I know there are many branches out there. But this one is a Gem out of others. Friendly young employees with kind and friendly service. The carrot cake was out the world, cappuccino and flat white both tasted perfect. A great experience as a tourist in Amsterdam 🎉

Extremly rude people doing the Service there. They were laughing about us cause our English was not perfect! They putted extra the wrong product in the bag and when I notice it directly after I paid they didn’t wanted to exchange it anymore… very rude and disrespectful

What a disastrous experience! Today we picked up a wedding cake for a whopping €180 — and were given a crooked, collapsed cake (see photos). We were stunned. How dare you ask almost two hundred euros for this?! Eventually, after much discussion, we took it home for €100, which is still an outrageous amount for something that did not meet the agreements or expectations at all. The cake did not look anything like the photo we had shown. We tried to save the cake ourselves, carefully removing the layers to improve it layer by layer. What happened? They used a few thin, bent straws to stabilize/support the whole thing (see photo). No professionalism, no craftsmanship, just money-making. As if you are being robbed while you are standing there. Absolutely not recommended. A great, great shame!

the price of the food is the best. for that price you can't complain. the borek and other breads are tasty only the lahmacun (turkish pizza) was more like a wrap with salad. service is unclear and mixed up. shop i cramped and no seats.

Well, I got a few sandwiches from this bakery for the first time. What a flop. You pay 3.75 for all sandwiches. Even for currant bun with a slice of cheese. Currant bun costs 0.75 cents, so I pay 3 euros for 1 slice of cheese from Lidl. I got 3 other sandwiches. Including 1 sandwich with letter and walnuts. Well the slices of brie just couldn't even be seen or tasted. The slices were soooo thin. In short, it's really outrageous what they charge for the quality they offer. Never again this bakery for me. Simply theft.
