Simply superb. And a very cool waitress.

The staff was extremely unfriendly; we felt completely unwelcome as guests. As a family, we ate there and felt utterly out of place. Overall, a very disappointing experience: never again.

We arrived at the restaurant and were initially served by the waitress. We said we needed a little more time to choose. Unfortunately, no one came to our table after that. When we called her back later and said we wanted to order, she responded with an inappropriate, condescending laugh and said, "I hope you can order something." This was very unpleasant and unprofessional. We ordered for two people: two coffees, a water, and a waffle with whipped cream, ice cream, and strawberries, which we wanted to share. However, only one set of cutlery was brought. When we politely asked for more cutlery, we were told it would cost an extra €2.50. Overall, the service was very disappointing and disrespectful. We will not be returning to this restaurant and cannot recommend it.

One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. The service was unfriendly from the start. Even before we received a menu, we were asked what we wanted to order. Later, while taking our order, she even said, "I hope you're ready now," which came across as very rude and unprofessional. What was particularly disappointing was that we were told waffles couldn't be ordered for another 15 minutes. Shortly afterward, however, the table next to us was allowed to place the exact same order. Only when the server realized we had overheard this did she suddenly announce that waffles could be ordered after all. Very poor customer service. If it weren't for the good location, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

We had waffles with hot cherries and coffee there. The waffles were delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We even got a coloring book and crayons for the children. We'll definitely be coming here more often.

A really good restaurant with very attentive staff. Unfortunately, something was served incorrectly, but this was rectified immediately. The waiters were extremely friendly. Even with a stroller, a suitable seat inside was found right away. The prices are reasonable. The food was beautifully presented. And there was even a small gift for the children. They speak and understand German very well, so it's easy for foreigners to communicate with them. Highly recommended: 10/10

Terrible service! We asked for extra utensils and were told it was an extra 2.5 euros! Terrible service!

The service was really very friendly and charming, the food was okay but nothing special, and the prices were quite steep for what we received. The quality of the food itself didn't justify the price. Otherwise, it's very centrally located, right next to the underground parking garage and the "Two Brothers" building, and very convenient for a break while shopping. I'd gladly come again, but only for a coffee.

Poor customer service, terrible coffee, bad beer

We decided to stay at a café for a snack while wandering around the city for a while. We ordered a Dutch snack, uitsmijter, along with chips, salad, cappuccino, and tea. It’s a nice place to take a break."

Simply the most unfriendly place I've ever had a mediocre meal at. If you try to use the restroom and can't immediately prove you're a customer, things can get really unpleasant. Never again.

My meal was pork medallions with fries and a salad. The sauce was very tasty and homemade, but unfortunately, it contained mushrooms and pickles, which I don't like. Otherwise, it was very delicious 😋 😋

Yesterday, six of us were here and sat outside. We ordered fries and drinks six times. I then went inside to use the restroom. Suddenly, a blonde waitress stormed up to me and asked me, extremely rudely, what I wanted. I replied, irritated but politely, that I was sitting outside. "WHAT? YOU WERE SITTING?" - "Yes, my family is still sitting. We ordered fries six times." Her gaze remained aggressive and suddenly she disappeared again. I felt like a felon. This will definitely be my last visit, even though our waitress at the table was very friendly.

The service was very, very friendly. The food was simply fantastic! You absolutely have to eat here. We had three different dishes, and the portions were quite generous. You'll definitely leave satisfied.

The service was good. The food was very good, especially the mixed grill. A beer, over €6, is a bit steep.
