A nice cozy lunch in the heart of Appingedam is certainly possible here. An extensive menu, for which you do not pay the main price. The quality of the food is always high and freshly prepared on the spot. Here you are always helped kindly by the nice hostess who is always up for a chat at the table. Definitely recommended if you want to have a nice and cozy lunch somewhere in Appingedam!

3 ham rolls with sauce. I find it very expensive, almost €22.00. I can imagine paying that much for three half baguettes, but 3 rolls...

Highly recommended for a detour, delicious sandwiches, lots of choices and affordable, cozy interior and very friendly service. We had a baguette of ox sausage, richly filled, really tasty... and we received tips for a short city walk along the nearest sights... we will definitely come back

I have been coming there for over 20 years and the food is always good. Delicious freshly baked sandwiches, lots of choice in toppings and variations and of course juices and specials. Highly recommended for breakfast or lunch.

After the disappearance of the croissanterie in Delfzijl, there was a slight panic among me and my children... Where can you get delicious hot sandwiches? Well that works fine here!! Had a delicious ham sandwich and the mustard baguette looked very tasty and according to my son it was! Also friendly and quick service. Nothing wrong with it!

Had breakfast delivered for 10 people today. How excellent. Delicious various sandwiches, plenty of meats, warm eggs, salt, cottage cheese with muslie, bowls of fruit. Was spic and span. Friendly people. Contact about the order and our wishes went very well. I definitely recommend them. 👍

We had breakfast delivered, €47.50 for two people, a very meager breakfast. The 2 sandwiches per person had very simple fillings, no slice of cucumber, lettuce or the like. between them or in a container. Give a festive breakfast. We found it very substandard compared to other breakfasts that are delivered. We don't recommend it!

The sandwich was well prepared, but the sandwich was a bit on the small side. It really is a piece of casino bread with cheese and meat. I underestimated that.

The atmosphere and ambiance is good. The recipes on the menu are mediocre. Chocolate milk from the AH carton and lukewarm. Hot meat sandwich is placed in the oven and very thinly covered. Baguette was rock hard. Other sandwiches were without atmosphere and had minimal fillings. This was far from sufficient. Shame

Small, but nice, family business and a nice place for lunch or breakfast. They have a nice menu (with special coffees), but if you want something that is not on the menu, this is no problem, you can have something put together yourself. It's useful to know that you couldn't pay by card here in the past, but now you can!

I always enjoy coming here, the owner is always up for a chat, the beef sausage sandwich is addictively delicious, as is the minced meat sandwich. The ice cream sundaes are delicious in the summer with special combinations.

It was again a pleasant and delicious meal with a delicious latte machiato with Amaretto. It was just a flash of inspiration. It's the hostess's birthday today.

Clearly the 50's because paying with PIN is simply not possible! In 2017, it is soooo customer unfriendly to make your guests walk ten minutes (through the rain) to an ATM!!! That's really not possible anymore! Anyway, I was in the company of an older lady who wanted to walk. I would have turned around myself. The prices of the baguettes are fine, and I can't say anything bad about the quality. It took 40 minutes for our baguettes to be served at the table. I don't think I've ever waited that long in a restaurant for an evening meal straight from the oven. But I don't think charging two euros for a hot chocolate in a Chocolate Milk cup while you heat Aldi chocolate milk in the microwave is done. They would have done well to charge a euro for this, but they still have a profit of 250% on one cup of chocolate milk. Instead of calling a plumber for a broken toilet. There is a string hanging from the water container with instructions for flushing and how to ensure that the container is filled again for the next user. Because I don't see it as my job to take care of this filling as a customer, I left it as it was after flushing. So it is a real store from the 1950s, only with unjustified current prices. Good food, but for me it was once and never again!

We found this cute café on a shopping trip to Holland. Small and cute. Great 50s atmosphere. Service was really nice and loved children. Apeltart met slagroom (is that how you spell it?) was absolutely delicious, as were the cupcakes according to the kids. We'll definitely be back!
