I ordered a beef wrap for 2 and it turned out to be a chicken wrap. They don't even bother to correct their mistake. We are being humiliated with our money. They probably prepare the order according to their own wishes, not the customer's. I don't understand how this business operates, how they approach it, how they provide service. They listen to you as if you're saying "just go" and prepare it carelessly. It's impossible to recommend this place, let alone give it a rating.

My visit to Brood- en Banketbakkerij Bruinhof left a mixed impression. The food itself was fine, although I didn't find it particularly special or distinctive. The selection is sufficient, but the taste and presentation remain somewhat average. What I really found disappointing was that the dining area is completely inaccessible for wheelchair users or people with strollers. There's no provision for sufficient space or step-free access, making it very impractical for families or people with disabilities. This makes it difficult—or even impossible—to sit comfortably inside. Furthermore, I found the atmosphere uninviting. The staff didn't seem friendly or welcoming, which detracted from the experience. A smile or a bit of customer service can make a big difference, but unfortunately, that was lacking. Although there are seating options for dining in, I would choose to take something to go next time instead of staying there. So, there's room for improvement, especially in terms of accessibility and service.

Had ordered Doner Veal, little meat, lots of garlic sauce, their sauce is not that tasty either. But all the staff were not really happy. They all looked very sad. The food was not tasty either.

I bought a delicious cheese square, a delicious bun and a real classic sausage roll there and I was done quickly for little money. Friendly guy helped me. On the bench in front of the shop I sat and enjoyed munching 😋😋

Not the old quality, especially with Turkish pizza.. changed after corona and became stingy with meat in doner and especially with new employees.. come on.

The day before yesterday I got a kapsalon chicken here. After eating it, I got severe diarrhea. I've been sprinting to the bathroom for two days because of their unsanitary practices and products. I'm NEVER coming back here again!

I have been coming here for years for fresh, tasty Lavash bread. We enjoy the delicious bread every time. The ends are also tasty. It is always busy in this bakery and that says enough.

Don't go there! Scaries will help you after they've all helped their brothers!

Picked up delicious fresh sandwiches tonight! What lovely people and a nice atmosphere. We will definitely come back.

We ordered a kapsalon. The man chose meat with grains inside. It was literally filled with six potatoes. I don't think anyone would go to this establishment if it didn't have a bakery.

Food was great, but the place sometimes smells like scrotum odor, dirty.. younger employees don't wear gloves either... Makro very cheap or Turkish wholesalers.. Hair salons also taste less than before.. Meat dry hard and nothing can be adjusted with price etc. Fries are always pre-fried, dry... No effort is made to fry them while they are warm... Turkish pizza, don't buy much either... Must have a new chicken variant...

here is my takeaway. is something missing? hmmm, where did the lettuce, vegetables go? I asked for a mild sauce because I have a problem with spicy food, and I got spicy and reminded again that I wanted mild and the service just knocked everything off the top, lightly poured mild sauce on it and gave it back. the kabsalon is still spicy and there is no lettuce and the rest as you can see > everything ended up in the bin! the service was not nice to the customer :(

Not reachable by phone, and the place is really not tidy, hygiene is hard to find here.

Good bakery, tasty sandwiches. People get their hair salon and other hot meat meals here. The only downside and the worst is that they grab everything with their hands, including the rolls, slices, donuts, you name it. They take money with the same hand or the girl behind the counter goes with her hands on her mobile and then on the sandwiches. Please do something about this, use gloves or tongs

I'm just sitting here enjoying a sausage roll from this bakery. Sometimes I think about a snack like this: I can do that better. But this one, wow, high in taste, you have to a bit of spice. Happy with this bakery, yummy

The capsule is very tasty. And the price is normal..👍

Kapsalon is serieus gewoon lekker als ze verse patat gebruiken, soms op rustige momenten krijg je afgekoelde patat. Wanneer ze je kapsalon dan nog ff in de oven doen wordt het donker en keihard. Dat is jammer jongens let er op.

Turks bakkertje. Lekkere baklava. Beste is de Lavas (soort plat pannenkoekenbrood). Dat is dan vers gebakken, maar dat hebben ze niet altijd. Lekker met turkse knoflookworst uit de koeling met komkommer en tomaat. Gebak durf ik niet te nemen. Turkse pizza is oke, doner durf ik niet te nemen.... zie ze ook nooit hun handen wassen.
