Had to wait more than 1.5 hours for cold fries and a sponge that was supposed to be a hot meat sandwich. Thanks also for delivering 2 normal samples instead of the white ones. I will think of you if I need to inject extra insulin.

Strange place. When you call, they answer and rudely hang up while you're talking. We call several more times in the following minutes and then simply don't answer. Later, they're busy with other people, so they answer for others. After they're no longer busy, we call again, and they still don't answer.

Very tasty pizza! I don't know where these poor reviews are coming from, but I'm happy with it. The staff is very friendly, smiling, and helpful. Waited 10 minutes for the pizza around 1-2 p.m. at 5 a.m. I don't understand why it's so bad... Maybe the staff has changed. For me, the pizza is very good, full of toppings and flavor.

I even had the whole place fill with smoke once because the extractor fan wasn't working. After not being back for a long time, I went back for dinner tonight. I was pleasantly surprised! The female waitress told me there's been a new owner since March. It's much cleaner, the service is fantastic, and the food was delicious too! She mentioned that they're also getting new furniture. Ordered from 't Plein again today after spending a day lining up beer mugs on the long road. I saw a delicious dish on Thuisbezorgd: chicken breast with mushrooms and cream sauce. If there's one thing I get excited about on a Sunday evening, it's chicken breast with mushrooms and cream sauce. Especially when it comes with a delicious pita bread. So I clicked order! After waiting an hour and a half, a Fiat 500 popped in, and a woman stepped out with a small bag in her hand. My stomach started growling, and I quickly grabbed the bag from her hands. I plopped down on the couch and grabbed the order. I could already smell the deliciousness! Unfortunately, after opening the package, I became much more depressed. I ordered chicken breast with mushrooms, cream sauce, and pita bread. But I got a weak imitation that I think was microwaved. There was nothing left of the cream sauce after reheating. (It's also possible they forgot the cream sauce, just like they delivered our order.) No cream sauce was already one thing, but that's just the beginning of the disappointment. Upon further inspection, it turned out the pita bread was also missing. For someone who experienced 9/11, I find this to be a whole other level. Who forgets a pita bread?! Anyway, I picked up the phone again and decided to call. I explained what was wrong with the order, after which the employee offered the golden words: "Let me grab a notepad, because we have quite a long list." That's not exactly encouraging, I must say. After venting my frustration, the employee said they were positioning a new order for us. An extra half hour of waiting, and there they were. Once again, with all the enthusiasm I could muster, I opened the order. The sauce was there, but nothing more. The sauce was more tasteless than the jokes of our neighbors to the south, and I'm not talking about Philippe Geubels, who could actually be useful to society. My depression was fueled by this disappointment, but the torture of the SM basement 't Plein wasn't over yet. THE PITA BREAD WAS NOT AVAILABLE AGAIN!!!!!!! I honestly wonder if the staff gets hard from messing up and mixing up orders. We've been in a few times and ordered a few times, but this is definitely the last time. I hope the staff had a good evening, because I don't think we'll ever see our pita bread again.

Like so many days...delicious food

We had the steak menu with mushroom cream sauce, which was perfectly seasoned. The steak was overcooked, but it was still flavorful. Overall, it was a great experience.

Placed an order through Thuisbezorgd. After waiting an hour, I called and tried 50 times to get through. No one answered. Finally, after 1.5 hours, I received the food, which was cold and unappetizing. So, this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We waited an hour and a half for our food because they forgot to hand in the receipts in the kitchen. Okay, that can happen. We had ordered an alanya dish. This was served without the candle stand. We had to eat this off the plate as well, we didn't get normal plates. A sauce couldn't be left off! Our son had a frikandel dish with extra frikandel. Well, we still have to get that frikandel! The spaghetti bolognese was terribly bad, I took it back inside. First if I wanted the pasta carbonara that was wrong prepared, no I didn't want that. I had to wait a while because spaghetti had to be prepared again. The calzone was good. New plate that was a shock there was no bolognese sauce on my spaghetti. It was as thin as soup with little minced meat that it sank through the spaghetti and was watery at the bottom of my plate yuck. No we won't be back. Staff did apologize but I left without eating!

I ate a chicken burger with a friend of mine because we were hungry and after 15 minutes my friend didn't feel well and after a few hours later I didn't feel well I called them and the woman on the phone said I don't know I'm not a doctor and then she's going to say he's allergic. At the cash register they get angry if you want to pay by card and don't have cash, even though this is not stated anywhere. They want you to order on the website because then you get free coke... yes syrup with water, what a mess there. So in short: Definitely not recommended!

De bediening laat helaas te wensen over want bij een schotel menu krijg je geen groentes of rauwkost tenzij je erom vraagt maar volgens mij zijn de rollen omgedraaid want zij horen te vragen of je het erbij wilt hebben. Als antwoord krijg je te horen dat niet veel mensen de rauwkost opeten en het dan weggegooid moet worden en dat is de reden dat je het niet meer krijgt tenzij je het zelf vraagt wat volgens mij nooit de bedoeling kan zijn. Dit restaurant is zeker geen aanrader

15.50 uur eten besteld voor 17.30 kwam om 16.10 gezegd half 6. Kwamen half 6 terug, friet was voor de tweede keer opgebakken kun je zien en proeven,en het eten was koud.Vaak hier besteld,maar denk nu toch eens om een andere te proberen.

Eten is goed sommige personeelsleden mogen wat vriendelijker zijn.

Telefonisch besteld. Blijkbaar geen pin mogelijkheid meer, dus eerst geld moeten pinnen. Saus vergeten maar vervolgens wel voor moeten betalen. En dan al klap op de vuurpijl er thuis achter komen dat 1 van de 2 pizza's aan de onderkant geheel gecremeerd is. Vaker matige ervaringen gehad hier maar dit is de laatste keer dat ik hier iets bestel.

Helaas weer een koude kapsalon. Vlees warm maar de friet koud. Wanneer komt er nu eindelijk eens een kwaliteit friettent met krokante friet uit schoon gefrituurde olie.

Normaal met zelf afhalen geen problemen, altijd lekker en snel klaar. Nu besteld voor bezorging.. 50 minuten van te voren een tijd aangegeven en alsnog was het 20 minuten te laat. Ik snap dat het druk kan zijn maar als je een bestelling bijna 1 uur van te voren plaatst vind ik het niet netjes dat het alsnog later is. Ook zaten er haren in de doosjes. Jammer.

De ouder wetse waterfiets of zoals vroeger de knakenbak is altijd goed. De shoarma schotel speciaal die warm wordt gemaakt op de bakplaat kan niet tippen aan de speciaal van holiday uit terborg. Helaas er zit geen smaak aan. Laten we het houden dat het aan corona ligt.

Belachelijke klantenservice. Voor de zoveelste keer eten binnen gekregen wat niet goed is, en vertikken om medewerking te verlenen. “Fout ligt bij thuisbezorgd” zeggen ze dan, lekker makkelijk. Helaas ondertussen (even terug gezocht) de 9e keer dat ze foutief leveren. Ondertussen zitten wij hier met 2 kapsalons die niet te eten zijn... belachelijk!!!!

Na via de website van ‘t Plein een bestelling te hebben gedaan gaf deze aan dat onze bestelling over ongeveer een half uur aan zou komen. Na een 75 minuten heb ik gebeld waar de bestelling bleef. Ik kreeg een erg onvriendelijke dame aan de telefoon welke mij vertelde dat ze niet kon vertellen hoe lang het nog duurde maar dat de bezorger waarschijnlijk onderweg was. We zijn nog steeds in afwachting..
