A great host Harko! I was in a wheelchair and immediately wanted to arrange everything to get in with a wheelchair, which fortunately was not necessary as I can still walk short distances. A great host!! It was fun, we were invited. An evening with singing and excellent food!!

Great location to escape the hustle and bustle and eat here in peace.

What a great restaurant!! After a warm and friendly welcome by the very friendly host, we had a very delicious meal. Sufficient portions, tasty and nicely presented, compliments to the chef for this! We were also politely asked whether we could go through the next corridor or whether we wanted to wait a little longer. Very nice, especially if you enjoy the nice atmosphere there. The location is really beautiful!!! So it is not just a dinner, but a real evening out in the entire ambiance. You are also in the right place here in terms of costs. Normal prices for good quality. 100 stars for this restaurant!!!!

The two of us had dinner at La Pucelle and both opted for the 4-course dinner. Carpaccio and veal tenderloin as a starter, oriental pumpkin soup and onion soup, skewered monkfish and guinea fowl as a main course and both crème brulee for dessert. Delicious food. Every dish tasted wonderful and was beautifully presented. The service was extremely attentive and friendly. The restaurant is located in the historic Markiezenhof, which creates a very attractive ambiance.

The owner is very friendly and you can see that he loves the profession. It was a bit quiet but still a very nice restaurant. Great atmosphere. A bit noisy, but that is due to the old building. What a pleasure it continues to be here. We got married 19 years ago in the Markiezenhof and had everything related to the food taken care of by Harko from La Pucelle. That was excellently taken care of and a true experience. We would still like to come back there. Both the host and hostess are very friendly. The building is of course beautiful and the food is of high quality and really delicious. Enjoyed it here again last night.

It was our first visit to this restaurant. It is located in a beautiful old building. Host and hostess were very friendly. He also told fun facts about the building. You can choose from a la carte, 3 or 4 courses. A starter is also possible. We chose bread with oil and sea salt. Our choice was 4 courses and we enjoyed it. It was delicious. Also good wine.

Een van onze favoriete zaken in Bergen op Zoom. De eigenaar neemt de tijd voor je en heeft oprechte interesse in je. Ze hebben kennis over de gerechten en wat voor drankje erbij past. Dat maakt de ervaring iedere keer weer bijzonder! Wij voelen ons zeer op ons gemak en komen hier altijd met veel plezier terug! Al met al een aanrader.

Franse bistro in het Markiezenhof. Mooie setting. Menukaart niet spectaculair, maar gewoon goed. Zeer vriendelijke bediening.

Een uitstekend restaurant met een uitstekende service. Mijn vriendin en ik stopten late namiddag en Harko (de eigenaar) ons geserveerd. Hij was erg vertederend en bedienden ons uitstekend eten, al die tijd ons te vertellen over de geschiedenis van het kasteel en de oorsprong van het voedsel. Dit is een instelling die trots is op haar werk en de gemeenschap!

Geen mening over het eten en de bediening want de zaak was helaas gesloten. ( Las dat ze altijd zaterdag, zondag en maandag dicht zijn. ) Dus binnenkort nog eens een keer terug gaan door de week. Het terras zag er in ieder geval heel gezellig uit met een mooi uitzicht op het Markiezenhof en West Brabants archief.

Gezellig, authentiek en romanties.

Prachtige locatie en sfeervol pand. We voelden ons erg welkom en de gastheer doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Genoten van het heerlijke eten! Kortom: zeker aan te raden, en wij komen graag nog eens terug.

Fijne mensen, prettige bediening, heerlijk eten en dat ook nog eens op een prachtige plek. Wat wil een mens nog meer. Een aanrader voor wie van lekker eten houd.

Best restaurant, best service in town

Alles klopt aan dit heerlijke restaurant. Het gebouw, de vrolijke en aardige bediening en het eten, jee. En dan nog het eten met goede passende en verrassende biersuggesties. Wat wil je nog meer? Nou. Nog een keer daarzo eten.

Heerlijk gegeten! Het ene gerecht was nog lekkerder dan het andere! Zeer vriendelijke gastheer en een goede keus aan achtergrond muziek. Als ik 6 sterren had kunnen geven had ik het gedaan.

Wat een geweldige ervaring !!! Ik ben er zo te spreken over, personeel is oprecht en heel vriendelijk en laat je speciaal voelen. Ik raad het je zeker aan. Hele fijn sfeer en knus.
