Brouwer, De Echte Bakker in Wijk 00 Urk

Unfortunately, I have to say that my experiences at this bakery have been very disappointing lately. Today, I was once again served in an unfriendly manner by an employee—the same colleague who also came across as very curt and uninterested during my previous visit. That doesn't make the experience any more pleasant as a customer. Additionally, I notice that the quality of the products is declining. Rolls are often dry, especially the Kaddeten and chocolate rolls. I used to enjoy coming here, but by now I doubt whether I will return. In my view, the customer should be king, but unfortunately, you don't get that feeling here anymore. Hopefully, something will be done about this.

Excellent products and friendly, helpful staff.

Delicious products, good service, beautiful shop, and friendly staff. The cream cake, in particular, is incredibly tasty.

This is the best bakery in Flevoland

Great and the cake is delicious

Nice shop, friendly staff and delicious fresh rye bread.

I happily buy the delicious whole-wheat bread here every week. The quality is always top-notch: fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. Every now and then I also pick up a pastry, which is always a pleasure! The service is friendly, and the shop exudes genuine craftsmanship. Highly recommended for anyone who loves good bread and pastries!

In Urk they only have top bakers with specialties.

Delicious stuff Bread, pastries, salads

I think it's really bad... I ordered my cake 1 week in advance and then I never received an email back or a confirmation... then a week later I had to call all over about it, apparently they hadn't received my email at all and it was a lot of hassle. In the end my order was apparently placed with them and my cake was apparently made. I ordered a photo cake like the first photo below. But the cake I received had nothing to do with what I ordered, not even a photo on it. really just a shame..

In the past it was great. Nowadays a lot less. For example, cream buns and croissants on Saturdays are a lot lower in quality. They are less filled, or beaten flat. In addition, on busy days you are often given the wrong items. Like now a chocolate cream croissant instead of without chocolate. I really don't need that layer of chocolate. Paid too much at checkout 2 weeks ago. I have the same thing every time and then suddenly €5 more was debited. The following week the amount was correct again. To my taste, the layer of whipped cream between the tompouce can be removed. It's now puff pastry, light cream, whipped cream, puff pastry, frosting, whipped cream. If a tompouce contains light cream, then there really is no need for whipped cream. Sausage rolls are tasty. Well filled and tasty.

Delicious pastries and good service

Very nice and cozy little shop with lots of choices, but I think it's a shame that you can't eat there😢 The food is very tasty and so is the service, but the atmosphere is not because if you could eat there I would have a few more stars given👎

They really have the tastiest piped cake and sausage rolls here!
