours later: delivery person cannot apologize. Fries were tough, I think they were reheated as were the snacks. Really dirty!

Ordered food at 1pm and got the good after 4pm. Food is ok but shame to eat it once it has gone cold...

Usually order from smickelhoek and that's great. Delivered quite quickly and the food is good.

Order incomplete and fries which were clearly the last ones out of the bag (hard pieces, half of which we could throw away), other than that the order came 30 minutes after the stated time. Good and tasty food. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because the menu list on their website is no longer correct. So most of what is on the internet is no longer there or has been replaced by another dish.

My Bf always like to ordered for delivery but today we decided to walk-in to the shop And the man who in the front counter he seem nice at first. But later on he said something but my bf can't hear it clearly because of the Mask ON my Bf tried to ask one more time but that guy was shouting to him. This is what u suppose to do to your customer? terrible.! We've been there to support your business and did for several times not begging for Free Food!!! However, today took the cake, an order placed was delivered more than an hour late, arrived lukewarm to almost cold and was incomplete. After contacting us by telephone about the missing product, it was stated that it was busy and that the product would still be delivered. After waiting more than an hour after this phone call, we called again to find out where the remainder of the food was. It was indicated that the delivery person had been at the wrong address and had now returned to the business. At the very least you COULD have called that something went wrong. Indicated that the product was no longer needed, and that the rest of the food could almost be thrown away because everything was cold. It was once again emphasized that it was busy. So I had absolutely nothing to do with that at that moment. You have been paid for an order, first of all you deliver it an HOUR late (I can still condone that), it is LAW and also incomplete. Then, after a phone call, you as a company ensure that you, as the SODEMIETER, still deliver the complete order! Communication is poor, you are treated almost like a dog when you call, and the standard answer is: we are (too) busy. Then you clearly have to do something about it, you can't handle the workload! I will definitely never order anything from here again. Take better care of your regular customers!

Order here weekly and have no complaints 😁👍 I just take into account that it can sometimes take a while, a good business is busy once in a while 😉

Nothing to criticize about the food, but the lady who answered the phone on Sunday 11/24/2019 should NEVER do that again! Forgot the fristi with the children's menu, called and it would be delivered promptly, after 1.5 hours still no fristi, called again and the same lady said "We are a bit busy and I don't have many delivery people at my disposal so it may take a while" It would have been nice if my son had just received his fristi. Something so simple that is treated with such disinterest. And then hang up the phone without any excuse or even just politely say hello and wish you a nice evening! Last time for us!

We often order here on Thursday evenings for the staff of Kwantum Spijkenisse during the shopping evening. Delivery is always on time and the food is always great, nothing to complain about.
