Ordered some items and they accepted the order and took my money, never delivered the food and wouldn't answer the phone when I called.

I ate here for the first time this weekend, and it certainly won't be my last. The food quality is good: the dishes are flavorful, and the fried snacks are crispy and not greasy. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The service is fast and efficient, both for takeout and delivery, although the wait time can be a bit longer when it's busy. All in all, Galaxy is a reliable choice for a quick and tasty meal.

You can tell right away that they pay a lot of attention to quality and taste. Everything was delivered quickly and was still deliciously warm. If you are in doubt, I would say: just do it! This will definitely be my new favorite.

Ordered Easter Monday. Order paid and accepted, but no food. Just drove there... no one opens the door, nothing answers the phone. So closed. So be careful when ordering!

Very bad, after waiting 3+ hours received NOTHING. Called the restaurant many times during those hours but there is simply no answer. At 11:00 PM it still said that the order would be here shortly. At 11:30 PM I looked again and suddenly it showed concern at 9:41 PM?? Well not so!! And I won't get my money back either.... I will certainly never order from here again!!!

Very bad, after 2 hours the food was delivered and it was cold, we tried to call for 1 hour straight but the phone was not answered, a waste of 40 euros for 4 loaded Frisian, which was still very little. You don't understand how such poor quality is still possible.

Ordered delivery three times. First time, custom double mince burgers exactly matching order. Baguette chicken sate was satisfying too. Fries good, as well. Second and third time they completely messed up my orders. Two burgers without cheese, exactly the same, and they placed molten cheese on one. I'm allergic to cheese. Because it was molten, I couldn't remove it. Also, the chicken satay baguette was ordered without salad (lettuce, tomato, etc). They added salad to *both* baguettes. How difficult is it to read an order and follow the simple instructions? I spent quite a bit of money, and twice my food was ruined, and had to be thrown away. I refuse to order from this incompetent place again. To the manager: You can keep your responses to yourself. It won't change facts. If you don't want negative reviews, do your job correctly.

Just came here to get loaded fries. There is virtually no sauce on it, a really pathetic portion. Better just get some fries.

Well, it's a really great place, the food is always great, I drive around for it myself. But what I also think is really great is the service, you just notice that everyone is genuinely happy with you and you feel extremely valued as a customer. First time ordering from them today, it took an hour and a half for our food to arrive. Fries were limp and not even the serrated fries but cold limp French fries. We also ordered loaded fries, with extra cheese. There was barely any cheese on it! The beef was also very tough and just not tasty, it would have been better to order without it. Mozerella sticks were not melted either, there was just a cold cheese stick in them. Very unfortunate!

Very tasty food, but no vegetarian options at all! Then as a group we will have to order somewhere else.... Add vegetarian and you will have more turnover!

Too bad, after the first time we were really looking forward to this. 21 euros to hell. Do you wash the lettuce with soap or something? I'll be honest, Walla chicken filet sandwiches are really tasty. I order so often. You never have enough. And it may take a little longer to order. Initially something went wrong due to the crowds. After a very pleasant telephone conversation with apologies. Very quickly an incredibly friendly delivery person showed up at the door with the 2 delicious hair salons (and a little extra for the inconvenience). Later that evening a call was made to ask if everything had been satisfactory. Great, this is customer friendliness..! Where people work, mistakes are made and there is nothing wrong with that. Recognizing, acknowledging and mutual respect makes the world so much more beautiful...!
