Brasserie D11 Ziel in Centrum

Ein netter persönlicher Empfang, eine gemütliche Atmosphäre und ein sehr leckeres Essen. Besonders das vegetarische Tarte Tartin hat uns gefallen, aber auch das Perlhuhn war nicht zu verachten. Die Tomka-Kai-Suppe vorweg haben wir uns geteilt, und wir waren beide begeistert. Wir waren nicht zum ersten Mal hier; und das ZIEL zählt nach wie vor zu den besten Adressen in Delfzijl. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis finden wir absolut in Ordnung.

My experience in this business was disappointing due to the extremely arrogant behavior of a woman working there; total lack of respect for customers.

We had lunch with two families and everything was going well, especially thanks to a young waiter who works there—he was polite and helpful. The problem arose when my son, who wanted an ice cream that wasn’t on the menu, went with my wife to a nearby place to get one. The rest of us remained at the table and continued eating. Upon their return, even before they could sit down, a female staff member came out and, in an arrogant tone, told us we were not allowed to bring food from outside. Now, I understand and can accept the rule about not bringing outside food, even if in this case it was just a small treat for a child not even three years old. But what I cannot accept is the arrogance and lack of respect in the way the message was delivered. I was planning to leave a tip for the young waiter who took care of us, but I changed my mind. I paid and left—and I certainly won’t be coming back.

The food was perfect. The presentation, taste, and quality were all perfect. It's incomparable to other restaurants. We'll definitely visit again when we're in the Netherlands again.

We hebben verrassend lekker gegeten. De gerechten zijn mooi opgemaakt, warm en lekker. De koks kennen hun vak: goede smaakcombinaties, mooie borden, niet overdadig veel ingrediënten, goede porties. De bediening is correct, vriendelijk en attent. We zaten met heerlijk weer op een wat sfeerloos terras, maar binnen ziet het er goed uit. Een aanrader!

Had lunch at Ziel. It's been a few years since we've been there. Lunch was delicious and more than enough. Service super friendly and with humor (I like it 😄). Atmosphere is great. All in all, super positive. We go here more often.

Interior and exterior serving area. For clear and sunny days, the terrace has shades. Quiet area. I can't say anything about the food or dessert because I stopped in the shade for a cold beer.

This evening we received a warm welcome from the friendly hostess of the house. To end a nice day in the best way, we decided to have dinner here. Be pampered with a three-course menu that is presented on your plate down to the last detail. Chapoo to the chef, what refined flavors and attention to the dish. The passion for cooking is obvious. Had a wonderful experience in this restaurant. Was there for dinner, the food was really tasty. An open kitchen where you can see the cooks making very good and fresh dishes. I will come back.

We come from Belgium for the MX Delfzijl and visited this restaurant with great pleasure! The staff is very friendly, the dishes are cooked with talent and the presentation of the plates is sumptuous! An address to recommend! Well done to the team

Genoten van de heerlijke lunch. We hadden een salade vis en daydream besteld (broodje kroket, broodje zalm en mosterdsoep). Zeer vriendelijke bediening en de kwaliteit was top!

Helaas was het een teleurstelling. We hebben waarschijnlijk te hoge verwachtingen gehad. De nachos, die we besteld hebben, was niet meer dan een bak chips, 4 plakken kaas en een gesneden tomaat. Nog nooit zo’n slechte nachos gehad. Met alle respect, ik maak hem zelf beter. We hebben dit aangegeven en de kok nam ons niet serieus, liet ons echter het volle pond betalen. Erg jammer. Hoe simpel kan het zijn….. Dus GEEN aanrader…gemiste kans om het op te lossen

We ate well around Christmas, but the portions of potato trimmings and salads that were included with the dishes were on the very small side. Especially for the money you spend at this restaurant, the portions could have been a bit larger. We ate with 6 people and received 3 small bowls of fries and additional orders cost an extra 4 euros. One of us also had a Tournedos that was very tough, the chef indicated that it was our fault that we had not cut it properly. and that for 31.50 Furthermore, the dishes are of high quality and the service is friendly. but you pay well for that.

Great place, food and drinks excellent. But twice on the terrace, twice a gloomy owner. The cook had found another job when she wanted to open... This is not something you do on the terrace with acquaintances.

For an establishment that serves sandwiches, it was phenomenal. Will return again next time we come back to the Netherlands.

The entire staff, in front of and behind the scenes, is always ready to offer you a wonderful culinary evening in a relaxed yet professional yet atmospheric ambiance. The seasonal menu and the dishes that can often be adapted to the customer's wishes are of very high quality. The host and ladies who give you the warm living room feeling. Great food here, mustard soup with attic bacon very tasty and the sandwiches too. A great place for lunch.

After viewing the menu online, it turns out the prices when you sit down are more expensive….. fair enough BUT, I ordered a fillet steak at the cost of 30 euros. What arrived on my plate was NOT fillet. In Holland there is Kogel Biefstuk which translates to rump. This is what I think I was given. The texture is not the same, there was bits of gristle in it, and I eat enough fillet steak to know that this was not it. Unfortunately because I didn’t want to make a scene for my friends I decided to keep quiet. I hope it was a genuine mistake ( although no other beef cut is on the menu ) and they are not intentionally charging fillet prices but providing a lesser quality cut of meat.

Heb zojuist hier geluncht met mn beste vriendin. Heerlijke kipclub gehad en lekkere cappuccino. Een ontzettend aardige vent in de bediening.

De koffie was top het eten zag er goed uit kwa prestatie maar smaakte totaal niet en dus ook niet helemaal opgegeten. de hele dag opgeblazen gevoel en na smaak. groetjes van uit de pot honds beroerd.

Gezellig gegeten; goed verzorgd! Vlotte bediening. Vanwege late lunch hebben we uitsluitend hoofdgerecht gekozen. Malse saté van kippedijen en heerlijke spare-ribs. Wordt geserveerd met patat friet en knapperige salade!

Ik kom graag bij Brasserie Ziel. Het is een goed verzorgd restaurant met een leuke, ongedwongen sfeer. Het eten is van goede kwaliteit en de gerechten zijn erg mooi en kleurrijk opgemaakt. Er worden mooie ingrediënten gebruikt, die klassieke gerechten net een ander jasje geven. De porties zijn uitstekend, je stapt voldaan weer naar buiten. De bediening is vlot, zonder gehaast over te komen. De medewerkers zijn serieus in hun vak en houden daarnaast van een grapje (vooral die kale ober). Een uitstekende combinatie!

Lelijk dorp. Armoede overal. Terrassen vol met lokale drinkers. Maar hier is het goed toeven qua eten. Snelheid en de bediening is super aardig. Maar ben blij dat ik Delfzijl kan afstrepen. Maar pripryat of pripjat is aantrekkelijker. Wat niks over dit restaurant zegt. Binnen is het een aanrader en vergeet je Delfzijl. Goed parkeren en binnen is het een denk ik, over het hoofd gezien restaurant. Dus niks mis mee alleen de verkeerde plaats

Vriendelijk personeel dat van elk broodje een waar kunstwerk maakt. Heerlijk! We komen zeker binnenkort weer terug.

Eten was voortreffelijk, we hebben echt genoten. Bediening is vriendelijk, doet met plezier een stapje extra voor de klant en is oplettend in wat de klant nodig is. Het was super!

Het eten zijn ware kunstwerkjes en overheerlijk. De sfeer en service zijn daar op afgestemd. Morgen weer :)

Weer heerlijk gegeten bij Ziel in Delfzijl. Zeer prettige en gezellige service. Zeker een aanrader en wij komen ook zeker weten terug!!!

Voorgerecht pastrami met gepofte Paprika, hoofdgerecht stoofvlees. Erg goed gegeten, de keuken heeft duidelijk aandacht voor detail, naast dat het erg lekker was zag ieder bord er mooi opgemaakt uit zonder overdreven veel show.

Vanwege omzetting bedrijvenclubdelfzijl naar nieuw bestuur en naam ondernemersclubeemsdelta Hier een diner. Het was iutstekend verzorgd. Vriendelijk personeel. En onspannen sfeer.

Really nice establishment. Asked for a recommendation and the lady proposed tornado steak. As this is the most expensive meal on the card I was initially sceptical, but they really managed to deliver it on the point with nice seasonal sides. Definitely a great place to check out when in Delfzijl! Only negative: I'd love to have a proper sharp steak knife.

We zijn smiddags bij jullie geweest het was heerlijk . En heel erg gezellig . We komen snel weer langs.
