Nice and close by. Friendly and helpful staff and good food. Always a good place to get together with family and friends.

My elderly mother invited me here for lunch. Everything was delicious and well-prepared. The service was #very friendly and pleasantly fast. It was just a shame that the windbreaks outside don't go all the way down. We sat on the terrace, which left an unpleasant pull on our lower back. Otherwise, I highly recommend ordering a small or larger plate of food.

Just good, nice comfort food in Breda with really good food. We tried the mussels, chicken satay, and spareribs, and all three were really tasty; highly recommended. The portions are good, so you really get value for money. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is nice and relaxed. The price-quality ratio is spot on here. In short: not fancy fine dining, but honest, good food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Cozy atmosphere. You can sit inside or outside. Had a delicious meal (pork tenderloin with mushroom sauce, served with some salad. Ordered sweet potato fries on the side and a Bastogne farfait for dessert), good value for money. Good service. We will definitely go back again.

The food was fantastic. I had sole fillet with salmon and prawns. A small dish, admittedly. But super tasty. Bastogne caramel parfait for dessert. Yummy.

Had another delicious meal at Brasserie 'T Archief. Good food, friendly staff, and a cozy atmosphere, and has been for over 25 years. This establishment was taken over in 2026 by Jordy and Mitchell, who have both worked here for a very long time. They are continuing the business on good terms with the existing staff. A new menu four times a year, which does keep the classics on it. Top-notch! In addition to the classic spareribs and Chili/Ketjap, there is now also a spicy version. These sliced ​​spareribs are finger-licking good. I would drive out of my way for this. It was lovely. The food was delicious. The order arrived quickly. A wide selection on the menu...definitely worth eating there...but make sure you make a reservation because it gets pleasantly busy!

Great food! Service really needs improvement. Clearing the table is poor, and reordering is difficult because the staff isn't paying attention, so you have to wait a really long time for the waiters to come back to your table (the waiters were in a separate corner, so they couldn't wave to you).

A warm welcome and friendly service. The vegetarian salad with vegetable croquettes was delicious. It can be ordered for both lunch and dinner. I wouldn't order the iced coffee again because I tasted ice crystals in every bite. Parking is free and very close by. Would I go back? Yes, for an average snack and drink, but not if you have higher food standards.

Last time I was there was in 2012. It's still very good. Like I said back then, the best restaurant in Breda can be found in the Haagse Beemden.

Very friendly and attentive waitresses. One of us is disabled, so the hallway to the restroom was a bit of a challenge. The restroom was clean. The 12-hour meat was excellent and plentiful. We sat outside on the terrace; there are large umbrellas for shade. There's a supermarket and some shops nearby. Ample parking.

Fantastically nice and cozy spot, in the middle of the Haagse Beemden in Breda. I regularly come there for a nice lunch or dinner. After my operation (gastric bypass mini) I was afraid to go out to eat. At 't Archief they are very willing to think along with you about serving smaller portions, for example. The menu is also organized in such a way that there is something for everyone that he or she likes. Highly recommended!
