BrewDog Rotterdam in Rotterdam Centrum

This used to be a good spot to meet friends, however yesterday this experience completely changed. As our friend group sat at one of the high top tables and had a drink, the waitress came and said they just received a reservation for that table and needed us to move to a table in the back. Mind you, those spots in the back are bright and loud due to the music over the speakers. This was by far not our idea of going to our 'regular' brewdog spot and weren't amused. However it came down to move or get out. The manager of the night has been highly unprofessional about the situation and with this as he came acted almost hostile at our table. They have lost us at customers at this location !

I really loved the view from the terrace, looking out over the canal. A bit of sunshine, and I was instantly completely relaxed. The beer was nice and cold and exactly as described, except for one that was a bit bitter, but still manageable. The service was relaxed, although it took a while for them to see my glass, but they made up for it with a joke. The atmosphere is cool yet cozy.

Yesterday, six of us went for dinner. Four of us had the daily menu, salmon with risotto and other ingredients. Super delicious for a small price. Highly recommended.

Good place for cheap and good beer, the snacks are so-so.

The two of us had a delicious meal here for a reasonable price. The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks both Dutch and English. The restaurant is cozy and offers plenty of space: it's ideal for larger groups, but also comfortably seats 2 to 6 people at a cozy table. The only downside: there aren't many BrewDog beers on the menu. Otherwise, definitely recommended!

Been twice, on recent football trips to the Netherlands, found this gem of a bar. Food was very nice and a good choice, so was the beer. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great people. Definitely recommend.

We traveled 200 km to Rotterdam specifically to visit this brewery, as we're big fans of the BrewDog brand. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. We expected to find a wide variety of beers, but there were only four types of beer on tap and the canned options were practically the same. Nothing like the wide selection we'd expect from a BrewDog brewery. The place is well-appointed, modern, and pleasant, and the service was quick and friendly, so no problems there. They also accept hot dogs, which is a big plus. However, the food was horrible. We ordered several dishes to share: • The cheese was okay. • The bitterballen were crispy on the outside but completely empty on the inside. • The fries were swimming in sauce, so much so that they lost any balance of flavor or texture. We went on a Monday afternoon and it was raining, so the atmosphere was rather lackluster, although that's not the fault of the place. In short, we traveled 200 km and even spent the night in Rotterdam to come here, with very high expectations due to our BrewDog fandom, but we came away quite disappointed.

Cracking BrewDog, lots of comfy seating, nice selection of beers

The staff clearly knew what they were talking about. They enthusiastically talked about each beer and made clever suggestions based on your taste. The service was prompt, and the atmosphere was lively but not chaotic. Ideal for craft beer lovers.

A nice bar to spent time with some friends. There are table games available to use which is very fun! The beers on offer are great with a good variety and multiple sizes. Wish there was a little bit more info about them, who brewed it etc. Staff is friendly and good with recommendations. The food, was a bit of a disappointment though. Prices are steep for what you are getting. We ordered some snacks to share and the portions are not big enough for the price. All in all, i do recommend you to give it a try!

A lot of tasty beers and excellent burgers for a seemingly good price, but it's a shame about the huge markup on the sauces (1 euro for a mini container of mayo, 2 euros if you want a mini container with something else). And one of the Buffalo wings was as small and thin as my little finger; one of those simply shouldn't count when you order 7. It would be better off ending up in a hollow tooth of the kitchen staff than on the customer's plate.

The snacks and burgers are very good and the drinks are delicious as well, the service is fast, it is very quiet during the week but it gets a bit crowded and busy on Fridays and weekends, I recommend you come early.

I went in as a beer enthusiast and left deeply disappointed. The beers offered by friendly breweries weren't entirely excellent. While the name of the beer is known, who brews it remains a mystery. I would have expected more from a beer bar.

A fantastic experience, unique style interior, complete with beer taps at some of the tables! Great selection of local, and brewdog beers. The staff was friendly, one of the staff, Ebba, was a delight to talk with. Definitely will return, highly recommend!

The wait time to be served is already scandalous. The waitress is alone to do everything, her colleague, a white waiter of 1m75 of normal build dressed in jeans, white t-shirt and glasses on his head is more busy flirting with female customers than anything else! We were served after 25 minutes. The cocktails were infamous. The Paloma was much too acidic and burned the throat! We then asked for the bill and once again this dear waiter, had fun clearing the cards from all the tables, going to a table where there were 5 girls for laughs, sitting down right at their table to do his big number (even though he is old enough to be their grandfather... disgusting), giving the bill to a table that arrived after us, then another... he did all the tables before ours except... the one with the 5 girls. In short. Really not professional. He also cleared a table with boys because "the place is closing," but tables with women are no problem! Meanwhile, the poor waitress was running from left to right like a slave. I don't understand all these positive reviews; they're clearly unjustified. Run away! The price of the alcoholic cocktails, €12, is not worth it.

I really enjoy their food and drinks, but the service is consistently disappointing. Yesterday was the third time I visited with a group, and once again, random drinks were added to our bill. If we hadn’t checked carefully, we would have paid extra for items we never ordered — just like it happened the last time.

This was my favorite place to eat wings and the service was very good but I went on a trip for 6 months and after coming here a couple of times the service changed completely now they are too slow and they don't care about the customers or that the food arrives quickly the wings are not the same maybe they changed the recipe or the chef, it is disappointing because it was a very good place.

We ate here this afternoon, and the food was good. The burgers were excellent. What was incredibly disappointing, however, was the service. It seemed like the waiter didn't seem interested in helping us. We had a drink and a burger, but after that, no one came to our table again. We would have liked another drink, and I was in the mood for dessert. We ended up going to the bar ourselves to pay. And that, too, was handled in a very strange way. We felt completely unwelcome. Never again for us.

The Buffalo wings are delicious. I wish the Buffalo sauce were thicker, but they're still very good. The Buffalo chicken burger is also very good. They offer unlimited wings every Wednesday, and for the same price. I can't wait to come back on a Wednesday night and eat my fill. Edit. Yes, I said I couldn't wait to come back on a Wednesday night, and I did, for the unlimited wings, but they weren't what I expected. The first 10 wings come, and they're great as always. The next ones come in 5s, as you request, and that's fine, but the wings are different from the first ones. They're single-bone wings, not double-bone. As you can see in the last picture. Unfortunately, I don't like single-bone wings. When I say we don't want them, they say we don't choose; they bring a mix, but for some reason, every wing I get is always single-bone. So, I don't think I'll come back for the unlimited wings, and I won't recommend this place to anyone. At least there was no need to come for unlimited wings

Good beers, ok food but very very slow and dishonest service: I was made to pay without a bill (which they refused to give me) and after checking the prices, it turned out that I was charged for fries I hadn't ordered! I do not recommend.

We came with 2 and ordered small snacks… Well after an hour we still haven’t received any food!!! Our drinks weren’t cold anymore. After an hour we received our order. The spoons were dirty and there were still crumbs on them. The meat was inedible!!! It was terrible! The people behind us waited more than an hour for their food. Terrible place it looks nice but still needs a lot of improvement.

This is my favorite place for a beer and nice food. Unfortunately they took away the Korean loaded fries, which was a favorite of many people 😢

Very bad service, make you pay for something you didn't order. Hamburger was raw, ice melted, wrong beer and no cutlery. Never again 😞

Getränke sind gut aber teuer. Das Essen war eine Katastrophe. Der Chorizo Burger nicht durch und die "Protein Bowl" ein Witz. Außer Balsamico kaum Gewürze, kein Dressing und kein Salat, zudem SEHR wenig für 16€. Daumen runter!

Large BrewDog bar, plenty of seating inside and out. 23/04/25 update: great service by the bar staff, food was good and arrived quickly.

I love it here. The service is usually pretty good, and the food is amazing! So many good vegetarian and vegan options as well. I personally love the chicken wings and sweet potato fries. They are mouthwatering!!

Well. I want to start with the info that I am investor to brewdog. I love this company. Recently I went to try unlimited wings service. The wings were tasty. The beer was tasty but the service…. Honestly I didn’t expected that. I felt humiliated to ask for another wings every time. The waiter all the time was asking - are you still hungry? It is humiliating. I mean I paid for unlimited wings. I can ask for any rounds I want. Also the first round contained 10 wings. All other rounds - 4 wings … really? Why do I need to ask again and again. I am very disappointed

We regularly come to BrewDog to eat and play games, but our last experience was downright disappointing. Unfortunately, the service seems to be getting worse and worse, and one staff member in particular – a blonde lady – was extremely rude. We expect at least a friendly and professional attitude from a catering employee, but instead we received disinterested and downright unpleasant treatment when taking our order. There was no effort whatsoever to be customer friendly, which really spoiled the atmosphere. We don't understand where this attitude comes from, especially not in a place we normally like to visit. It would be nice if BrewDog looked at this seriously, because with this kind of service it remains to be seen whether we will return in the future.

It is a cozy place with nice heaters outside. However, the beer is very expensive in comparison, but mainly the staff is very unfriendly. I've been here a few times now, and unfortunately it's the same case every time.

What an arrogant doorman! We sat on the terrace while a party was going on inside and our friend was allowed to pee inside. I also want to go pee with a friend and we are no longer allowed inside. Are scolded by the doorman and have to go to the neighbors. Tell the garcon and she knows about the problem. Can't present it to her boss because he hasn't heard of it. Mooi terras ..maar echt barslechte bediening . Ongeïnteresseerd..duurt lang ...erg lang ! Glas wijn wordt niet geserveerd van af een dienblad . Dames toilet was blijkbaar het stiefkind qua verzorging en aankleden , geen handzeep want leeg , geen deurhaakje voor jas of tas . Zonde !

Never again PS: An evening at BrewDogs, full of frustration, disappointed hope, instead of fine desire. The reception was cold, almost imprecise, no smile, no greeting, just chaos in the building. We sat down, but oh, the time, passed in waiting, nothing was ready. The drinks? They kept waiting, almost twenty minutes until we start. The food? A tragedy on top of that, After an hour it came, but not well. Served lukewarm, tasteless, carelessly, We've almost lost our hunger. The staff? Annoyed and cold, not a word of regret, not a feeling. The prices are high, the service is lousy, no trace of enjoyment – ​​just anger and meanness. An evening that you quickly forget BrewDogs, you were a sad bummer. We'll never enter your room again, because you are robbing guests of a beautiful dream. Does that fit? Or should it be even sharper?

I recently visited BrewDog Rotterdam, and unfortunately, it was not a good experience. We arrived right after the bar opened, so it wasn’t busy at all. Despite this, the staff completely ignored us. No greeting, no acknowledgment—we were left standing there for several minutes. After trying to catch someone's attention without success, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. It's disappointing because BrewDog usually has a great reputation, but the lack of basic customer service was frustrating. I hope they can improve their staff training because this kind of treatment leaves a bad impression. Until then, there are plenty of other welcoming spots in Rotterdam to enjoy craft beer.

This place has no heating in the winter and doors open when outside is 5 degrees, waiters going around indoor with jackets and beanie on, also got overcharged for my drink . Had to go back and they refunded me

BrewDog Outpost Rotterdam is a great place! The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is super friendly. And those famous wings? Spicy and oh so tasty! Perfect for a night out. Highly recommended!

Wasn’t busy. Totally ignored. Won’t be back. Awful example of a brewdog establishment. You know, it’s the staff that make the difference and these young uns were rude and ignorant. Sorry there’s better places to spend your euros.

The place was nice and well-kept, but unfortunately the food was very poor and the staff were not interested in continuing the order... (the waitress was talking to her friend and forgot to eat) I was very disappointed, however, that after placing the orders and receiving the drinks, we were suddenly told that we had to change planes because where we are sitting there will soon be a birthday... very bad (why didn't we get this information before placing the order and before receiving it halfway???? Not nice...)

The best thing here is that you can try all kinds of different beers with a sample glass. And the wings and loaded fries complete the tasting. Delicious!

Very satisfied with this restaurant/café, very cozy and a super nice atmosphere. In addition, the food is very tasty and there are plenty of games so you won't get bored at all. Different types of burgers or loaded Fries are definitely the favorites. Definitely worth repeating and certainly good price-quality ratio.

Great burgers, delicious beers. The staff makes it look like a Karen's bar. Quite rude and little catering atmosphere.

Writing this just as I am about to leave. TBH I have seen my fair share of bad service during my 3-4 days in Rotterdam but at least one service staff tried to be friendly in the other establishments. Here when I walk in around 3pm, it was basically empty with just a table of 5 seated outdoors, I was alone indoors. 2 of them were just busy chatting when I walked in (ignored me) and I had to approach them to order. Not too sure what was so life threatening there that a customer comes secondary. Only after one of the staff left that the other asked me if I wanted to order food. Food was okay but with this type of service, I'll skip.

I really liked the place. It's very pretty and the food was delicious. I went on a Wednesday making a reservation on their website, and they are unlimited wings (initially they bring you 10 units per person, and if you want more, they bring you 5 units at a time). Obviously the price does not include drinks or sides (I wouldn't order sides again to take advantage of the unlimited wings).

Whatever you do, do NOT sit on the painted picnic tables outside. I got light blue paint stains in my black dress from it. Apart from that, the beers and service are good and it’s a nice place. Just choose carefully where to sit.

The beers were all real nice! Just like the service. The interior of this place is also real cozy looking and I especially liked the bar design! On top of that they have a real "flipperkast" inside that for about €2 let's you play many times so that was fun!

I love BrewDog beer and they have large selection of their brews (and 'guest' beers) at this pub. The place is very spacious, plenty of tables indoor and outside. A nice selection of burgers, fries and sides.

Went for a comedy show. Would have been nice if we would have helped nicely and friendly. Waited 2 times more then 10 min to be able to order a drink, when I said something about it the waitress all of the sudden wanted to give to drinks, but i couldn’t say anything more about it. While I was just calmly and said that it took to long. Second round haven’t ordered at the end because of this rudeness. She said she didn’t want to have a discussion.

Location is very nice, in an old brewery. All boilers and equipment required for brewing are still present for the atmosphere. Brewdog is a brewery that makes special beers. You can also eat well here. We opted for (among other things) the beer Hot Cakes #4, a truly bizarre beer, just like drinking a raspberry cake, definitely recommended, even though it is very strong. The normal beers (Almost Famous and Tropical Storm) were also well received. Please note that the beers here are not cheap.

This is a good BrewDog. Food was well made - best and fresh luck Norris I’ve had. The beer 4 punks - was good but not the best I’ve had - might have been the temperature.

We played some games and drank some Beers. There are many bugs and mosquito’s while sitting indoors, which sucks really bad. They have a lot of beers, but they didn’t have a lot of them. The beers are okay but waiters are very polite.

Cute place, but the food was awful, the burgers were cold and either overcooked or underdone. The service was worse. Our waitress decided to take a break after getting our drink order (which she didn't get completely right), but before we could order our food. So I had to go to the bar to order. Then they forgot one of our meals. When I went to pay, they didn't do anything to make up for their mistake, and tried to charge us for 2 beers we didn't order. And paid almost €100 for this disaster.

First time I had ventured into a BrewDog on the continent. Was quiet but did not have the same feel or atmosphere as its UK counterparts. Regardless beer and food were on par with that which BrewDog typically offer.

Don't eat here!! Nice place for a beer and a snack! But the food is really terrible! First had a beer and bitterballen and they were great! Then we decided to eat something and that was a bad choice... a salad for 17 euros with barely any ingredients and a cauliflower burger and the cauliflower was boiled and covered in BBQ sauce and lots of mayonnaise. Quite a shame because they have delicious beers and bitterballen!!

Had a breeze date here. Very welcoming location. Great staff/service very nice people. The place is really beautiful. Bokdeich Beer was okay but the Candy Kitten Raspeberry or Strawberry were very delicious and good beer, very taste. Staff is very kind, talked with them, wasn't too busy. Also had sweet potatoe fries, it came in quick and was really good and tasty.

The burgers were okay, but somehow nothing special. For €20 with a small portion of fries, I think it's just too much when you're so full of it. What really tasted good was the truffle mayonaise, which I really recommend. The service was OK but not really nice. The beer tasted good and there is also a large selection to try out.

Came here full of good intentions. Nice game of mini golf and then something to eat. Sat on a nice bench and received the menu. However, the waitress didn't walk away! The stress got to us and we had to make a decision. The Buffalo burger and the pepperoni pizza. When the pizza landed in front of me I knew something was wrong. The pepperoni was pumpkin and the dough was bright white (even my legs were darker). My comrades with whom I had already played mini golf had the Buffalo burger. It looked good at first glance until we saw the blue cheese. Luckily I didn't have to experience it, but that wasn't very good.

Waited 25 minutes for the waiter to take my order. Waited 10 minutes for my coke to be delivered. If you want to come here you have to have the whole day free.

Total chaos when settling the bill. All sorts of drinks were on our bill that we hadn’t ordered at all and took over half an hour to sort stuff out. Check your bill when you pay.

A large selection of draft beer, both from their own brewery and from other friendly breweries. Additionally, a large selection of interesting beers, some of them in cans... A big advantage is the ability to book a table with your own beer tap

I ordered a rum cola with ice and accidentally dropped it. Paid twice, because of course it was my own fault. Then I got a drink with almost no rum and no ice in it. After I indicated that it contained much less alcohol than my girlfriend's drink, I was told "you either want it or you don't." I don't think that's customer-oriented at all. Before we even ordered, there was a bit of difficulty because the manager was apparently “really drunk”

Vegans / vegetarians beware. Ordered some vegan bitterballen with my friends. On the menu these were on a green background with the (vg) in brackets insinuating that they were vegetarian. After eating them it turned out they were actually with meat. Staff pointed out to me that you have to state that you want the vegan option, although it didn't say so anywhere on the menu. No sympathy or apologies from the staff
