**Disappointing experience, both in terms of service and quality** Unfortunately, I have to say that my experience with this sandwich shop has been anything but positive. The first time I ordered a salmon sandwich here, I was immediately disappointed. Although we were asked if we wanted onions, to which we said no, when we got home it turned out that the baguette only consisted of some salmon slices without any raw vegetables such as lettuce, tomato, cucumber or carrot. When we returned to the store to ask where the raw vegetables were, we were told that because we didn't want onions, they apparently assumed we didn't want any other vegetables either. A very strange reasoning if you ask me. Eventually they added the raw vegetables, but this was done without apology and with obvious reluctance. Moreover, an inspection of the car revealed that there was only one slice of cucumber, and the rest of the raw food was sparsely and messily crammed in the middle. Wanting to give the matter the benefit of the doubt, we went back a second time, hoping it was a one-time mistake. Unfortunately, this experience was also disappointing. There was no cream cheese or even mayonnaise available, while they also sell chip snacks. When I ordered two bottles of coke and paid, I was told they only had one bottle. To make matters worse, this time the lettuce was old, and the tomato, carrot and cucumber were completely missing. In short, both the service and the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. Very disappointing, and certainly not recommended.
