Kristal Baklava in Lutkemeer/Ookmeer

The focaccia with grilled vegetables, mozzarella, pesto and arugula is to die for! I'm quite critical of my sandwiches, but I ate this sandwich humming (I automatically do this when I only eat really tasty food)! You should really try it, even if you don't live nearby, it's worth the detour :)
