Brouwer, De Echte Bakker in Wijk 00 Urk

Unfortunately, I have to say that my experiences at this bakery have been very disappointing lately. Today, I was again treated unfriendlyly by an employee—the same colleague who came across as very curt and disinterested during my previous visit. That doesn't make it any more pleasant for me as a customer. I've also noticed that the quality of the products is deteriorating. The rolls are often dry, especially the "kaddeten" and "pain de chocolat." I used to enjoy coming here, but now I doubt I'll return. In my opinion, the customer should be king, but unfortunately, you don't get that feeling here anymore. I hope something will be done about this.

Nice shop, friendly staff and delicious fresh rye bread.

Every week I enjoy getting the delicious whole wheat bread here. The quality is always top: fresh, tasty and perfectly cooked. Every now and then I also take a pastry with me, and I always enjoy it! The service is friendly and the store exudes real craftsmanship. Highly recommended for anyone who likes good bread and tasty pastries!

In Urk they only have top bakers with specialties.

I think it's really bad... I ordered my cake 1 week in advance and then I never received an email back or a confirmation... then a week later I had to call all over about it, apparently they hadn't received my email at all and it was a lot of hassle. In the end my order was apparently placed with them and my cake was apparently made. I ordered a photo cake like the first photo below. But the cake I received had nothing to do with what I ordered, not even a photo on it. really just a shame..

In the past it was great. Nowadays a lot less. For example, cream buns and croissants on Saturdays are a lot lower in quality. They are less filled, or beaten flat. In addition, on busy days you are often given the wrong items. Like now a chocolate cream croissant instead of without chocolate. I really don't need that layer of chocolate. Paid too much at checkout 2 weeks ago. I have the same thing every time and then suddenly €5 more was debited. The following week the amount was correct again. To my taste, the layer of whipped cream between the tompouce can be removed. It's now puff pastry, light cream, whipped cream, puff pastry, frosting, whipped cream. If a tompouce contains light cream, then there really is no need for whipped cream. Sausage rolls are tasty. Well filled and tasty.

Very nice and cozy little shop with lots of choices, but I think it's a shame that you can't eat there😢 The food is very tasty and so is the service, but the atmosphere is not because if you could eat there I would have a few more stars given👎

Zaterdag morgen 26 november broodmand van Caritas opgehaald bij bakkerij brouwer Urkerhart in de winkel zat ik te kijken of er nog vleeswaren bij zat ze zij zit er onder kom thuis zit geen vleeswaren onder . Erg JAMMER HOOR . Er is altijd wel wat bij deze bakkerij .

Wat mij betreft de beste bakker van Urk. Veel keus, hoge kwaliteit en vriendelijk personeel.

Top spullen, lekkere roombroodjes, gebak en brood. Genietmomentjes en mergpijpen zijn ook top, deze kwaliteit kan ik elders in Nederland en Duitsland niet vinden.

Goed brood en lekker gebak, vooral het genietmomentje moet je proberen.
