Top service and delicious food!

I placed an order through the business's website, but received no confirmation and was unable to reach them by phone. Upon visiting the location, I discovered the business had changed ownership. The current owner indicated that the website was still managed by the previous owner, who had left it online without warning. Despite paying over €100 through this outdated website, the new owner showed little initiative or commitment to helping me recover the money.

Delicious sandwiches, especially the Turkish sandwich. However, the wait for the sandwiches was quite long.

Phone is no longer answered, very annoying voicemail, no extra help for lady who works there. Have to do everything by herself and often out of stock. Ordered here before with pleasure.

€5.60 for a cup of "frozen yogurt", which wasn't even really frozen yogurt, comes from a slush puppy machine and tastes so weird, wasn't really ice cream but rather some kind of failed milkshake

The best sandwich shop in the neighborhood. Friendly, fast, and lots of choices. The Crispy Satay wrap and toasted sandwich with sucuk and egg are highly recommended. The lentil soup is also delicious.

Talk rudely and disrespectfully about guests

Got a "Surinamese" chicken sandwich. Perhaps a Surinamese has looked at it because there is nothing Surinamese about the sandwich. Bland taste, no spiciness at all. And I didn't read it properly, but mayo on a Surinamese sandwich and cucumber and lettuce. No long beans or cucumber in pickle. A real shame for Surinamese cuisine. Once but never again.

A visit to Arnhem is not complete without their oh-so-delicious lentil soup, I keep coming back for it!

Sandwich made very sloppily. This is bad. They are new and already bad service. Once got diarrhea from a healthy sandwich and got sick from it!!

Colleague waited 1.5 hours for 2 sandwiches and still not received, it says it still needs to be prepared. Called twice and she was not answered properly. Really ridiculous, not recommended!! Now her break is over, and she hasn't had a sandwich. Ordered early.

Ordered food, it literally took 2 hours before I got my food, after calling several times where my food had gone and how long it would take, I got a smart employee on the phone (tzzz), with exaggerated words the employee tried to convince 150 was helping customers and in the morning... after the second to last call I indicated that I no longer needed the order, the employee indicated that he was going to cancel it and then he sent the food anyway... I called for the last time to If you tell them why they had delivered anyway, the same employee will help you out! And says that I can collect the money at home with a tzzz comment! You can't be retarded! later in the day I only had stomach cramps, the chicken was not cooked properly which was in the bread..!! instead of dealing normally with a customer who was waiting 2 hours for only 1 loaf of bread and the meat was not cooked properly BAD! .first time and last time ordered.

Every time I order something something goes wrong. No egg on the sandwich, forgotten sandwiches, supposedly not being told that you ordered something else and then come home and you are missing a sandwich. Unfortunately he won't be anymore. + a great atmosphere with that deaf mocro with glasses in the shop

The service and atmosphere ensure that your sandwiches taste even better. I have eaten many sandwiches, but you cannot describe in words the chicken honey wrap that they make fresh here. Highly recommended! Ps try the iced coffee, Thank me later! Great staff too.

Ordered a carpaccio sandwich...from a friendly employee. If I politely indicate that there is very little meat on it... he becomes unfriendly and asks me if I know what it costs per kilo! Walks away angry and rude, let me sort it out. Huh??? Can you please indicate something... Was my first and therefore last time
