The tastiest sausage rolls ever made. The only thing they could improve on, in my opinion, is different tape for the closures of bread and buns. Every baker uses easy-to-open tape by tearing it apart. Here, they still use the old-fashioned kind that you have to cut away with a knife. I'll admit, that's why I often buy bread elsewhere.

Update Ordered breakfast again, I would pick it up at 8 am. Nothing was ready, she gave sandwiches to the customer for us, so there were not enough. Nothing warm when you order, you expect it to be ready for you warm and complete! Delicious pastries, but it's a pity that if you call specifically about breakfast the previous day, not everything is there the next day.

As a lover of sausage rolls, I couldn't resist trying the version from Patisserie “Jan de Bakker” in Urk. And I have to say: these are no ordinary sausage rolls! Once you do that, you will taste the love and craftsmanship that went into making these sandwiches. The dough is wonderfully crispy and almost melts in your mouth, without feeling greasy. The filling is what really matters, and it certainly doesn't disappoint. The minced meat filling is tasty, well seasoned and has a nice balance between juiciness and firmness. You can taste that high-quality meat has been used, without it being too heavy on the stomach. Moreover, the ratio of filling to dough is just right – not a bite of dry crust, but not an abundance of meat either. The smell of the freshly baked rolls makes it difficult to wait until you get outside to taste them. It is clear that “Jan de Bakker” attaches great importance to craftsmanship. The sausage rolls from Patisserie “Jan de Bakker” are absolutely recommended. Whether you're looking for a quick snack or just something delicious with coffee, this is a treat you won't want to miss. For me they are even worth the detour to Urk!

Ich bewerte hier nur die Brötchen! Diese waren sehr schmackhaft, jedoch für deutsche Verhältnisse ist nur eine mittlere Auswahl an unterschiedlichen Brötchen vorhanden gewesen und diese zur Selbstbedienung. In der Auslage habe ich verschiedene, gut aussehende Brote und Gebäck das sehr hochwertig aussah, gesehen. Preise im typischen, regionalen Bereich. Eine Brotschneidemaschine ist vorhanden und die Kartenzahlung ist möglich.

Wil je echt een lekker sauseizenbroodje? Ga hier even heen.

Producten zijn zeer goed.. maar als het druk is sta je 2 keer in de rij.. 1x om te bestellen en 1 keer om af te rekenen

Vanuit Zwolle speciaal naar Urk voor de heerlijke saucijzenbroodjes, ik hoef geen andere meer, en helaas geen foto, want toen waren ze al op😂. Ook heerlijk gebak en brood gehaald. Mooie schone zaak en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
