Nothing homemade, everything ready-made, definitely not worth the price. A tasteless rump steak for €25.50 with a tiny cardboard container of ready-made pepper sauce, and not even a tasty one. Rubbery shrimp with no flavor. Satay with disgusting Wijko peanut sauce. Carpaccio with at least 10 pieces of poor-quality sun-dried tomatoes. We just took it off. All teenagers in the kitchen who have no idea how to cook. No, you'd be better off leaving the park and eating somewhere else. Paid €200 for 4 people and 2 children. The staff does their best. A waste of money.

The food is fine. You just have to wait quite a long time (to the point of being annoying) for your drink.

We were lucky, there were few people, so we were served quickly. The food was delicious, the child played in the sand with other children all the time and this was the most valuable thing - just to relax. Sweet potato fries with traditional sauce are our special love. For parents with children, this is a great place.

The redheaded, spicy cheese croquette really takes the cake here. Brazenly and as customer-friendly as a cactus in your bum. It's remarkable how one woman can snatch 4 stars, considering the food and location are top-notch.

The food was disgusting. The pepper sauce was inedible. The burger meat was like cheap Aldi patties. The service was a bit messed up. The schnitzels were cheap, deep-fried schnitzels.

Inside, boiling hot, already in the morning. Air conditioning not broken, but the staff present cannot/may not turn it on. Later the manager will turn it on. Customer and especially staff unfriendly.

Got 1 bag of fries for 4 people. Asked if there wasn't more to come. Boy walked to kitchen to ask and we saw that "chef" didn't react happily and pushed a fry towards him. What a small fry it was. Then we saw that waitress came back with several dishes, which made the gentleman even more grumpy and threw food from one plate to another. Also with hamburger with bun, smack it and throw the top of the bun on with your hands and good. When he saw that we saw it he was shocked for a moment. Told waitress, but didn't give compensation for too few fries. Will take our money somewhere else in the future. Waitress a 10. Stood up for colleague in kitchen

The food is very good, highly recommended. Service excellent. Atmosphere is very cozy and nice to be there.

The lady serving with the purple hair and glasses should work on her hospitality. Snarling at guests, being smart about what is and is not allowed. With that attitude you will not keep any guests. Not to mention the speed of serving and serving. Too many unskilled untrained staff, that is not their fault but the lack of training and guidance from the organization. The location and facilities are perfect, it deserves much better.

Was great again and yes it is a campsite there sometimes things go wrong..what else do you want...with holiday help. Nice tent, We did a luxury there. Also nice to go with children or grandchildren. Playground next to the terrace!

The location, drinks and cakes are fine. The service was really substandard on Mother's Day. You get tea without a bag, orders are mixed up, repeatedly offered the wrong order. The table was not cleared when you ordered again, we almost had to force this.

We are staying at RCN het Grote Bos. Our experience with the Jagerstee restaurant was very good, so we immediately went there for a drink upon arrival. We sat down and the two employees stand next to us chatting for a long time and don't pay any attention to us. After a while they come and ask if we have scanned the QR code? Apparently they assume that if there is a QR code on the table that you order that way. I had questions about allergens, but for that too the we QR code was referred to. It wasn't listed there, so that was quite difficult. I was finally able to order through the employee and the food was delicious. The next day we had a drink in the morning and returned for dinner around a quarter to five in the afternoon. After we had been sitting at a non-reserved table for 10-15 minutes, (there were still a number of tables available at the time) and having been passed by several times by the staff, an employee arrived and put down a reserved sign. Excuse me? Yes, it was just reserved? While we were there?! Yes, we should have checked inside to see if the table was still available? This lady was downright rude, because according to her, dinner was more important than drinks? And while we were also there for dinner. Meanwhile, the other tables were also occupied now. All in all nice food, but the staff is unfit and has no manners

Soup of the month was very good!!! Main course was also good, with lots of fries. Service was friendly and committed to their work.

Today, November 3, '24 we sat down for lunch, the soup was lukewarm, the sandwich was not hot either, it had probably been ready for a while before it was served on our table. The trash can in the toilet was overflowing, and it was clear that no one from the staff had been there. Maybe instruct the staff a little better? Young group of people, who do their best, but do not receive the right guidance.

- Have eaten here a number of times, for drinks, lunch, but also dinner. - I think the food tastes good, you get large portions and it always tastes fresh. - The staff is friendly, but sometimes it takes a little longer before you are helped, because you can also scan the QR code on the table you are sitting at, but in my experience that sometimes caused some confusion for the staff. - I think the terrace is a very nice & cozy place to have a bite to eat, you can take a seat on the different sides of the terrace so there is something for everyone. You can also sit inside for a bite to eat, but I sometimes find the atmosphere here a bit lacking. - The last few times I've been here I unfortunately found the toilet to be a downside, it was not very clean and the waste bins in the toilet were overfull, not very convenient if you have to use them at that moment.

I went bowling with my nanny kids. When we arrived they said yes, you have lane 1. And they didn't walk with us, but we were told where it was. And that's not so bad, but the wait for our food took ridiculously long. I asked the staff if it was still arriving, I was asked if it was ordered via the QR or in real life. After 20 minutes I indicated that the food had not yet arrived and was told that if it was a deep fryer it would take a very long time and I had to make do with that. To be honest, I didn't understand that because they are deep-fried snacks, luckily it arrived after 25 minutes. I'm very patient, so I said something about it later. the children also thought it took a very long time. (Big kids) A little later I asked for water, the lady behind the counter asked if I could wait 1 minute. Of course I did that, she was entering something into the computer, then another colleague joined and there was a discussion in front of me (at the cash register), I waited 5 minutes for that and then I interrupted them and repeated my order, because before she asked me to wait 1 minute I had already asked for a carafe of water with 4 glasses. I indicated that I would expect the water with the 4 glasses, then I could go back because it was already my turn to bowl and so I made the kids wait a long time. In the end we didn't receive our *water* for 10 minutes, so we just left it and paid. We thought this was a shame!

Nice brasserie with plenty of choice on the menu for both lunch and dinner. Unfortunately service is slow, we came here for dinner and for lunch and both times it took about half an hour to even place our order. After that the food came within a reasonable time and was tasty.

Had a nice meal here! There were 10 of us on a Saturday evening. I had a chicken salad as a starter and as a main course. Highly recommended in my opinion. Both. The staff was also nice and friendly, despite being a bit busier. The restaurant is also nicely decorated; open with good, private areas. Finally, there are good options for gluten-free and lactose intolerant people!

Just walked in, had a delicious meal for a good price. Atmosphere casual and staff friendly and helpful. The fish and chips, like the pork belly, were delicious and generous portions. Highly recommended, delicious.

Very nice place with nice staff, not slow at all, as other reviews mention, which are not good, we had a nice bowling and then had a nice meal, the soup was a bit too salty for me, sorry... otherwise it was really delicious.

Delicious food! The kitchen staff in particular were very friendly and prepared our food deliciously.

We had a delicious meal. The rump steak was nicely cooked and the meat was tender. The farmer's snitzel also as it should be. We are very satisfied.

Voor een campingrestaurant prima eten en goede prijs/kwaliteitverhouding. Mijn vriend vond de hamburger met friet heerlijk. Zelf had ik een soepje. Geweldig dat jullie glutenvrij brood erbij kunnen serveren maar dit brood was echt heel erg oud en totaal niet lekker. Tip: stap over op een glutenvrij afbakbroodje of rooster het even voor serveren, dan is het veel smaakvoller en ook beter voor de presentatie 😊 Misschien ook wat roomboter ofzo bij het brood serveren, dan is het helemaal af.

Wachttijd is niet lang ondanks dat het flink druk is. Handig dat de saus voor de patat speciaal in een aparte beker wordt gedaan! Patat is goed. Inmiddels ook donderdag avond jl. in het restaurant gegeten : het eten is lekker en ook voldoende. Bediening is prima en vlot ook. Uitstekend dus!

Tijdens ons verblijf hebben we 2x hier gegeten het was heerlijk en de bediening was super vriendelijk de wacht tijd op eten was normaal ik snap niet dat mensen een slechte reactie geven op het lange wachten, misschien was het hoogseizoen maar wij vonden het top

Patat was echt lekker! Vriendelijkheid en snelheid valt zeker nog te verbeteren bij het personeel. Kom ik hier ooit nog terug? Denk het niet. Veelste veel gezinnen met kinderen.

Vandaag met 6p bij La Foret geluncht. Prima eten, leuke locatie, vriendelijk personeel. Verbeterpunten van waaronder 4 medewerkers uit de horeca: - het duurt lang voordat het drinken op tafel komt - lekker eten, ietwat koud - lege glazen meenemen tussendoor - vragen of alles smaakt/naar wens is - tafel leeghalen wanneer gasten klaar zijn met eten (niet wachten tot zij weg zijn) - laatste tip: niet met telefoon achter de bar staan als bovenstaande nog mist Desalniettemin hebben wij lekker geluncht en hebben wij heerlijk op de veranda gezeten. Bediening was erg traag, het eten was er eerder als dat de drankjes op tafel stonden. Patat was erg slap in het restaurant bij het eten en niet heet. Drinken zou toch het verdien model moeten zijn lijkt mij.

Als campinggast komen wij hier regelmatig. Iedere keer verbazen wij ons weer over de enorme tijd die het kost om een (vaak digitaal doorgegeven) bestelling op tafel te krijgen. De appeltaart herhaaldelijk nog ijskoud op tafel gehad, dus na die teleurstelling nemen we die niet meer. De kwaliteit van het eten is wat wisselend, een keer een uitsmijter teruggestuurd met uitgedroogd brood, die gelukkig ook niet hoefde te worden afgerekend daarom. Andere keer geluncht waarbij de kindermenu hamburger van betere kwaliteit was dan de tosti. Maar weer een andere keer kipnuggets als snack perfect. Qua sfeer wat wat je mag verwachten van een camping-restaurant, maar helaas wordt het niet roken slecht gehandhaafd en is slecht aangegeven wat het duidelijke “niet-roken-gedeelte” op het terras is. Met zoveel kinderen in de omgeving en zoveel bos en droogte momenteel zou je verwachten dat men meewerkt aan de “rookvrije generatie” en het hele terrein niet roken zou maken.

Voor een camping restaurant was het eten prima en de bediening goed wel een beetje lang moeten wachten op het eten verder prima

15 minuten gewacht en nog altijd geen koffie en thee. Maar even lekker uitgerust van onze fietstocht en nu op een ander terras aan de koffie en thee

De snackbar heeft een upgrade gehad. De porties zijn gehalveerd en de prijzen zijn verdubbeld. Het vriendelijke personeel zat er zelf ook mee. Een portie patat om mee te nemen voor €3,50 is zelfs voor het Hilton te duur. ADVIEShaal je patat bij de snackbar buiten de poort voor de helft van het geld.

Eher teuer, jedoch sonst alles top! Gutes Essen, sehr freundliches Personal. Reservierung empfohlen :-) Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Bediening was niet vriendelijk. Zij geen gedag bij binnenkomst en vertrek. Duurde erg lang met de bestelling opnemen en ging niet van harte. Eten was verder prima echter door service geen aanrader.

Ondanks 4 man/ vrouw bediening ( stonden bij de kassa) Weggegaan zonder dessert en koffie. Jammer! Ik snap het niet, want het begon zo leuk….

Mooi ingericht restaurant van RCN park 'Het grote bos'. We hebben hier alleen een drankje gedronken. Dit was goed verzorgd.

Prima plek om met kinderen pal naast de zandbak met speeltoestellen in gemoedelijke sfeer een drankje te doen of een hapje te eten. Alles goed voor elkaar.

Gezellig restaurant op vakantiepark. Uitgebreide lunchkaart met voor ieder wat wils. Salade geitenkaas was heerlijk!

Heerlijk gegeten op een mooie locatie.

Hoewel het heel rustig was moesten we ruim een half uur op onze eenvoudige lunch wachten. De soep was lauw en de tosti hard.
