Placed an order at 7:57 AM for delivery at 11:40 AM through Thuisbezorgd. At 12:20 PM, I called to ask where the order was, but the employee said it had been canceled (according to Thuisbezorgd, it hadn't!). Then they hung up the phone. Could you please refund my €55, Budgetbroodjes?

It says open until 4pm, but they don't accept orders after 3pm because they're almost closing. That's nice

If you say you are open until 16:00 and someone is at the door at 15:50, you should just help this person. I wanted to come and get almost 40 euros worth of sandwiches. A kitchen in the catering industry does not say we close the kitchen at 10:00 and then do not serve anything at 10 to 10... but that money has now been spent somewhere else

Wat is dit een pauper bedrijf geworden. Vaste klant al jaren Ik ben nu 3x oprij in de middag hier aangekomen, waar hun sluitingstijd 16:00 aangeeft gaan ze vaak al rond 14:00 a 14:30 opruimen en kan je alleen nog een broodje kaas halen of iets wat niet van de grill is. Dit is overigens de 3e keer op rij dat ik daar binnen kom en dat het personeel op elkaar uit aan het geven is of ruzie aan het maken is waaronder de vorige keer ook gescholden werd. Als jullie niet willen verkopen sluit dan je deuren gewoon om 14:00 inplaats van te zeggen we zijn tot 16:00 open maar kunnen alleen nog een broodje kaas voor je maken. Zelfs filet american wat gewoon smeerbaar is was vorige keer geen optie nadat ik had betaald en toen kreeg ik een broodje pindakaas met hagelslag voor dezelfde prijs (geen korting niks) gewoon volle mep 5,95 voor een broodje wat max een euro kost. Budget is de juiste bewoording. Ook meteen de laatste keer dat ik hier kom 3x is scheepsrecht! Pauper bedrijf en bediening (mijn tip naar het ruziende personeel: quit your job if you don't like it!l)

I have been a regular customer for 5 years now and the service is always top notch, everything is prepared with care and everyone at Budgetbroodjes Haarlem is always friendly. The sandwiches always taste fresh and small adjustments to the sandwiches are always processed well. Top!

Very rude staff waited 10 minutes at the cash register to order something. Staff were talking among themselves about what they did over the weekend. After walking away for 10 minutes, I will never come here again.

Order is incorrect, I am missing ingredients that I clicked on as extra and I receive a different panini than I selected. Happened a few times already.

Really outrageous customer service, sandwiches are fine. ETA of the order was 12:35 - still no order received at 2:10 PM. It can of course happen that you are extremely busy, but I think this lady (read: manager) has completely missed a basic communication course. Colleagues call the location several times to ask about the order status, as it had not arrived almost 2 hours later. Phone calls are ignored, so no possible way to contact the case. Finally, finally, got in touch with the manager, new ETA: within 10-15 minutes. This was also incorrect. Then asked one more time for an update - then it became clear that this lady absolutely does not understand the concept of "customer service". It was really bizarre how they communicated. According to the lady, we should learn to communicate with each other, understand (read: demand) the fact that they are busy (we absolutely understand this, provided that there is some communication - seems to me "the bare minimum" ), also understand the fact that she is frustrated that her colleagues do not speak Dutch (I don't understand what this has to do with the situation, but whatever), etcetera... She sounded aggressive, intimidating and incredibly unprofessional. The sandwiches were really good, which is a shame - you just don't treat customers this way. We will never order again and advise against Budget Sandwiches to everyone. Shame!

Your food is not prepared with love here. We ordered our lunch here for our company lunch, with great sadness. It was stated that our order would be there within 60 minutes, but this took more than 2 hours! Called, no answer. Keep calling and then you get a very mean woman on the phone, who blames you for wanting the order 'asap', because then you apparently had much more patience than someone who had chosen a certain time. Had no compassion at all, did not want to compensate and gave a nasty aftertaste to the food, which was not that tasty (with extreme hunger). Not recommended!

If you pay one euro for an egg on your sandwich, you get 3 slices of egg with camouflage colors. And tasty slices of tomato. I pay 1 euro per egg and a half for 2 slices of tomato. Come on.

Such a shame that there are people who give 1 star because they have to wait a long time due to the crowds, so that means it is a good thing! That they may sometimes forget something can happen... they seem like people. The freshly prepared carpaccio sandwiches and the filet American special are definitely recommended!

I first spent half an hour getting the entire order for my colleagues, then spent 15 minutes trying to order via the website. Then I contacted them by phone and they blocked the order because they had too few staff... No more budget sandwiches for me.....

Zet volgende keer ff op tijd uit dat je gesloten bent voor bezorging :) half uur lopen wachten op een bezorging die geannuleerd wordt. Verder wel top broodjes!

Lekkere broodjes, we laten ze regelmatig bezorgen. Vriendelijke mensen en snel geregeld. Vind de naam budget alleen een beetje zonde, broodjes smaken niet goedkoop.

Heerlijke broodjes, maar de bezorgtijd is altijd heel lang. Als je even snel wat wilt eten kan je beter bij de Febo aankloppen.

Echt heerlijke broodjes, brood is ook altijd vers. Prijs kwaliteit verhouden is ook goed, je krijgt een heerlijk broodje voor niet al te veel geld! Ik lees heel veel dat mensen lang moeten wachten, ik zelf vind dat niet, alles wordt vers gemaakt dus natuurlijk moet je even wachten je kan niet verwachten dat binnen 2 minuten je broodje(s) klaar staan. Vriendelijk personeel!

Het wachten duurt lang. 6 pers in de keuken die het heel druk hebben..... not. Broodje zijn lekker!

Vandaag(18-8-'21) voor de eerste keer een broodje gehaald bij Budget Broodjes. Het broodje zelf was perfect afgebakken! De filet american die er op zat vond ik wat aan de minderen kant. Het lijkt wel opgeklopt met water of saus of zo. Het is heel luchtig in vergelijking met anderen filet american. Veder hele lieve dame achter de kassa !
