Nice restaurant. The price/quality ratio isn't great. High prices for mediocre food.

My raw chicken wasn't taken seriously. It was truly inedible, and everyone at the table agreed except the waitstaff. In hindsight, I should have just walked away and paid for the other diners' dishes. Cured for now. I'm writing this negative review again because I didn't hear anything from De Jutter that same day.

A lovely, atmospheric restaurant where you can also sit outside in the summer. The food is always good, and the service is always friendly. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner on Christmas Day, which was perfectly organized!

Tonight I thoroughly enjoyed the meals at De Jutter. I'd never been there before, but what an incredibly good restaurant this is! I entered the restaurant and found it had a wonderful atmosphere, beautifully decorated, and for those who love the early Christmas, there were even Christmas trees in the restaurant, which made it all the more special. The food is of excellent quality, and the carpaccio, in particular, was delicious and generously filled. Of course, the delicious spare ribs for which the restaurant is known are a must-try. They were wonderfully tender and flavorful. And of course, the wonderfully crispy fries are a must-try. With excellent and friendly service, we had a wonderful meal at De Jutter. So, if you love meat, this restaurant is highly recommended. All in all, a very cozy restaurant with good quality food. I definitely recommend it! Greetings from the review master

I was shocked when I checked the bill at home! I'd been charged €1 for butter on my bread (just a small supermarket bag). I'd also been charged €1.50 for some extra water with my overly strong coffee. Disgraceful for such a successful restaurant!

I've been here several times because of the beautiful location and decor/interior. Unfortunately, last night was a somewhat disappointing experience. Upon arrival, we couldn't find a seat where we'd have liked. The fireplace was out of order (as it was last time), which is actually why I came specifically... and the sofa... The sofa table was meant for large groups, I understand, but they didn't show up. (Last time, I also just sat there with my family). Later, the story was, "I've already cleaned and set everything." At 9:30, we were instinctively looked away (he frequently checked if the food was finished). It's such a shame that this young man also made a comment that indirectly wanted us to be sent away so that the service would be over. I did speak out then because I find it really unacceptable that guests are essentially sent away almost half an hour before closing time. Several other great staff members, but this young man doesn't seem to be enjoying himself (something is going on) or doesn't quite understand his job. Rushed, riled up, and not a pleasant way to interact, it's such a shame when you finally get to go out for dinner again. I actually don't want to go out anymore because of this, and that's a shame!

A quick stop at De Jutter while we waited for a repair. We'd already eaten at home. Nice atmosphere inside. A small bite for my girlfriend (the salmon tartare was delicious) and a drink for me. Good beer prices.

After a long walk, the three of us stopped for a drink. I asked for a slice of orange in my ginger tea, and the employee said that was no problem. When I went to pay, I saw €0.25 on the enormous counter for the wafer-thin 1/2 orange slice. I don't call this good service, and my first thought was: things are getting worse and worse in the hospitality industry. I'll have to pay for the ice cubes later too :-( Of course, I'm not concerned about the €0.25, but about the good service that hospitality is known for... well, this is not what a hospitality establishment is supposed to be. Too bad!!

We both had the "angry lion" (spicy chicken sandwich). You can't lick your plate because, man, this sandwich is delicious. Service was quick, and the order was on the table in 10 minutes.

The bar was a great place to spend the evening. The cocktails were original, and the service radiated enthusiasm. There was a pleasant buzz, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The music was lively, but not too loud. The atmosphere felt almost festive. I'll definitely be back for another night out.

Normally, the Jutter is always very pleasant and welcoming, but today was a huge disappointment! We repeatedly asked for a drink, but each time the staff looked at us and didn't take a single note. So, we had to walk to the cash register ourselves because there was no one else there... We waited there for another 10 minutes before finally being helped to pay. It's a real shame the service has deteriorated so much.

Yesterday we wanted to have a nice lunch at De Jutter. It's normally a great place to be. Unfortunately, not today. The wait was very long, and after raising our hands several times, someone finally showed up. We weren't asked very friendly what we wanted to drink. We immediately asked for the lunch menu. Drinks arrived (which took a very long time, too), but no menu. We asked again, saying his colleague would bring them, but in the end, he decided to bring the menu himself. It was almost thrown on the table. We quickly chose something and placed the menu on the corner to make it clear we wanted to order. And what happened...no one came! And if you think it was very busy? No, it wasn't, but they were more busy chatting with friends. After almost 20 minutes, still no one, so we decided to go elsewhere for lunch. Naturally, we paid for our drinks at the bar and told them about our experience at De Jutter today. The complaint was heard, and the woman in question apologized, explaining that this was obviously unacceptable. We've been here many times, for lunch, dinner, and coffee. It was always fantastic!!! Today, De Jutter was unworthy. Maybe there's a new owner? I have no idea, but we're cured for now.

Beautiful place and a lovely spot. We came on Sunday for a snack and a drink. It took a long time, but that can happen these days. After enjoying our first drinks and the "Jutterplatteau" (recommended), we ordered a second round. That also took a while, and we first received the bittergarnituur (a Dutch snack) and later the drinks. When they served us, they left all the empty glasses and platters. We reported this and received an apology. I explained that while it might happen, it's still not polite, and if something takes a little longer due to circumstances, please let us know. Drinks first, then snacks, is part of the fun. We paid €79.55, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. What a shame!

A quick review for my 75-year-old mother and father. They got food poisoning after both ordering chicken satay. My elderly mother called to report it, and the woman working there casually asked if they hadn't eaten anything bad at home. Uh, no, because they were already there at 5:30 p.m. You understand, they never come back and asked me to share this (they don't quite understand the internet).

What I find so strange is that you choose your dish—meat and fries—and it doesn't come with any vegetables, and then you pay €28.50 for the meat and fries. That's disappointing and expensive. They could also include a small bowl of raw vegetables. The place is beautiful, and both the interior and exterior are very nice.

Super nice place on the edge of the green. The terrace is very atmospherically decorated. The lunch tasted good but the service was a bit less alert so we had to wait a long time for the menu (so we got it ourselves at the bar) and then had to wait a long time for the possibility to order.

I am a huge fan of the rule that dogs are welcome until 5:00 PM. It is nice during the day, but during dinner it remains quiet and hygienic. I have been coming here for years and it is always a great experience. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed and what really stands out to me: the team is so skilled. You can just tell that they know what they are doing and you don't see that often anymore.

Perfect place, delicious food! But very frugal with the wine, a bottom and that is not in proportion to the price. Complained about it at checkout and got no response. That was very unfortunate, very unfortunate.

After an afternoon of sitting and eating on the terrace, we wanted to have something to eat inside. While we are still sitting behind glass in the sun, we are told that dogs are not allowed inside after 5 p.m. It was now 5:30 PM. I won't come here anymore. What kind of rule is this. I work at Brasa and we also welcome our four-legged friend. While De Jutter is in a walking area. Very unfortunate. But we will never come here again.

And it's a good thing we made a reservation because it was almost completely full! An excellent lunch menu with something for everyone, large portions! Smooth and nice young ladies in the service, with Julia as a standout, a winner. In short, nothing wrong with the Jutter!

Not wanting to serve pancakes to an elderly woman with Alzheimer's, because they only serve pancakes to children. What a bad business and what a pathetic owner. Hope he is treated the same way later in life. I think the customer is still King????? And Google why can't the truth be posted!!!!!

What disgusting staff. Unfriendly, curt and certainly not child-friendly, the atmosphere seemed nice until our little one bumped his foot and had to cry... Met vrienden op een mooie zondag in de Jutter wezen lunchen. Mooie brasserie in leuke groene en waterrijke omgeving. En goed dat we een reservering hebben gedaan want vrijwel volledig vol! Een uitstekende lunchkaart met voor een ieder wel wat wils, grote porties! Vlotte en leuke jongedames in de bediening met Julia als uitschieter, een toppertje. Kortom, niets mis met de Jutter!

Uitgebreid geluncht in dit sfeervol, gezellig restaurant op een toplocatie. Vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Ruime keuze van de kaart. De gerechten waren heerlijk met daarbij een hele goede Verdejo witte wijn. Prijs/kwaliteit prima. Dit restaurant is echt een aanrader.

I was here with my 2 boys. My eldest son had turned 19 so we went out for dinner. The food is of very high quality and super tasty. The atmosphere and service are also very good. I came here when it was still De Boffert, but that is of course comparing apples and oranges, although it was also a top restaurant. I will definitely come back here!!

The staff is very inhospitable and does not want to think along with you if you have a special food allergy. If you want to think along with the staff, they become very unfriendly and you have to choose something else. In the end I couldn't go for the wrap (lunch), but it became a main course or a salad. After this we were ignored by the staff, we had to keep asking for drinks ourselves, while the tables around us were served "normally". We have loved coming here for years and are sorry that this has happened. We won't come here again.

The place is great, cozy and there is a forest nearby. In summer / spring sitting outside is must. Service is always warm and good. Food is always great, me and my wife went several times and every time is good, 5 stars for their consistency. We mainly went for lunches but we tried the dinner as well.

Top business with enthusiastic employees who make the customer king! Lunch was delicious! Layout also generous. Recommended!
