Calzone so good it changed the trajectory of EVERYTHING (big and really delicious calzone, delivered rather quickly for a friday night)

Had to wait two hours for a Turkish pizza and pizza. Called after 70 minutes; the man sounded very surprised that I was calling 'now' already, saying he was making it. Finally, after two hours, our food arrived, unfortunately cold.

If you want to wait a long time, definitely order here; after 2 hours I still haven't received anything. I also received the wrong order.

Delivery is truly awful. Your order is 15 to 30 minutes late by default. And when you call to ask where your food is, you get the same lame answer time and time again: *“It’ll be here soon.” Well, that “soon” apparently takes half an hour. If you can’t meet the delivery time, just be honest and say it will take longer. This is simply bad service and shows absolutely no respect for the customer. The food might be fine, but due to the ridiculous delivery times and poor communication, I won’t be ordering from here anytime soon.

You'll be doing yourself a favor by avoiding this place... But... if you want to wait over an hour on a Wednesday for your food, if you like totally cold ...tasteless food, and if you feel fancy spending 30 minutes with diarrhea right after eating, then this is the restaurant for you. DON'T SAY NOBODY WARNED YOU ;)

This döner was so good that on the way home I already wanted to go back.

I waited 2 hours for my food, no one answered, and an incomplete delivery.

I ordered 1 XXL kapsalon. After waiting 1.5 hours, I called and they said they still had to make it, but they were going to do it “immediately”. After half an hour, still nothing, so I called again. Then they said they were going to “make it immediately” again. When the kapsalon was delivered, I got a normal one instead of what I ordered. Bad experience.

We have been ordering from Ramo for years. The food is delicious! By far the best kapsalon in Haarlem! We never have to wait long and the staff is very friendly.

We ordered food, but it hasn't been delivered. It is also impossible to contact Ramo. When you call, it says they are busy or you hear an automated message… we called multiple times at different times. Annoying, because we were really hungry. It is understandable that it is busy on this day (King's Day), but communication would have been nice, and currently, there is none.

Super watery Turkish pizzas (not tasty)

The food is not fresh and tastes disgusting. Do not spend a cent on this awful food. I absolutely advise against it.

Culinary masterpiece, beer is a bit expensive but if you ask nicely it can be cheaper.

Taste is good, but i am guessing the sucuk came packed in some string and i could have done without it being baked into the pizza.

I had 2 beers, 2 colas, and chicken wings on the phone I asked for the price; it was supposed to be 20 euros and 60 cents. When the last delivery guy arrived and didn't know the way, he came upstairs and I gave him the money. He said he wanted another 5 euros. I thought something wasn't right. I gave him an extra 4 euros. And he didn't have a receipt. Which I found strange. A few days later, I see the receipt lying between my letterboxes. I never trust that delivery guy again. I had even called the shop and said, "Great!" that I had paid too much. I think it was that weird delivery guy I had on the line.

Super sweet delivery person, food was on time and hot, unlike what I often read about. Keep it up, guys.

I had guests over and wanted to eat shawarma. I ordered one chicken shawarma and two lamb shawarmas to takeaway. When I got home, I saw something different. Two chicken shawarmas and one lamb shawarma...thanks.

Worst food I've ever ordered. It was like every dish was rolled in a bowl of sauce. The dough was so wet I gagged. Disgusting. I also didn't get all the right dishes, and some were ice cold. How can you screw it up like that? It's truly unacceptable. DO NOT ORDER HERE!

I always order kapsalon here. They do often forget things, but if you call, they'll bring it back. Kapsalon is always hot and super delicious. People just shouldn't be so whiny.

I ordered from Ramo for the last time today, and the food was delivered cold again. You can see and taste the lack of passion in everything they do. The onion sauce was wrapped upside down again and leaking like crazy. This makes me very pessimistic about the future of this business.

That hair salon here gave me food poisoning, I'd honestly rather eat cat food.

I've been ordering for years, but they almost always forget something I ordered (drinks, extras, etc.). The last time I called them about this, they didn't answer. I emailed them afterward, and they didn't respond either. I'll be ordering elsewhere from now on!

Ramos is such a terrible place. Waited for hours, called 10 times, always the same awful answer that it would be 20 minutes. This is terrible.

This time, only 35 minutes late, and also at the two kapsalons, NO salad. Calling is pointless; they don't answer the phone. It's a shame, because the food is excellent.

Ordered from Ramo more often but I don't really understand why I still do that. Order is already 50 minutes late and it still hasn't arrived. Called after 20 minutes and was curtly told it was on its way. Called again 20 minutes later and was told exactly the same thing. No apologies, nothing. It's really always the same story. In short: absolutely not recommended, very poor service!

Everything is always neatly packed, is always super warm, staff is always super helpful, friendly. Shop is super neat!

I would like to say differently because they are nice people and this place is close by. But the last time I ordered a pizza from here. I was sick for 3 days. Please do something about it.

You order an hour in advance and it still doesn't arrive on time. You think you're giving them space, but unfortunately you don't. Ordered at 7:00 PM and now 7:30 PM. Still no food. I often order from others, but this one is the worst at delivering on time. Won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Turkish Pizza and burger nasty, half a liter of sauce runs out like you're eating a sponge.

There was wire or a staple in the hair salon. I thought the Turkish pizza was of very poor quality, soggy with way too much sauce. and not comparable to Turkish bakeries that make their own pizzas. Waste of money and more than 2 hours of waiting for a disappointment that I threw away after chewing on a piece of iron, shame.

I don't think the quality/price ratio is in proportion, apart from being a staple in the hair salon. There are plenty of Turkish bakeries where the quality of the meat and pizzas is higher. This doesn't come close. For a hair salon and Turkish pizza 25 euros and then be severely disappointed, perhaps the delivery is too far, in any case I will never order again. I hope that in the future they will reduce their delivery area and try to pay more attention to the food they prepare. If I compare this with various bakeries that sell Turkish pizzas, this is very bad.

I ordered a cheeseburger with sauce and vegetables on the side i received my cheeseburger with too much sauce and with cucumbers and tomatoes that was smelling bad my burger was soggy so I couldn’t eat it. When I tried to at least eat the meat only The meat was raw on the inside. And my drink was not cold. NEVER AGAIN!!👎🏽

In recent weeks I have ordered from Eethuis Ramo several times, eaten in the restaurant or picked it up. I'm a fan! Food that is prepared quickly. Fast delivery. And friendly employees! The atmosphere in the restaurant is also very pleasant. Everything a full-fledged catering business should have ;) The menu choice is also great, but I am a huge fan of the kapsalon döner and the dürüm döner. The döner meat is incredibly soft. Unfortunately, I have experienced at other restaurants that the meat is often very dry :( but then there was Ramo! Ramo manages to deliver soft meat. As far as I'm concerned, 5 stars! You get a complete kit and you can do some crafts before you can eat. Salad in a separate container, meat in a separate container, sauces in a separate container and the bread separately, and for the Turkish pizza you also receive the salad and sauce as a kit. Well, then it's cold and there's no salt on the fries either.

Pizza dough is very nice. The materials on it are obviously of high quality. Also their pasta is pretty good. I especially loved the density of the cream. Thank you.

Delivery was (too) late, on a very busy (payday) Friday. After calling once and understanding on our part for the crowds, delivery was made within 20 minutes. Food was great and hot again, delicious! Expectations exceeded again!

When I still lived in Alkmaar and came to Haarlem especially for the fair on the Zaanelaan, I always came here and now I live in Haarlem and today I ate there again and I have nothing to complain about and value for money 🥰

After a bad experience with them I wanted to give another chance. Again a cold and dry pizza arrived 50 min late after around 1h40. Will not repeat again. Pizza must be reasonably good out of the oven but seems they accept more orders than they can deliver. No customer service, when you call to know where is your pizza, the person just say "on its way" and just hang up without giving time, without sorry or good evening or anything. Seems you disturb them for being a client. If they can't structurally keep up with the deliveries they should reduce the territory they deliver.

Normally I never write reviews, but the 'XXL' hair salon that I received for 12.35 was so deeply sad that I feel forced. A meager portion of limp fries with the driest falafel I have ever eaten. If they think this is XXL then I feel sorry for their partners. No tomatoes or other vegetables, just a tough piece of cheese that was almost impossible to bite through. Sauce was mediocre. I sincerely hope they stop selling this crap. They were on time.

Aardige bezorger en goed eten. Crispy burger was heerlijk en ik kreeg ongevraagd knoflook saus bij de pizza. Top dit.

Me zoon besteld hier vaak goed eten

Al een hele lange tijd was ik vaste klant bij eethuis Ramo, dit omdat we een lekkere pizzatent zochten die ook thuisbezorgde. Wij waren juist overgestapt vanuit domino’s en new york pizza omdat ze altijd een krokante/ gare bodem hadden, zonder de hele pizzadoos nat was van het vet. Helaas na een jaar, zullen we een ander tent moeten zoeken omdat we al meer dan 4/4 keer hebben ervaren de afgelopen maanden dat de bodem nog rauw is, de pizza gewoon afbreekt in het midden hierdoor, veel te zout, en wij gewoon buikpijn krijgen als we de pizza eten. En dan bel je ze op en dan is het normaal.

Hele fijne service! Snel geleverd!! En heerlijk eten ❤️

Avoid. Just ordered as I fancied something different. It arrived after 1hr despite thuisbezorgd stating it was out for delivery for nearly 25 minutes. Upon delivery, a child (possibly 13/14 years old) turns up at 11:30pm. Sauce lids were not on correctly so of course spilled. Feta was an extra ordered on 1 pizza, they put the feta on the other pizza and it was a pathetic amount for €2. Never again.

Heerlijk eten, keuze is reuze, ruime bezorgtijden en zeer vriendelijke bezorger. Ze zijn altijd snel ook al moeten ze voor mij naar Velserbroek!

Mensen zijn vriendelijk, je kunt rustig zitten om je eten op te eten. Eten is heerlijk, twee keer een Kapsalon besteld met een biertje erbij. Prijzen zijn prima, ene vind het duur andere goedkoop. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is goed dat vind ik belangrijker. Zou hier zeker vaker heen gaan.

Ik vind dit echt met stipt de lekkerste lamsshoarma in de omgeving. Bestellen altijd maar gisteren na koningsdag daar afgesloten met een broodje shoarma en ze zijn allemaal zo vriendelijk en klantgericht. Zelfs op zo een dag als koningsdag was het er hartstikke schoon!

Lekker broodje doner, en alles wordt apart geserveerd heel fijn

Wat een tóppers! Geweldige service en lieve, vriendelijke mensen. Liefs het meisje dat vannacht gigantisch op haar plaat ging voor jullie neus. Veel plezier met dat terugkijken op de videobeelden.

Keigoed die kapsalon. Chille bezorgers, woon op een lastig te bereiken woonboot en met andere restaurants hun bezorgers is het altijd gedoe.

Ik bestelde een Calzone Shoarma, en kreeg een Calzone Döner die niet heel warm was en met ingeblikte paprika en champions. Het was niet lekker, en ze zijn ook erg laat met bezorgen. Via Thuisbezorgd krijg je de melding dat het 44 minuten zou duren, was tussen de 75 en 80 minuten. Ik bestel hier niet meer, was eens maar NOOOOOIT weer.

Goede pizza's en vriendelijk personeel. De bezorging is altijd snel en als er een foutje is gemaakt lossen ze dit met een goede service op.

Toller Stop beim nächtlichen kleinen Hunger

Für späte Stunden ein perfektes Lokal für Badminton und andere Sportbegeistete. Das Essen kam zügig, und schmeckte sehr gut. Dazu wurden Saucen serviert. Die Bedienung war auch zuvorkommend. Gerne wieder...
