I had a Bucket Meal hot wings and there were feathers on it, so gross, a waste of my money. I'm really angry and I'm not going to this KFC Spijkenisse anymore.

If you want to grab a quick bite, go to the Burger King next door. They prepare the food so slowly there that it's truly bizarre, and they also employ more staff than Burger King and McDonald's. Fortunately, the drive-thru makes it quick, but if you go there, be sure to check your order because they very often forget items. They also just serve you stale food. The other day I had brown salad and rock-hard buns; it was ridiculous. Just go to McDonald's or Burger King, or go to another KFC because it's really bizarre here.

I find the chicken very tasty and the rest is also perfectly fine.

It was very hot inside, the air conditioning wasn't working, and we were sent inside because otherwise the terrace would be too crowded because of us and no other customers could be accommodated. We were there for a wedding reception being held, which was reserved for 65 people. That is a lot of drinks, snacks, and food that was earned back separately or on the side, in addition to the reception package. Very peculiar service! For the rest, I will leave my dissatisfaction here! Because there is another point that was even waaaay worse as an incident. But we partially resolved that amicably to their liking!

It is completely new to me to wait well over half an hour for your original pieces of chicken. I had 10 pieces and 2 separate. I ordered and 5121 was on the board. My receipt was 5196. At first I thought this was a glitch on the board, but the chicken still had to be slaughtered 😉 number 5196, there you go. We only have the 10 and the 2 pieces took another fifteen minutes, so they asked if I wanted to wait or choose something else. I have no idea how it works at KFC, but it is unusual for me. The chicken is delicious though. The staff is friendly, but the order-by-order system is peculiar.

We’ve been standing in the drive-thru for well over half an hour now and people, myself included, are complaining, and then someone comes up with a sour face: "Yeah, we’re busy," while the three of them are having a blast. This is terrible KFC, I tell you. No supervision.

Very bad experience at KFC Spijkenisse. The staff's communication was downright poor: unfriendly, boorish, and completely lacking in customer service. An item was missing from my order. Of course, that can happen once in a while, but the way it was handled was truly substandard. No attempt was made to resolve the matter properly, which meant I had to drive back and forth, order again, and pay again. What bothered me most: not a single apology. Even when I indicated that a simple "sorry" would be appropriate, none came. I am also very disappointed with the food. The chicken was dry, far too salty, and did not seem fresh at all. The quality was far below what one would expect from KFC. Making a mistake can happen. But how you treat a customer afterwards says everything about your service. And unfortunately, that was nowhere to be found here.

Man, what terrible service. In the past, I've regularly had to check orders and find they weren't right. Now I picked up 1 menu. Rushed home. Unfortunately, without checking, and guess what? Sure enough. Forgot the fries. This makes me so pissed off. Called 6 times and demanded full payment, but no one answered. So I got back in the car and drove back. You reported it, and I even said that the free 3 hot wings should be included as compensation, but no such luck. Just a bag of fries. What a terrible place this is. I am REALLY NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

I don't think getting a mini mini Zingerburger is acceptable.

There is nothing wrong with the food, but what a mess it is. All the trash cans are overflowing. More than half of the tables are full of trash. Because the bins are full. Orders take 45 minutes!!! If you are lucky. 😴🥱

I went to the KFC in Spijkenisse today. I found the atmosphere and attitude towards customers unpleasant. It concerns a female cashier... while I was ordering, she was very unfriendly. The moment I paid for my food, she just said "drive to the shark teeth, bye." Another nasty experience at KFC; hopefully something will be done about it. Because this is very unpleasant for the other customers too...

A half-filled box of Kipsalon with literally 3 pieces of chicken; incomparable to other KFCs in Rotterdam. It is clear that you are cutting costs or are just being petty.

The order was incomplete three times, and at the end it still wasn't complete because we hadn't received any sauce. And it wasn't busy; even when the employee arrived, he had forgotten the chicken and the sauce, but unfortunately, we never received them.

Waiting 35 minutes for a box (go to McDonald's next time, believe me)

It's okay, the chicken is fine, I just got the wrong ice cream but that was already indicated when picking up. The seats aren't very comfortable but okay. If you get asked when ordering if you want it brought to your seat, you're out of luck because there are no numbers at the ordering kiosks.

Hello! Today I came with my family to eat, ordered online and the surprise was we were served with wings and chicken wings but be careful reheated we were told they are now ready lie the breadcrumbs were like stone and the taste bad and dry on the inside be careful when ordering !

Poor service. Lots of staff, but they work slowly, very slowly assembling the order that the kitchen gives out.

Do you absolutely hate your wife? Or just being at home? Do you have no home? And do you want to be able to enjoy a roof over your head for a very long time? Do you also fancy cold food for a premium price? Then order food from the KFC in Spijkenisse; besides waiting almost an hour for some food (57 minutes to be precise), the fries were cold and the order went wrong.

Everyone is running to the KFC because it is so delicious. You can see the energy drink in the 2nd video coming out of the walls and it is very tasty. And the gamer woman can game well in here.

We thought we’d give KFC Spijkenisse another chance after the problems we’ve had before. Big mistake. We arrived at 22:40 on Friday, well before closing time. The drive-through was supposed to be open until midnight, but it was physically blocked off with barriers (photos attached). So we went to the restaurant instead, only to find a sign saying it was closed because of the hot weather and that the drive-through was open. Except… it wasn’t. We walked over to the staff and were simply told they were closed. Meanwhile, car after car kept arriving, finding the drive-through blocked, getting out to try ordering inside, and then leaving disappointed because nobody was being served. We weren’t the only ones who wasted our trip. What makes this even more ridiculous is that we called KFC Vlaardingen afterwards to check if they were actually open. They answered the phone, said they were open until 1 AM, so we drove all the way there and got our food without any problems. Last time I checked, Spijkenisse and Vlaardingen aren’t in different climate zones. It was just as hot in Vlaardingen, yet somehow they managed to stay open and serve customers. So what’s the real reason here? Because from a customer’s perspective, it just looks like laziness that forced us to drive to another city just to get KFC. Sadly, this isn’t even the first issue we’ve had with this location. Wrong orders, hardly any menu available long before closing, and now this. This location really needs to get its act together.

I honestly cannot believe this happened AGAIN at KFC Spijkenisse. According to Google Maps, only the drive-through is open until midnight. Fine. I have no problem using the drive-through. My problem is that when a restaurant says it is open until midnight, I expect it to actually have food available until midnight. I arrived at 23:15 on a Saturday evening (30 May 2026) . Forty-five minutes before closing. I was told that they basically had only one thing left: the last 14 hot wings. No burgers, no buckets, no strips, no normal menu, nothing. How is that acceptable? We’re not talking about five minutes before closing. We’re talking about 45 minutes before closing. A customer should still be able to order from the menu during advertised opening hours. It didn’t feel like they had run out of ingredients. It felt like they had simply stopped preparing food long before closing time and were trying to get rid of whatever happened to be left over. So customers arriving during opening hours are expected to choose from leftovers instead of the menu they came for. What made it even worse was that I wasn’t the only customer. While I was there, cars behind me in the drive-through were being turned away completely because there was practically nothing left to sell. Imagine driving to a restaurant that claims to be open, waiting in line, and then being told there is basically no food available. And this is not the first time I have had problems with this location. I’ve received incorrect orders before, missing items that I paid for, and now this. Every time I think I’ll give this restaurant another chance, something goes wrong again. If you don’t want to serve customers properly until midnight, then don’t advertise that you’re open until midnight. Being technically “open” means very little when almost the entire menu is unavailable nearly an hour before closing. Extremely disappointing. At this point I’m seriously questioning why I keep giving this location another chance. One bad experience can happen. Repeated problems over multiple visits point to a much bigger issue.

The manager tried to convincingly claim that all the ice was sold out, meaning I absolutely couldn't get a cup of ice with my Spa Red. Sorry, but what kind of nonsense is this, and why would you lie to your customers? After all, we also got a Pepsi… with ice. What kind of nonsense is it that you don't automatically get a cup of ice with a Spa Red? And then lying about it afterwards as well.....? Terrible manager, incredibly unfriendly to customers, and a very negative experience.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was super chill. It wasn't quiet, but it wasn't crowded either. The food was tasty and fresh. The service was super fast and very friendly.

Listening to what a customer wants is difficult. Noteed it down 3 times at the cash register and still got it wrong. What was requested was: 4 pieces of tenders + fries + milkshake and 3 pieces of chicken with bone + fries + milkshake. In the end, 4 tenders + 1 portion of fries + 1 milkshake + 3 pieces of chicken with bone. With this heat, I didn't feel like explaining what I wanted for the 4th time.

The thing with kfc is that it's rather a gamble sometimes it's good sometimes not so good. Today's staff proved that kfc can be really good with adequate service in a busy time. The food was also good but i am especially pleased by the staff today

Unfortunately, this is not the first time my order at KFC Spijkenisse has been incorrect. My last Colonel Burger was delivered without tomato and lettuce, even though the menu states they are included. What is particularly frustrating is that this is not a one-off mistake. In my experience, about 3 out of 5 orders go wrong here. It is not just about missing ingredients; complete parts of orders are also frequently incorrect. With menus, you sometimes get the wrong burger, extra ordered chicken is missing, or you receive something different from what you ordered. It sometimes feels like a gamble what you ultimately take home. I have reported this multiple times at the branch itself, but little seems to change. Mistakes can happen, but when it occurs so often and previous complaints do not lead to improvement, it becomes very disappointing. I hope that more attention will be paid to checking orders, so that customers actually get what they pay for.

Slowest service ever; they can take your money but not give you your food. Ordered half an hour ago and still no food in my hand, but that window keeps opening and closing all day to take orders.

Ordered a burger menu and individual items. The burger was as hard as a stone; I took it back and got a new one. The burger was rock hard again. Eventually, on the third attempt, I got another hard burger. Ultimately, due to the long wait, all the food got cold. The only things that tasted normal were the corn on the cob and the drinks.

Had to wait an incredibly long time (45 minutes) for partly cold food; one portion of fries was cold. The chicken on its own was nice and hot, but on the buns it wasn't hot at all; the cheddar wasn't melted, not even a tiny bit. The buns had clearly been sitting out too long before the rest of the order arrived. A woman from the drive-in arrived with the wrong order; it was taken apart by the employee and placed in a spot for processing for a subsequent order. We were truly shocked. What a disappointing experience.

I think they eat half of your bucket themselves.....there is so little in it, scandalous! Also, smart-aleck staff who simply tell you that you didn't order something even though you did. I won't be coming back.

At first, my order was incomplete. I had a crunchy cheeseburger, and this was a pathetic little tender on a bun, and it was more ketchup and cheese than chicken...... The tenders of the others in my party were more batter than chicken and very hard. Also, no ice in our drinks... I really haven't had it this bad before.....

Maybe you should adjust your hours. It says open until 11 PM and drive-in until 1 AM, that makes absolutely no sense. You close at 10 PM already.

Really a terrible place. It took 55 minutes for a normal meal for 4 people to eat, and after waiting, the food was incomplete and cold. I will never come back here again.

If you want food poisoning too, definitely come to this KFC. There wasn't much food to begin with because they forgot half of it (that rhymes). I had more napkins than chicken in my bucket; I think my small fries turned into an ultra small. Truly terrible. The staff was also very rude, sitting on their phones a lot and fighting right in front of customers. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE, SHITTY PLACE!!!!!!

Seriously, what a horrible place. You go there after a nice day just to grab a bite to eat, but instead of that, you wait 55 minutes, the food is cold, incomplete, and the place looked terrible, trash was lying everywhere. And then you want to leave and you're stuck because they close the doors at 8:00 PM while they are supposed to be open until 11:00 PM. I definitely do not recommend it, truly awful.

Ordered via DriveThru, you are told that you can "just" pull over and they will bring the food shortly. 20 minutes later, I decided to go and ask myself. The order, along with 3 other orders, was simply already ready and getting cold.

I made an order (the order was wrong), after they got my order wrong I went back to change it because that's not what I wanted to order, they said Ok and you changed my order I paid an extra €4 and then they gave me the same order, and they didn't even want to give me my money back, after I stood in line for 48 minutes, I left the food there thank you very much! And they kept the money! Very insensitive I understand I'm from another nation and I can speak English but I only spoke their language!! That's how much I wish the employee who served me that 15€ to buy his medicine! Insensitive employees but very bad, I asked for my money back for the food they didn't want to give me my money back! I left the food there for you to eat!! Very ugly! Hire staff properly and don't make fun of another nation, I'm a Romanian citizen with Hungarian ethnicity!

What a lousy location. Waiting 45 minutes for your food. The first part of your food has already been sitting outside the heater for 20 minutes, and after asking 3 times how much longer it will take and being told 3 times that they are waiting for 1 burger, you end up getting the wrong burger as well. What a trashy place.

Ordered a burger and only received the meat. Literally waited 15 minutes for 1 burger and 2 drinks, and still things went wrong. Received the wrong order last time as well. We won't be coming back here anytime soon.

What absolute underdeveloped imbeciles. How is it possible that you are so incapable that you can't even function remotely properly in a fast food place 😂 Haven't been there in years, but man, how things have changed here. Brought our food plate to the table, nowhere to be found, entered my own code into that Windows 98-style outdated system, and after 20 minutes our order still wasn't even on the screen. Went to the counter and wanted to ask, but those downies just kept walking away and didn't respond. Finally got our food after 40 minutes. Fries lukewarm, bacon on the burgers practically raw, orders were completely wrong. Unbelievable. How is something like this possible. Never again KFC.

The upper floor was closed, so there was no place for the children to splash around, no toilet, and no handwashing facilities. The disabled toilet downstairs was broken and locked. The staff are more focused on each other than on the customers.
