Brasserie De Loswal in Wijk 05 Maurik

I was here last Sunday but unfortunately it was not very good. It was not busy, there were only 3 tables occupied but still the order was taken after 30 minutes. Also no menu on the tables seen.

The brasserie has a lovely atmosphere, beautifully located by the lake in the Marinapark. However, the food was a bit disappointing. The hamburgers were not recommended – the meat seemed to be frozen and lacked flavor, and the brioche bun wasn’t toasted or properly prepared. For the price, the quality was underwhelming. On a more positive note, my companions said their schnitzels were good.

2 portions of fries and 2 frikandel specials. Fries were a nice size and crispy. We particularly enjoyed the Frikandel.

Too bad the brasserie is closed. At the beginning of the driveway, near the public road, there was a sign saying "burgers & fries", but the brasserie was closed.

This restaurant disappointed us.. the food was expensive and not good at all. Even the cocktails weren't good. One evening (at 20:30) we wanted to sit there for a beer, but the waitress kicked us out saying they were closing, even though the waiter was taking drinks to the next table and the internet says opening hours until 21:30. It should be noted that on other days we really sat there much longer than just until 20:30.

Ambience...okay for this place. Service friendly...Google says it's open until 9:30 p.m., but that's probably not true, as they start vacuuming at 8 p.m. and there's no one to serve you. Glasses are very dirty...you can still see the marks (mouthprints) from the previous occupant 👍😏🙄...that's absolutely unacceptable. All in all, room for improvement...even for a campsite restaurant.

If you're a fan of raw fries and want to be constantly surprised by whether your order is complete (four out of five times it isn't), then this is the place to be. Want everything taken care of and upheld to quality standards? Don't go here. This store is for adventurers and those with a strong stomach.

Very tasty sandwich eaten, I can only recommend it if you like it a little spicy.

New owners are starting up before the start of the season, had a great meal with a social deal.

The new owners have understood it well. Because they have a small dinner menu, they can concentrate on the qualities. And that is good. Nice friendly service. We had made a reservation with the social deal, and despite the discount card, no expense was spared. If you fancy a good, simple and honest Brasserie then I can recommend this.

Cozy brasserie on the water! Enjoyed a delicious high tea with my mother. The owner is very friendly and attentive.

We wanted to have lunch in the winter and it was open according to the website. Were able to walk in, but no one was there. Waited a while, rang the doorbell, called the number, but no answer and no one in sight. It was very strange.

Communication can be improved. Called the restaurant in advance to see if we could pass on food, it was indicated that it would be better to just come by and then order and that it would take 15 minutes. Once we arrive, we are told that we should have called and that we could wait another 45 minutes for our food. Then we order an ice cream, we get two half soft ice creams because the machine is almost empty, but no money or anything back. Service is unfortunately substandard. While we used to come here often to get something and we had a very positive experience.

Tolles ,super freundliches Personal.Super Ambiente und gutes Essen zu annehmbaren Preisen.Die ganze Anlage ist Klasse.Wir hatten ein tolles Haus direkt am Blick aufs Wasser.Hiwr waren wir das Erste...aber nicht das Letze MAL.

Das Essen war soweit ok....für ein Restaurant auf einem Campingplatz adäquat. Aber der Name und vor allem die Preise lassen weitaus mehr erwarten. Der Service war etwas langsam, was aber wohl der Fülle an Gästen geschuldet war. Ansonsten freundlich. Man kann schön auf der Terrasse sitzen mit Blick aufs Wasser....leider fehlen grundlegende Dinge wie Pfeffer und Salz auf dem Tisch. Insgesamt zufriedenstellend, aber für das Gebotene leider viel zu teuer.

Friendly staff small selection of beers food looked nice bit on expensive side but looked nice . On trying the food I think it's worth the money the food was excellent I had ribs 1 night and the fish and chips the following night . As for atmosphere there was only us in there hence the 3 stars
