The chicken was passable, but not quite warm enough, and the fries were simply awful. The woman who helped us at the drive-thru was anything but friendly! Even when we took our order, she struck a tone that made you think, "Okay, what's the point?" But then things didn't get any better, and she walked to the car waving her arms and angrily said, "I told you to park there," and pointed to another parking space. I then told her, in an angry tone, to tone it down a bit because I won't tolerate anyone talking to me like that! We'd simply misunderstood her, so her tone was unnecessary and very, very, very unfriendly!!! The person behind us also spoke to us and had a disagreement with the woman, saying, "That woman is really not good!" So yeah, I generally don't have anything good to say about that—short, unfriendly, unclear, and with poor Dutch. When we got home, half our order was missing! So, we'll skip that one from now on.

On July 26, 2025, I drove through the Drive-Thru to get the Squidgame burger for my boyfriend. He loved it. My son and I both had a Zingerburger with cheese. Also super tasty, well-cooked, but indeed, as advertised, slightly spicy. Very tasty. The only downside is the price: 28 euros for a Squidgame menu and two Zingerburgers.

She then took things to the next level. Completely antisocial behavior. Then the chicken turned out dry. Shouldn't be the case if that's their specialty. From now on, make it yourself. I had a very bad experience. I arrived to order a snack box of stripes and was told they were out of stock, so I could choose something else. After asking if they had a snack box with hot wings, it turned out they didn't have that in stock either. You're a chicken restaurant without chicken; honestly, I've never experienced this at a KFC restaurant. So I ordered the squid game burger, and they did have it. Half of the burger was covered in oil, and half of the bun wasn't mashed. The chicken in it wasn't cooked through and tasted awful. I had to throw it away for the first time, because I've never experienced such a bad KFC restaurant. I advise a senior manager to sort this place out, because with the current situation, you're losing 80/90% of your customers.

Give a cardboard cup while you pay a reusable fee Slow, when ordering ice cream you have been waiting for 25 minutes, they take a team photo at their leisure because they have passed the check. When they shout that you have been standing there for a while, your number is asked and food is received within 1 minute.

I think they can't work under pressure very well, I ordered ice cream, my ice cream was melted when I got it and the subdae deluxe twix was poorly prepared, the food was cold and there was little sauce and the staff speaks very poor Dutch and they interfere with other people's work, which is a shame.

Order placed online, the app said it would be ready in 5 to 15 minutes and that there would be an update afterwards that it was ready. The message that it was ready also came in the app. Arrived at the counter there and said I'll pick it up no it's not ready yet. But the app said it was. No but that's not right.. well okay we'll wait.. 45 minutes later !!!!!!!!!! And after asking twice if it was ready it was there. Came back (a few minutes drive) fries were cold. Crunchy hamburger was cold and very dry. The ice cubes in the drink had even melted.. only the crispy stripes were fine. What a disorganized mess it was there and the customer is the victim. One doesn't know what the other is doing and a few did nothing at all bizarre that there is no manager here who creates order in that unmotivated mess. There were even people who had been waiting for 30 minutes for an ice cream! Then you would think that an employee would make ice cream there.. instead of standing there doing nothing.. For me personally no more, you pay a relatively high price and just receive junk that no one can enjoy and you wait a very long time for that too.

I visited the KFC drive-through on 23-06-2025 at 19:07. However, the employee at the window spoke in a very angry manner. I asked her to adjust my order because I only wanted a “Variety Bucket”. Due to a misunderstanding, I did not understand which menu she had selected. I tried to calmly explain that I only wanted the Variety Bucket. After a few angry looks, she adjusted the order, but I found the way she conducted the conversation very unprofessional. I had the impression that she also received a warning from the manager at that moment. After that, probably because of her angry attitude, another employee gave me the food. I think the KFC department should look into this seriously. Last year I saw the same employee at this location, and it seems that she has trouble controlling her anger 😃. Yet she is used at KFC to take orders.

Almost all my wings had fried hairs in them. The large cola cup was only ¾ full. Ordered a medium coconut milkshake in a take-away cup, but got a small reusable cup. (So I paid a deposit). €3.50 for a meager piece of corn the size of my thumb? (No salt or butter with it?) Very expensive for what you get, definitely not worth repeating. Avoid this place.

When ordering on the screen, you can choose between, take away or eat on the spot. I chose to eat on the spot. Then you have to enter a number of something that you can grab at the screen, NOT. Before payment, you can choose between, pick up yourself at the counter or have it served at the table, ALSO NOT. After waiting a while, I went to the counter, and there was my food, getting cold. Inquiring with the person at the counter taught me that KFC, in practice, does not have this service.
