I went back a year later. All I can report is that the menu has changed, with delicious, beautifully presented courses and wonderful flavor combinations. The quality remains unchanged: 5 stars. Much higher quality than expected in a very relaxed yet professional atmosphere.

How delicious this was: gems on the plate, a feast for the taste buds! The menu with wine pairing is definitely recommended. How wonderful that the adapted version (lactose-free) was also top-notch, and all served with a smile. Fantastic restaurant, fantastic team!

What a joy! We walked into the restaurant spontaneously and with no expectations and were completely delighted. Creative and flavorful dishes, lovingly prepared and professionally served. Fantastic. I was particularly impressed by the vegetarian menu!

We hadden speciaal een nachtje Bruinisse geboekt zodat we konden blijven overnachten en van de wijnen genieten. En dat is ons bijzonder goed bevallen. Voor de derde keer hier en het smaakt naar meer. Elk gerecht was superlekker, mooi gepresenteerd, vriendelijke bediening... je zou voor minder van België van België naar Zeeland komen...

10/5 stars! My wife and I visited the restaurant in March for an introductory menu. When we made the reservation, we had no idea that the food would be so good and of such excellent quality. Each dish spoke for itself. All the flavor combinations were harmonious. The quality of the ingredients was outstanding. You could tell that there was true craftsmanship behind the preparation! It wasn't just a plate served, but a work of art. Not just visually, but also in terms of taste. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely come back for another menu. Discovered this restaurant by chance, because it is one of the few in the region that is open on Mondays. We enjoyed the atmosphere, the attention of (all) the staff, the amuses and of course the main course. This was a suggestion from "the board" and was for 2 people. This was great class. Actually there was no room for a dessert, but when asked if there was iced coffee, the answer was, this is not on the menu, but we can provide it. This was also perfect. Uhm, I show her my reservation and she says, only open at 6 pm. I say yes and now, to which a "yes I can't do anything about it" is said. The average answer afterwards is yes so. To which it ends with "well sit down then". Well, well, no? I'm not a dog, I'm going to pay your salary, So you can act normal for a while. What a surprise.....in the heart of Bruinisse Netherlands we actually find a star-level restaurant!!!! We had the tournedos with mushrooms, rosemary wedges and a jus made with Madeira wine. Before the main course, different amuse gueules were served which gave an idea of ​​how great the main course would be. An explosion of flavors... simply fantastic. A 5 star rating from me for both the food and the service.....thank you...we'll be back soon!!!!!

Werkelijk alles klopt in dit restaurant. Na een persoonlijke ontvangst nemen we plaats en krijgen een drankje aangeboden van het huis. De culinaire lunch bestaat uit 8 gerechten die er allemaal prachtig uitzien en nog veel beter smaken. Nando, de kok, komt bij elk gerecht tekst en uitleg geven. De bediening, het eten, de wijn en niet te vergeten ons gezelschap was TOP.

A homemade rhubarb dessert wine was served with dessert, very original and delicious! The Cleenne Mossel is highly recommended for a special and good dinner!

Modern eingerichtete Brasserie mit sehr kleiner Karte. Freundliches sehr zuvorkommend agierendes Personal, das jeden Gang explizit erläutert und auch präsentiert. Die Ideen des Koch sind aus einfachen Zutaten etwas Besonderes zu kochen und dies gelingt ihm ohne Ausnahme. Einer der besten Restaurantbesuche die ich in letzter Zeit machen durfte.

Man fühlt sich direkt wohl, wenn man den gemütlichen, tradierten Gastraum betritt. Zur Wahl stehen ein Fisch-/Fleisch- und ein vegetarisches Menü, jeweils nach Wunsch 3 bis 6 Gänge, sowie Essen à la carte. Wir hatten das 5-Gang-Menü für 69€ und alle Gänge waren phantastisch. Der Koch versteht es wirklich, verschiedene Aromen zu etwas Besonderem zu kombinieren. Steak Tartar als Starter mit feiner Ingwerschärfe, die Ceviche vom Steinbutt (tarbot) mit Rettich und die Sukade im Grillsteak-Stil waren meine Favoriten. Wer sich beim Brot und bei den (landestypischen ;-) Fritten zurückhält, kommt weitgehend carb-frei durch das Essen. Toller Service in Deutsch/Englisch und der Küchenchef kommt gerne und erklärt die Zutaten seiner Gänge. Die Preise - auch für die Weine - sind mehr als fair.

Vanavond wezen eten bij De Cleene Mossel. Dat was voor herhaling vatbaar. Sfeervolle ambiance, vriendelijk personeel, een gastvrije eigenaar en geweldig lekker gegeten. Er wordt gebruik gemaakt van streekproducten. En dat proef je! Zowel de mosselen en de tournedos waren uitstekend.

Ein ganz besonderes Restaurant, in dem wir nun schon zum zweiten Mal verwöhnt wurden. Ganz besonders zu Erwähnen ist das Menü, welches für unsere Vegetarierin in der Gruppe extra gezaubert wurde. Eine ganz einzigartige Erfahrung mit liebevoll und kreativ komponierten Gerichten. Bis nächstes Jahr.

We hebben gisteren nav onze midweek in Bruinisse en de super goede recensies van dit restaurant, een tafel geboekt. Sfeer en ontvangst heel goed. We gingen alle vier voor een pannetje met mosselen. Daar kwamen we bedrogen mee uit. Buiten dat je van zo'n goed restaurant met aparte gerechten mag verwachten dat ook het mosselgerecht een originele aanpak krijgt, was dit een vrij simpel van smaak. Driekwart van de mosselschelpen van een pan waren gesloten en lauw. Het opeten hiervan is niet raadzaam als je je maag op orde wilt houden. We hebben de pan terug gegeven. Een 10 minuten later kregen we een nieuwe pan die overigens maar tot de helft gevuld was en dit terwijl we er nauwelijks van hadden gegeten. Nu waren ze goed,maar het verbaasd ons dat er geen enkel excuus kwam of wellicht een kopje koffie voor de vervelende situatie. Kortom een mooi sfeervol restaurant met mooie gerechten, maar een teleurstellend resultaat daar het de mosselen betreft en met name de afhandeling daarvan.

Vom Gruß aus der Küche bis zum Dessert, eine hervorragende Menüfolge . Die Weine waren zu den einzelnen Gängen perfekt abgestimmt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Aus unserer Sicht immer eine Empfehlung wert.

Der Preis von 77,50 EUR für 6 Gänge (plus Grüße aus der Küche) ist sehr fair und bei der Qualität sogar als günstig zu bezeichnen. Tolle Kreationen, perfekt auf dem abwechslungsreichen Geschirr in Szene gesetzt. Die Weinbegleitung zum Menü war sorgsam ausgesucht und passte hervorragend zum jeweiligen Gang. Wir hatten bei der Reservierung für unseren Sohn eine vegetarisches Menü bestellt. Der Koch hat dies sehr geschickt umgesetzt, indem er die Fleisch/Fisch-Zutat aus dem Menü gegen sehr passende vegetarische Komponenten ausgetauscht hatte. Auch die vegetarische Variante war ausgesprochen lecker. Stilles Wasser gab es gratis in beliebiger Menge. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Das Restaurant ist schön, gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und auf jeden Fall ein echter Tipp für alle, die filigrane, moderne Küche schätzen. Neben dem Menü gibt es noch 3 „Klassiker“ auf der Speisekarte, falls man das Menü (welches man auch als 3, 4 oder 5-Gänge-Menü erhalten kann) nicht möchte. Die Weinkarte bietet eine ausreichende Auswahl zu ebenfalls fairen Preisen. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend verbracht, haben ein neues Lieblingslokal für uns entdeckt und werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen. Besten Dank!

Op aanraden zijn wij hier gaan eten. Bij binnenkomst werden wij meteen vriendelijk ontvangen. Wij kozen voor een viergangen menu wat niet alleen voor het oog een lust was, maar ook zeker voor de maag. Bij elke gang wordt er duidelijk uitgelegd wat het is. Je kunt zien (en proeven) dat de gerechten met zorg zijn klaargemaakt met oog voor detail. Voor ons veel nieuwe smaaksensaties en een leuke kennismaking met deze manier van dineren! Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!

Hier toevallig terechtgekomen na een leuke zeiltocht. Heerlijk gegeten en ook vegetarisch was voor de chef geen probleem. 6 gangen durfden we niet aan na de bitterballen in de haven maar 5 gingen er prima in. Avond vullend programma en voor herhaling vatbaar!

Echt een fantastische ervaring. We verbleven in een dorpje in de buurt. Via Google bij het restaurant terecht gekomen. We hadden gekozen voor het 5 gangen menu met bijpassend wijn arrangement. Het eten was super mooi om alleen al te zien en de smaak was ook verassend en verfijnd. De wijn was ook perfect gepaard. Ik vroeg bij het toetje om een bepaald soort dessert wijn, en dit hadden zo ook nog! zo lekker dat ik een fles heb meegenomen. Personeel was ook zeer gezellig en professioneel. Als we weer een keer in de buurt zijn komen we zeker weer langs!
