Good brioche pastries. Heavy baguette but tasty. Excellent service.

This place has become our ultimate spot for weekend treats. The pastries are divine, the coffee always on point, and what really sets it apart is the staff; you can tell they genuinely care about what they do.

From fresh bread, pâtisseries, to drinks, they know what they are doing. Everything is made on the very same day, smell and taste like the best you could get in France. They also have a "brioche of the month" which leads you to beg them to add it to the all time menu haha As a Matcha enthousiaste who "tried them all" in Amsterdam, they provide the best in town. Always friendly and very welcoming, the lovely duo that will welcome you at Brioche is always keen to offer you what they do best : Everything.

One of my favourite areas in Amsterdam for this very reason, a super lovely bakery which excel in their specialty (brioche) and with super friendly staff and a cosy setting. Kid friendly too! The prices are also very reasonable, a specialty latte was only €4.50! Definitely a recommendation worth giving :)

Clearly one of the best bakeries around! Chill place for modern French pastries with great service and a good vibe. We tried the matcha pistachio brioche and it was great. The cream was generous and tasty but not too sweet, and somehow felt light - good balance. Also, all the machines are visible and you can see how the crew prepares the pastries. They clearly know what they’re doing!! Gonna be back ;)

The place is nice and the pastries look good, so maybe I had a bad first experience with the pistachio croissant, but if you like an honest pistachio croissant this is not it 🥲It's filled with a way-too-sweet whipped cream instead of pure pistachio paste, and it was waaaay to sweet. Based on this experience I wouldn't recommend it, perhaps other items on the menu are better

Came here our last morning in Amsterdam and so glad we did! Not only is the interior of this place so cute, but the pastries were phenomenal. If we are ever back in Amsterdam, this will be at the top of our list. Perfect way to start the day!

Brioche is hands down my favorite spot for croissants and French pastries in Amsterdam – nothing comes close! The two owners are absolutely lovely, and since we go there at least twice a week, they always treat us with something special. And the croissants? Just perfection. I’ve been to Paris 5 or 6 times, and honestly, I’ve never found croissants as good as theirs. Buttery, flaky, light – pure heaven in every bite. If you love French pastries, this place is a dream. An absolute must if you’re in Amsterdam!

The pain de campagne with olives are the things dreams are made of. The texture and flavor was incredible. I also enjoyed my iced Matcha Latte and was happy to see them whisking the premium matcha using the Japanese method. I will return again and again.

A lovely spot for breakfast in Amsterdam. The place isn’t very big, but it’s bright and welcoming, with a few seats available. They offer a wide selection of croissants, which can be filled in different ways. I had the matcha one and it was really delicious — the pastry was soft and airy, with plenty of filling inside. They also make fresh bread and various sandwiches. Highly recommended if you’re looking to try a breakfast that’s a bit different from the usual.

We stumbled upon Brioche and it turned out to be such a discovery! Tried their matcha-pistachio brioche, was insanely fluffy, loaded with flavor, and perfectly balanced without being too sweet. Also had the anti-fatigue tea, which came in a beautiful blue color and tasted just as unique as it looked! Perfect little stop if you’re exploring Amsterdam and want something special.

The cheese paprika jalapeño pastry was very delicious. It has a nice combination between crispy and soft. I wish there were more pieces of jalapeño because they are flavorful and add a lot to the pastry. The almond pain au chocolat was tasty but it was a bit too crunchy for me. I like that they have many choices for you to make and I will come back to try others!

Such a great concept! French owned I believe from the people working there. So many good options to choose from. All the pastries looked amazing. I only passed by to take a pistachio matcha for take away as I already had breakfast but definitely worth sitting or taking something to try. Matcha was very good. Plant-based milk available. Good & friendly service

Simply the best 🥖✨ After visiting Amsterdam’s top-reviewed bakeries in a single day, this one stands unmatched. The cozy, artisanal atmosphere with its open kitchen and warm lighting makes every visit feel special. The sourdough with berry and nut is a masterpiece: tangy, nutty, and perfectly textured. Equally outstanding is the pistachio bread, rich with real butter and delicate frangipane. Service is knowledgeable and welcoming, though it can get busy. Still, the quality of bread and inviting vibe make it worth any wait.

Very nice coffee and for Amsterdam not even that expensive. Pain au chocolat also very good.

Love this place! Stumbled upon it while roaming around Amsterdam. As the name goes, they specialise in things-brioche! The pistachio matcha brioche we got were fluffy, rich, creamy yet not overly sweet, totally enjoy every bite of it. We also got their croissant, which was buttery and flaky - like how croissants are meant to be. The staff there were friendly, helpful and patient as well.

The matcha pistachio brioche was absolutely delicious — light, fluffy, and filled with perfectly balanced matcha cream that wasn’t too sweet. The espresso alongside it was smooth and rich, making it the perfect pairing.

I think the Latte Matcha is really tasty here. Mmm, highly recommended. Helpful staff, nice that they speak French. This, in combination with the abundance of brioche choices, makes me feel like I'm in France.

Lovely little bakery with a great selection of breads and pastries. They all look so visually appealing and have a nice balance of flavour and sweetness. There was the typical selection of drinks along with a few twists on these classics.

A favorite bakery! Their brioche, bread and pastries make this place quite simply the best bakery in the area. The service is always impeccable, warm and attentive. I also love the pretty decor and the space specially designed for children and parents, super cute and practical. A real pleasure to go there, I recommend 100%!

We discovered Brioche by chance and it exceeded our expectations. We shared two croissants (pistachio and almond), exquisite, with those flavors that surprise from the first bite. The atmosphere is very cozy and well-kept, ideal for relaxing. I tried the Sesame Latte, very delicious, and on another visit the Golden Latte, an original option with a spicy touch of ginger that I loved. Signature coffees of excellent quality. Without a doubt, a place to which it is a pleasure to return.

We came to have breakfast: the pain au chocolat is very good! We asked for hot water and lemon for my wife who wasn't feeling well but we weren't even charged for it. A very good welcome.

The brioches are so dry they should be sold with a glass of water and an apology. And the prices? Delusional.

Cute French cafe with great brioche and matchas. It’s very small so they don’t always have a free spot, but you might be lucky. My favourite brioche pastry was the pistachio/matcha, the chocolate one is also nice but very heavy.

Came for a weekend in the Netherlands, and what a pleasure to see our culinary culture so well represented. The pastries and brioche are magnificent, the atmosphere and the staff are really cool too. If you are passing through Amsterdam I recommend it.

First time I ever tried a double baked croissant, I prefer the texture of double baked pastry. The baguette is nice and crispy as well, but also well aerated, a solid 4/5 stars I would say.

This is a hidden gem in Amsterdam: a cosy café with real French pastry. We came here with my family and we tasted several viennoiseries: pistachio croissant, almond croissant and the brioche. OMG, it was sooo good. The croissants were crispy on the outside and with the pistachio cream inside. Yummy !! The owners are French and the multilingual personnel is excellent and always smiling ! It was such a nice way to start our Sunday. We will definitely come back !!
