Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order at KFC Spijkenisse has been incorrect. My last Colonel Burger was delivered without tomato and lettuce, even though the menu states they are included. What is particularly frustrating is that this is not a one-off mistake. In my experience, about 3 out of 5 orders go wrong here. It is not just about missing ingredients; complete parts of orders are also frequently incorrect. With menus, you sometimes get the wrong burger, extra ordered chicken is missing, or you receive something different from what you ordered. It sometimes feels like a gamble what you ultimately take home. I have reported this multiple times at the branch itself, but little seems to change. Mistakes can happen, but when it occurs so often and previous complaints do not lead to improvement, it becomes very disappointing. I hope that more attention will be paid to checking orders, so that customers actually get what they pay for.

Slowest service ever; they can take your money but not give you your food. Ordered half an hour ago and still no food in my hand, but that window keeps opening and closing all day to take orders.

Ordered a burger menu and individual items. The burger was as hard as a stone; I took it back and got a new one. The burger was rock hard again. Eventually, on the third attempt, I got another hard burger. Ultimately, due to the long wait, all the food got cold. The only things that tasted normal were the corn on the cob and the drinks.

Had to wait an incredibly long time (45 minutes) for partly cold food; one portion of fries was cold. The chicken on its own was nice and hot, but on the buns it wasn't hot at all; the cheddar wasn't melted, not even a tiny bit. The buns had clearly been sitting out too long before the rest of the order arrived. A woman from the drive-in arrived with the wrong order; it was taken apart by the employee and placed in a spot for processing for a subsequent order. We were truly shocked. What a disappointing experience.

It wasn't even really busy, but you just wait 30+ minutes for your food here, truly unbelievable. Are they still slaughtering the chicken fresh? It certainly didn't taste like it.

I think they eat half of your bucket themselves.....there is so little in it, scandalous! Also, smart-aleck staff who simply tell you that you didn't order something even though you did. I won't be coming back.

At first, my order was incomplete. I had a crunchy cheeseburger, and this was a pathetic little tender on a bun, and it was more ketchup and cheese than chicken...... The tenders of the others in my party were more batter than chicken and very hard. Also, no ice in our drinks... I really haven't had it this bad before.....

Maybe you should adjust your hours. It says open until 11 PM and drive-in until 1 AM, that makes absolutely no sense. You close at 10 PM already.

If you want food poisoning too, definitely come to this KFC. There wasn't much food to begin with because they forgot half of it (that rhymes). I had more napkins than chicken in my bucket; I think my small fries turned into an ultra small. Truly terrible. The staff was also very rude, sitting on their phones a lot and fighting right in front of customers. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE, SHITTY PLACE!!!!!!

Seriously, what a horrible place. You go there after a nice day just to grab a bite to eat, but instead of that, you wait 55 minutes, the food is cold, incomplete, and the place looked terrible, trash was lying everywhere. And then you want to leave and you're stuck because they close the doors at 8:00 PM while they are supposed to be open until 11:00 PM. I definitely do not recommend it, truly awful.

Ordered via DriveThru, you are told that you can "just" pull over and they will bring the food shortly. 20 minutes later, I decided to go and ask myself. The order, along with 3 other orders, was simply already ready and getting cold.

Really a terrible place. It took 55 minutes for a normal meal for 4 people to eat, and after waiting, the food was incomplete and cold. I will never come back here again.

I made an order (the order was wrong), after they got my order wrong I went back to change it because that's not what I wanted to order, they said Ok and you changed my order I paid an extra €4 and then they gave me the same order, and they didn't even want to give me my money back, after I stood in line for 48 minutes, I left the food there thank you very much! And they kept the money! Very insensitive I understand I'm from another nation and I can speak English but I only spoke their language!! That's how much I wish the employee who served me that 15€ to buy his medicine! Insensitive employees but very bad, I asked for my money back for the food they didn't want to give me my money back! I left the food there for you to eat!! Very ugly! Hire staff properly and don't make fun of another nation, I'm a Romanian citizen with Hungarian ethnicity!

More than expected. Good value for money. More Loaded Fries than Burger King.

What a lousy location. Waiting 45 minutes for your food. The first part of your food has already been sitting outside the heater for 20 minutes, and after asking 3 times how much longer it will take and being told 3 times that they are waiting for 1 burger, you end up getting the wrong burger as well. What a trashy place.

Ordered a burger and only received the meat. Literally waited 15 minutes for 1 burger and 2 drinks, and still things went wrong. Received the wrong order last time as well. We won't be coming back here anytime soon.

What absolute underdeveloped imbeciles. How is it possible that you are so incapable that you can't even function remotely properly in a fast food place 😂 Haven't been there in years, but man, how things have changed here. Brought our food plate to the table, nowhere to be found, entered my own code into that Windows 98-style outdated system, and after 20 minutes our order still wasn't even on the screen. Went to the counter and wanted to ask, but those downies just kept walking away and didn't respond. Finally got our food after 40 minutes. Fries lukewarm, bacon on the burgers practically raw, orders were completely wrong. Unbelievable. How is something like this possible. Never again KFC.

Had a nice meal with the kids; not too spicy, but fine for them.

The upper floor was closed, so there was no place for the children to splash around, no toilet, and no handwashing facilities. The disabled toilet downstairs was broken and locked. The staff are more focused on each other than on the customers.

Honestly the worst KFC in the Netherlands. Ordered something for the umpteenth time and they just forgot half of an order with 5 items. There is always something wrong with this KFC, and it’s not like it’s cheap either; nothing has improved over the years and the service is worthless as well!

One napkin is too much when you've gotten your food through the drive-thru.

Doors already closed at 10:30 PM. I was able to get in through a customer. They're going to tell me they're closed. I say, "The website says 11:00 PM." We can't update the website daily; we don't have staff. So why do they have opening hours? We went home without eating, thanks KFC. Apparently, it happens often. Sad case!

The food was absolutely terrible. The chicken was super dry, and I got food poisoning the next day. This was my last time at this branch. The staff at the drive-thru were friendly, but the food was absolutely awful.

It feels like the chicken has been sitting there for a while because it's not crispy, it's a bit soggy. Not really what I'm used to. Too bad. This is already the second time. I don't feel like going back. I tried again today, but after an hour of waiting, we finally got our food, wow, so fast. Ugh, last time I'll be here.

What terrible service, only children working there. I waited 25 minutes for my order.

The cheese burger was really radioactive, inedible... I told them it was unbearable and asked if I could get a refund or a different burger... that wasn't okay either.

You order a medium milkshake and you get a small one. If you say anything about it, it's supposedly a medium... as if I'm stupid and have never ordered a medium milkshake before... I'm going to file a complaint with the head office, because this is simply a scam! You can make a mistake, but if you're confronted about it, you'll just fix it, as I'm a paying customer, and you won't lie!

It was my first time at this KFC, and I went to pick one up to take home. When I got home, one burger was missing (price +€8)... Of course, the service provided was not of good quality, as it was practically empty, so they didn't provide good service.

The chicken was passable, but not quite warm enough, and the fries were simply awful. The woman who helped us at the drive-thru was anything but friendly! Even when we took our order, she struck a tone that made you think, "Okay, what's the point?" But then things didn't get any better, and she walked to the car waving her arms and angrily said, "I told you to park there," and pointed to another parking space. I then told her, in an angry tone, to tone it down a bit because I won't tolerate anyone talking to me like that! We'd simply misunderstood her, so her tone was unnecessary and very, very, very unfriendly!!! The person behind us also spoke to us and had a disagreement with the woman, saying, "That woman is really not good!" So yeah, I generally don't have anything good to say about that—short, unfriendly, unclear, and with poor Dutch. When we got home, half our order was missing! So, we'll skip that one from now on.
