The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the staff is very friendly. It's quieter in the restaurant during the week, though, as most of the orders are for external customers.

Friendly gentlemen, delicious food and really large portions

Today I ordered food including shawarma which was in a small square container, as an Amsterdammer you say you put that in your hollow tooth. Called for an explanation, the answer was that those are the new containers. I order almost every Sunday but if you give less and less for the same price then I will make it myself again. Too bad because I have always been satisfied.

You'll find the best kapsalon in North Holland here. It never disappoints!

Great food and delivered on time.

Food was not warm enough, so the (cheap) cheese on it had become a tasteless rubber sticker. The price-quality ratio was not in balance. Too expensive for a mediocre dish delivered. Had ordered, and pizza calzone and a hair salon. Have to wait 1 hour.

I ordered food from Ferids Grill on November 20 and to my surprise my food tasted like chewing gum, so chewing gum from an employee had fallen into my food, I immediately contacted them but because they were already closed I contacted Thuisbezorgd and To my surprise they were not open to compensation, which I find very strange because I literally threw away my money and if necessary they could offer me a new hair salon, even they were not open to that. Don't order food from ferids unless you want food that tastes like bubble gum

Please do something about your delivery time. Nice to have a can of soft drink, but I would rather have my food within the stated delivery time of 45 minutes and not after 2 hours!!! And cold too!!!

So far, the food has always been fresh and hot upon delivery/collection and also delicious. Delivery is fast and staff friendly.

Worthless item, had to wait more than 1.5 hours for order. Called and it took more than half an hour. Order canceled and now trying to get a refund. Never again!

Too bad we didn't get a surprise/gift with the children's menu. This was on the menu. Fries were also a bit hard. Had to pay separately for 1 bag of mayonnaise (1 euro) service was friendly. I also found the food a bit boring and salty.

EDIT: Before reading, just look at their response. Instead of saying sorry they argue with customers. I have no idea how these people operate businesses. They are making themselves publicly exposed with no shame :) Don't order from here! Very bad place that delivers in 2 hours. They don't even say sorry or compensate. They delivered a very simple food in 1 hour 15 minutes (!) and then I realized Hamburger and Greek salad is missing. They arrived in 45 min later. Hamburger was heated in a toast machine with grill lines on it. The worst Hamburger I have ever seen in my whole life. Greek salad was disgusting. I threw them both away. Just please stay away for your own good.

The food we received was fine, just a pity that 2 sandwiches were forgotten with the "shawarma sandwiches". It's also a pity that, even though the delivery indication was 45 minutes, it ultimately took almost 2 hours.

Haven't been for years and now going to Purmerend for a concert. Had an old-fashioned meal at Ferids. Very tasty (still) very friendly service and a reasonable price. Delicious shawarma special with delicious fries. If I'm in the area again I will definitely come back!

Delicious food, especially the hair salon and the pizzas are our favorites. Pizza always with plenty of toppings and the kapsalon with delicious crispy fries and fresh lettuce. Recommended!

Ordered a hair salon with high expectations but was disappointed. Fries very limp. Salad delivered in a container not in the Kapsalon. Was saying something positive, yes definitely delivery on time, friendly gentleman.

Few weeks ago I tried the falafel-menu, I had the worst falafel ever, didn't taste like falaffel, I didn't know what it was. The salad was boring and without love. The fries were the best with this meal

I don't get takeaway every week, but it's always nice to nibble on. Eating on site looks like a party...given the amount of food on the plate. Never got sick from it. That's why I can't agree with the negative reviews If the wait for pick-up takes a little longer, a drink on the house is a bonus. And the service is always friendly.

Average food, quantity of the food was very good but the taste could have been better, however i must say that they don't use frozen readymade meat. The kebab was frozen but wasn't pre cooked. Only the taste let the experience down. Service experience could have been better. Broodje donor cost me 8 Euros, given the amount of the meat i find it fair enough but the price is little higher than the surrounding market.

Ordered today via home delivery. The order was incorrect, but after a phone call they resolved it very neatly! Still had a delicious meal :-) Afterwards I was called back (very friendly) with the question whether everything was to my liking and with another apology, an error is human so it can happen!! Everything was as expected, thank you!!

Ordered calzone here as an alternative, good meat, reasonable amount of cheese and loose garlic sauce. Takes some getting used to, but the quality is excellent!

I was always 100 percent satisfied with their delicious food and service, but now the pizza was barely topped and the shawarma containers were halved. Now I'm not in the mood for doing this right away, so I called first and we are regular customers, it would be arranged immediately. Still a mini bowl of shawarma and the pizza barely topped, so I will never order here again and neither will my friends.

Always delicious freshly made products; cannot be compared to an average shawarma place. Always super friendly staff. The only personal downside for me is the loud music from all TVs.

Was able to throw away half of my pizza as it lay soaked in a puddle of grease. It's a wonder the box arrived intact, considering it felt completely like wet newspaper. Disgusting.

Food quality is fine, but the quantity is enormous! Has a separate indoor playground for the kids. Music videos play all the time, which has to be your taste.

Heerlijke vleesgerechten en schotels. Vriendelijk personeel, mooie lokatie. Zeker de moeite waard om na een avondje uit nog ff een lekker broodje shoarma te scoren.
